A damaged product was delivered to me.after such futile attempt and numerous mails i finally got connected over the call where they promised to refund. The refund was initiated on 8th aug 2016 order no:[protected]. I havn't received yet .they dont receive calls neither do they respond to the mails.I am really irritated by their attitude towards customers.

    I had I ordered for a dress which am not happy with the quality. The cloth is very light and the stitches are already coming out. Transparent lenhenga over all very very low quality.
    I have already mailed couple of times to take back the product but I don't see any responses.

    Please arrange for reversal and refund

      This is regarding product return for order[protected].
      The refund has been initiated on 23 july 2016 but haven't received yet. I have called them almost everyday. None picks up ever, no one taking calls at customer care. Wrote a mail everyday to the support team also.
      Kindly refund the money asap
      Huge inconvenience for a customer - emails not been responded and customer care numbers not functioning.

          I have ordered for 5 piece black gown on cod from online site zipker.Com. When delivery boy came, i paid him full money n the packet which he gave me only one piece i have found. Now they r not replying to the mails and there number not going through it says invalid number.
          I have called courier company also they said it's not our responsibility n they denied to give me the courier guy contact number. Please help

            Order no #[protected] i had ordered for a gown from zipker.Com few weeks back and a damaged product was delivered. The website says easy returns but the returning process is ridiculous. I tried contacting them with the number provided in the website which always seems to be busy and i could not reach them. I had also mailed them for which they replied asking me to courier that to the seller and attach the snap of the courier slip. I had couriered the parcel and sent the attachment as well after which there is no response from them. I have sent many mails escalating it to the mangers as well but could not find a solution to reach out to them

            Thanks i got a reply from them few days back and they said that they have initiated the refund and il get it in 3 days its almost more than a week i dint not receive any refund.i tried calling customer care and even dropped a mail but there is no reply from them as usual
            I have odered 2 products but received only one product amt is 1098/- and ordered number is[protected]

              I had ordered a dress material on 24th for which i only got the confirmation of amount deducted, no clue from zipper on any such update. Post which i never got any update on the product when will it reach. When tried to track the order no results. When wrote a mail to escalate id no reply. Cust care number provided doesn't exist.
              And at the end i receive a product of different color. Now i trying to find to return the product but no option in the app.
              I need a urgent and immediate response from your side, take your product asap

                I'm received asaree for online product this product is very bad please return a Saree and refund my payment order no[protected]
                I am not satisfied with the quality of the cloth...it was shown something else and delivered something else, want to return my product and plz refund my amount as soon as you possible
                I have placed order no[protected] by mistake and I want to cancel that order but their is no option of cancelling order.i have sent mail also on zipker .com but not get any response from them, t he contact no they have given in their website are wrong .
                This site just deliver the wrong and bad quality products. Never shooping through this site. Better than this, You can go outside for shopping and get a good product there.

                    I have order one saree from ziper
                    My order no.[protected],
                    Price paid: 1130

                    But i have received different product, quality was very poor, color was different,
                    Very bad saree which i have received.
                    Then i have sent mail to zipker for return product and i have courier the product back then they said i will get my money with in 1 month, after one month i have received only rs 791/- instead of 1130/-, which i had paid for saree.
                    They deduct 30-40 % amount on actual amount.

                    I want my full money back... Please help

                          This mail is regarding the Lehengas we received a week ago. We had order 3 quantities of lehenga and they deliverd only one.

                          The Delivery man took the charges of all the 3 lehengas that is Rs: 3747. He did not even guided us properly, which is not acceptable at all.

                          I am very disappointed with quality of the lehengas, its very cheap. I don't want this product anymore, I want refund for this.

                          We are trying to connect but they are not receiving our call's, hiding there identity as well. which type of site is this?

                            This is product wrong and damaged give it to me. Please give me a money back. Why you give me this product, your products is wrong. Your product displayed nice and give me a different product of your display. I think so you make me a full. Why you do this give me my money back.                                 As i wanted my product, but there is an issue with colour. I want it in blue and white combination but i received it in golden and white combination. Sir please refund my money rs. 1500.00. I already mailed 15 times on [protected]@zipkar.Com

                                Actually few days back i have also ordered a product from Zipker which was not as per my expectation so i returned and i received the refund (RS.2600)as well.
                                Request you to please follow the correct steps.

                                  I bought a dress from zipker.Com. But the dress material was very bad and the dress was also torn. I have mailed them to return the product and they are not even replying to the mails. I have written the mails around 4 to 5 times but they are not responding at all. Its been almost a week but i have got no reply from them. So that is why i am writing the complaint.

                                    I ordered a lehenga on 27th of feb and it came on 20th of feb.
                                    The material and the color of the lehenga is totally different from what i saw on website, the material is very worst and the color is very bright.

                                    I ordered Lehenga on 27th feb 2016 and i received it on 29th feb 2016 but the material and the color is totally different from what it is displayed on website..the material is very bad and the color is very different.
                                    -I am trying to call them after I received a product but no one is picking up my call and also no response for my email.

                                      I was ordered a dress material from zipker.Com online. And they delivered me a damaged product. Immediately i mailed them and send then photograph of that damage product but they didn't gave me any reply and they have blocked my 1200 rs. I used to do online shopping from flipkart, snapdeal etc every time if there has any issues with the product they take back product and refund money immediately. But this is a fraud website so that they have delivered such a damage product and they are not ready to return. Please take an action against them and refund my money. This amount means a lot for me..
