Zomato — refund not received from zomato even after several complaints.

I ordered food on the 19th of october from subway via my zomato id for which the payment was made through paytm. There is a problem in the zomato app which changes the address i enter (My actual location) after the order is confirmed. This is a problem i've been facing for a very long time but it did not cause any hindrance untill now as the delivery boys are usually aware of this problem, the reason being that i'm a college student and there are many others like me who face the very same issue. My location is amity university lucknow (New campus), near malhaur railway station. Students keep ordering food from zomato and always inform the delivery guy the error in location.
This was not the first time i ordered from subway. I had gotten my food delivered on time earlier but this time the delivery guy was very disorganised, inattentive, uncivil and forgetful. I called him and informed him about the error in address, as always, and he said that he had understood and would deliver the order to the university. I called him later again to be sure that he had understood. He wasn't listening carefuly and was switching calls and not replying. After a while, he called me up, asked me to come take my order and said that he had arrived at the given address which was actually the wrong one. He himself was very confused. The order was then not delivered to us as it had gotten very late and he had to deliver other oders in different areas. We mailed zomato regarding this issue, called customer care several times and even complained through the app. No reply was received on our mail as promised. Only a reply to our message, sent through the app, was given which said that they won't provide any refund.
The customer is not at fault over here. The stupid app does not function well. It changes the original location every single time an order is placed. The refund should be provided as soon as possbile. It was the app's fault which should be fixed as soon as possible.
