I have purchased clothes from zipker.com. My order No.[protected]. My produts cost is 10106/_.On the website clothes are presented very good but when on reality when i received clothes they are of very poor quality and its size are not matching as per shown. Also not able to contact them on their customer care number. It always show busy. I have emailed them multiples time but there is no response.i want return my order and i want my money back.

Please help me to get return goods and my money back. Looking for prompt response.

My gown length is too short as per as i ordered. So, i would like to change the order as soon as possible.Please I am very disappointed with my order. And the gown upper portion is different from picture which have been shown by online services. Please make it better otherwise return my money. And I can't waste my on that things that is not acceptable for me I need to change the order as soon as possible. I never use this zipper site...but I used first time and I get disappointed so please need to change.

Ordered a lehenga on 27th of feb and it came on 20th of feb.

Very poor quality of Cloth Material, not as per the rate charged (1549/-) and as seen in the picture
Stitch work very loose and very bad finishing

I have received same dress material twice for two different orders. I have asked to exchange the product on the same day of receival. Fed of calling customer care from 10 days which will b either busy whole day or nobody answers. If anybody picks the call other number call ask which is busy or will not pick up the call.
Mailed many times to the customer care with all details and the picture of the received product but they always ask clarification about the order.

We want to return that order. Because fabric was not good...

I have been following up on emails with the team but they still haven't returned my refund its been 15 days since i couriered the product back to the seller.
On calling customer care number always comes busy or if it rings no one answers the call, they only have 1 number for customer service.

Never buy from this website ever. Fraud website. No refund on returning product. I feel robbed by this website.

Extremely bad service ...

I had been delivered a defected saree by zipker online services on 17 aug 16 . When asked for returning, customer care said that item was duly checked before dispatching and refused to take any action against it.

I ordered a suit from zipker.com and i received it was not same as the picture posted on the website and also the material was pathetic . I have been mailing them and i have not received any revert. Please find the mail as below
It was a cash on delivery and see which account it has been transfered . I have never shared any account details
