Zomato — he is not reply and does not provide job

I have made amount on 9/9/19 7:15pm amount is 550rs for delivery job in zomato amount is paid on paytm number after I paid the amount there is no mail from zomato for my id link and dress the mail id is of zomato [protected]@gmail.com the company received my payment and after receiving my payment he is not reply to me kindly help me refund my money

Updated by Mulchand Dayma The number of company paytm number is [protected] where I paid money on paytm and the number of zomato hr [protected] zomato hr says me amount to be paid on paytm

Poor food quantity and not well cooked. They don't even put any sauces and not even checked while delivering.

I have ordered from RFC restrurant in zoomato but the money id deducted and order is not placed . I think i should try from another account same thing happened.. one account is pytm payment bank and other is state bank of india. The miney is refunded in sbi but it was not refunded in paytm payment bank .
