    I ordered a langha from zipker and pay online but till today no msg is there regarding the payment and order. As money has been deducted from my account and they are not responsing of my emails also and the no provided on the site is switched off.. How to get my fund back. Plzz reply otherwise I will have a complaint against zipker.. And they are not replying.. Not on mail and all the phone no provided is being switch off।।।
    Plzzz help me to get back my funds as the amount of 1399 is big and they are not responsing and not even a message come to me for or related to products

      1. The products that the site shows are not what the consumers have gotten in reality.
      The company gives out extemely inferior products and they have a pungent smell.
      2. When I tried calling the number that they have under customer care, the call automatically disconnects after 5 rings. Other numbers are not valid or no one receives
      3. They said they didn't have the pick up option to take the the product and asked me to courier it and they would refund the courier amount, later they say they cannot refund courier amounts.
      4.I have mailed the company and for a month they haven't refunded my amount.
      5. I have used the Facebook app to talk to them. Once they say its done later they say it will take a week and keep on pushing they payment on later dates.

        I have registered a complaint against this [censored] company they sent poor quality product. They asked me courier it back and said they refund my product amount and courier amount but haven't the courier amount. Please look into the matter as this company is not keeping their words to the customer.

        I have attached the bill also. They are not responding to phone and emails.

            I have ordered one product from zipker website with order no.[protected].
            The quality of material was too bad & it was damaged. I decided to return the product. So i mailed them, in return they sent me the address where i need to return the product.

            I couriered the dress material. Its been delivered to them.
            After that i have given them about 100 mails to refund my amount.
            But they are not giving any positive response. I am very much disappointed.
            I want my money back.

              On 9/14/2016, I had ordered for a lehenga (JACK-POT) which was delivered on 9/19/2016. When I received the item I found that it was not as described. You described the item as (blouse: velvet) when, in fact, was not a velvet material. Also, I did not find the lehenga material up to the mark. The threads are coming out which is not good.

              We opened the the tickets in the month of Oct 2016 and no response received. We were awaiting for the response and suddenly we received this "Your ticket - Request For Refund - has been closed.

              We hope that the ticket was resolved to your satisfaction. If you feel that the ticket should not be closed or if the ticket has not been resolved, please reply to this email.

              What a JOKE. No update on the product, no confirmation on the refund, no money refund and closing the ticket without any notification.

              The pathetic service I ever encountered. I am going to post this all over Facebook and Twitter now.

                which was supposed to be delivered to me by 02nd of nov.
                i did not received the product until 04th, when i sent out email to zipker team
                asking for the status i got a surprise saying the product is already delivered
                and its collected by ME .. i never received any tracking details or call from dispatch guy during the delivery, i was waiting desperately for the product and my first purchase with zipker ended up like this

                I keep trying to reach someone on the phone but no response, neither get reply for my mails.

                i really dont have any clue about my order neither my hard earned money INR 1599/-

                i dont ever suggest this site for online shopping, Pls do not use zipker

                  Blue designer georgette heavy embroidaried kurti was ordered from zipker with order id[protected]. As product was not as per shown at site, I returned it on 8/10/16 as per mailed instruction by them on my expense of courier charge. I also provider the acoount details for refund. They told me that money will be refunded soon. But i haven't received refund till date. I have complaint many times to them through mail with ticket ids: 5900, 6435, 6437, 7057, 10473. But they closed tickets saying that your complaint has been resolved but i didn't get refund. Kindly do needful.

                    Actually few days back i have also ordered a product from Zipker which was not as per my expectation so i returned and i received the refund (RS.2600)as well.
                    Request you to please follow the correct steps.

                        I ordered a suit from this site and after receiving the order i conformed from the courier boy that if i want to return it back than on how many days i get back my money he tell me after 2-3 days of returning the item i get back my money and when i read the returning back policy i do all the things i read. i have to courier it back to the company and send them the pic of courier receipt but after doing these thing i didnt get back my money within 3 days and when i call they said that it will take 10 days so i wait for 10 days but i didnt get back my money than again i call them they said to wait for some more day again i wait bt again i didnt get back now its more than 1 month and now they didnt pick my phone and when i call them from unknown no they again tell me to wait please help me to getting back my money as soon as possible this incident will happend on 5th oct i courier the item on 7oct they received the courier on 8oct i message them that i didnt get back my money and they replied that they'll take action on 9oct i call them than a lady receives my phone and said me that zipker is a site and she is connected from it the cloth was of her showroom and said me she'll tell the company about my problem than i called her next time she tell me to message my all details like order no. name, why i returned the item i do it again i call after 5 days my father speak with her again she tell that she'll talk to the company now she's not picking up my phone her phone no is [protected] i called her more than 10 times and always she says the same thing and now she dont receives my phone

                              Its 2nd request. the company is now Zipker not Zypker. they bloody change their name.

                              I got a call from Zipker on 26th Oct and they said they will refund my money on 26th Oct but they did not, gave me excuse as they did quite few times. still waiting for refund .

                              I am repeating again. I bought a suit order #[protected] cost Rs 1000 for my wife from Zypker website on 11th August and received on 16th August 2016. it was not look like as its shown on their website. product was totally different, design was not that what i have seen online. I returned it and they received on 5th sept. I kept sending them mails, they just saying you will get your cash back in 4-5 days. but they have not transferred yet. I believe its kind of fake company, just making people fool online . Its my humble request to resolve my issue .                                 I did online shopping of an Anarkali red and black suit from Zipker.com with order no.[protected] and bill amount Rs 1297/-. But i want to return the suit as I am not satisfied with the dress material.I have mailed to Zipker customer care many a times but always got a system generated reply. I have not been attented by any representative from Zipker till now.The customer care no. provided by Zipker [protected] is also not attending my calls as I am trying it for last 4 days.I want to return this package.They are only raising tickets but not doing anything actually.                                   I had ordered a dress from Zipker.com in this month (October). But i did not like the colour of the dress. When i saw online it was looking good but when it was delivered i did not like the colour of the dress. I returned the dress as per their policy of customer couriering it.I couriered it to Surat. After a week i.e on 14th Oct i called on their number & some lady picked the call. I asked about the courier if they have received or not & also told my order no.But no response, again i called back & she again asked for my order no. I again gave it, then she told me yes they have received it.
                                  Even I had mailed them my account details for refund & they said they will refund in a week. But I have still not received it. I tried calling on the same number but they are not responding.
                                  Please I want my refund of 1389/-

                                      I have raised complaints via e-mails and phones multiple times, yet no response from your end. Pathetic products, pathetic service. The product delivered to me is highly different and cheap than the one i ordered. I m regretting for the price i paid for the product. Cheap quality material. I don't know what you guys are doing as you people are simply cheating the customers.

                                        2 days back i had comlained regarding the product dress of worth 1200 was returned to seller paying200 courier charges at my cost still from 1 month nobody has ever called me or has mailed me regarding my refund i am continiously mailing them and 2 days back i had mailked them through consumer complaint they replied me but what that ur comlained is resolved and u will be refunded in 4 days nothing has happen in these days these people are totally fraud people i have every dates of mailed copy and also copy of courier which i haved returned product them plesae help me to go officialy to stop these people by fooling others order no10006091 ekta hardik janim.[protected]/70
