    I received a call in afternoon on 4th March 2014to receive from Zovi Courier Boy for myorder # ZBFN5A, which was ordered on 24 Feb 2014, He was very casual with hitalks to deliver the courier and asked me to receive the same in evening till 5o clock on 4th March 2014. and again I received a call at 7:35 pm (4th March2014) from number # [protected] and he was asking my home address to reach wherehe had to taken approx 30 minutes more. I am very surprised how careless andvery un-sufficient this Zovi band is who delvers the products at night, when I asked him todeliver the same on next day this is not an appropriate time than he said"ab toh fir Sunday ko hi milega" When I asked himto deliver by tomorrow he said "kal toh mai aur jada rat ko aunga, kar do kisko karni hai complain number bhi mai hi deta hnu". What do I do i am very angry and upset with this service however I had alreadyraised the complain regarding the same before, I do not hear from Zovi people till now. Should I take a legal action against ZOVI. Regards Vikas

      I had ordered (Order # ZBFN5A) two T-shirts on24th Feb 2014 and paid through my credit card, I had to gift that on 3rd ofMarch, When on 3rd march I did not get any information and delivery Status thatI called up on 3rd March 2014 at 1:36 pm to cancel the order as I lost theintent and purchased something else to gift then my Zovi person told me that It would take another twodays to get delivered due to some technical issue, Where on same day one on myfriend ordered the same T-shirt (COD) he got the product delivered at his placewith the said time frame and Zovi person was giving meexcuse that there is a stock problem, I asked forcefully to cancel the orderand to refund my amount back to my credit card as other competitor of Zovi does, but he asked me to provide my accountdetails through email and than they would refund my amount, I refused toprovide my account details and asked to provide my amount back to my creditcard automatically as I had paid. But the supervisor of that Zovi representative handled the call like I ambegging to him and he is refusing to give money...He had the words that Hewould cancel the order but I would not get my money refunded if I don't emailmy account details, Which I would not share and hanged on with a very bad argument.
      I am really feeling very bad to choose Zovi for online shopping, now I need my money backwhere I cannot share my account details. I want back my amount directly to mycredit card.

        I purchased a shoe from zovi and on the same day another shoe from the same site, Later I decided to cancel the first one but accidentally cancelled the wrong one, so later on that is 2 days after I got the wrong shoes, therefore I have to submit another cancellation request for this order. But neither Zovi responded nor their official site shows that my order has been cancelled, also I made another purchase to combat the wrong one but the procduct is not delieverd within the time. It is the limit of arrogance, i am looking forward to make a complaint to cyber crime cell or human resource ministry.

I complaint this issue many Times but its three times they have created a Ticket & asked to wait for 2 to 3 more days each times. Now its 15 days gone but Still its missing.             i had ordered (order no. [protected]) a pair of sports shoes on 28.01.2014 and was supposed to get the product in 4-6 days. 10 days down the line, i'm clueless as to whether i'd be getting it at all. Zovi doesn't even have the courtesy to inform me either over my mobile or e-mail reg. the status of the delivery. wish i had stuck to flipkart or snapdeal.

              Hi, I Ordered Zovi shoes worth Rs.500 on 7th jan 2014. I purchased it online and made online payment. From the word go, the response isnt good. The product shipping time specified is 8 days, but i got it only on 20th jan. The worse is that it courier had a book rather than the shoe i paid for. I emailed them with the details on 21st jan with pictures of the book and the courier parcel. And i didnt get any reply from them so far. I called them, they said the complaint is in process, but there isn't any reply about the status of complaint nor any mail regarding it. I ordered directly from zovi website and yet this happened. I am totally disappointed with the service provided. What should my next step in this matter.                 You must complain about delay/dissatisfaction, otherwise Zovi will not do the service properly.even it doesn't respond you call/ e-mail/ sms nothing after complain I finally got my shoes delivered right in allahabad .

                  Pathetic service from Zovi. They ship wrong product and don't respond to my mails. . They don't accept returns!! Quality of some products is pathetic, road-side stuff is better!!! I've been following up (calling, sending emails) for the past 20 days but in vain...so many time i call zovi but no positive response..

                    I had ordered a black shirt from Zovi.com with order ID VTJ3T for a price of 350 Rs. on which they had charged me 75 Rs. shipping charge. The size which was delivered was very small and so I had applied for a refund. Zovi is not refunding the shipping charge even though the mistake is on their part. This way Zovi can always deliver a wrong product to a customer and once the customer asks for a refund, they can eat up the shipping charge. The size chart mentioned on the site doesnt explain anything and a normal customer would order by the usual sizes that are commonly available in the market.( e.g 39, 40, 41... for shirts). For example, for a size of 39(M), the size chart displays the image as attached. This image does not explain what do these different figures relate to. Any customer buying a shirt is liable to make a mistake. The customer care was not at all cooperative and didnt communicate clear instructions regarding. There was no proactive communication made by the customer care and the customer himself had to call them. Please look into the issue. Thanks and Regards Anubhav Agrawal [protected](M)

                      I have ordered 3 shirts Order No. 29VBG, dated on 18th September, 2013 from www.zovi.com (Robemall Apparels Private Limited, Sy No. 30, Soukya Road, Kacharkanahalli, Village Hosakote Taluk Bangalore 560067). For the order I have paid rupees 1118.00 via net banking. Before placing the order of 3 shirts, I have talked with ZOVI customer care executive named as “Anjum” via. Chat applet (available in ZOVI website) regarding the payment and cancelation policy for more than 2 times and whatever he told i.e. written in their website, named I have mentioned above. He told order will be delivered within 4-5 days and they are having free delivery and pick up facility for placing the order and for cancelation of any order and if I am not satisfied with the product then full payment will be rolled back to my account from where the payment has been made within 7-8 working days after receiving the product to their warehouse. When I have ordered 3 shirts, I have registered with my mail id and mobile no. and at the time of registration, I have mistakenly mentioned my mail id due to typing error. Now after receiving the order dated on 23th September, 2013, I checked the product and not satisfied with product quality as they have shown in their site. So again I talk to customer care executive named as “Dilip” and he told that if I am not satisfied with the product quality then I can go for cancellation and though I was not able to cancel the order due to error with registered email id and he placed my cancellation dated on 23th September, 2013. Due to typing error in my mail id I neither received order or cancellation invoice. Whenever I have talk to the ZOVI customer care executive or supervisor they told that he is sending the cancellation invoice in my original email id. Till date neither I got my order invoice or cancelation invoice. Now after expiry of 7 days, again I talk to customer care executive and Supervisor (Contact no : [protected]), they told me that they are not having any pick up facility in my area or address that I have mentioned at the time of shipment of the product. Now I am confused what I should do as I want to cancel my order due to worst quality of the product. For buying or placing the order and cancellation of the order, I have lost my more money (rupees 200 more for mail and chat and mobile conversation) as well as harassment I have suffered till date and waiting for solution.

                        I dont have any issues with any of the zovi products although the range is very poor. However my latest experience with Zovi was horrible as the delivery guy was not at all cordial in his manners. First of all he wasted my time in asking directions to my address many times and on top of it, he was rude, arrogant and sarcastic in the way he was talking when he could not locate the simple address.

                        I request you to atleast train your delivery staff in how to communicate to customers and then to make them aware of how to reach the delivery area before they come to deliver itself. Because of this bitter experience, i will never return to Zovi again. Good bye Zovi!!

                          i had done purchase on zovi of rs 580. my account got deducted with amount but the order wasn't placed on the zovi portal.

                          i immediately raised complaint, on first conversation they said that it would take 7 - at most 10 days to refund.

                          i followed the same issue till 20 and counting days,

                          every time i get pathetic response that 'we are working on the issue , and we will refund at early'. one of the most worst and stupid portal

                          i am going to abuse zovi for same over their portal and fb, i will make sure that zovi will suffer lose of business multiple times what they have deceived me for.

                              Poor Experience with Zovi.com
                              I bought a 3 tops for my wife from your web-site, out of which 2 came out to be pretty transparent and not decent enough for the lady to wear. This information wasn't available on your website and its pretty understandable that this issue is not clear from the pics as well. As soon as your package arrived, I informed your customer-care about the issue, but they say "your merchandise cannot be exchanged as sale is going on".

                              The fact is, the very same day I bought few articles from Jabong.com, where again the sale is going on, but they very happily and readily exchanged the products with the same issue. This is what I feel is customer delight, not just calling your team "customer delight". You have written sale merchandise cannot be returned only on 1 page of your website, which customer has to search and find, but on each n every page of your products a banner shows "30days return". Please find the screen-shot attached. I never asked for a return of money, I just want to exchange my product, in a perfect condition, with a more decent one.

                                Sub : To Share the WORST SERVICE

                                With the Ecommerce industry Spiking and the role model works on looking for investors , Zovi has broken the trust and created worst camaderie with me .

                                To share

                                1) WORST CUSTOMER service skills ( Manager aggreed that the way his rep spoke was definately against customer service etiqutees and share an insult to the customer calling .

                                2) No process knowledge within reps / everyone has different answer for the same problem .

                                3) REP lied to us for the discount .

                                4) Poor Manageability and operations handled .

                                5) Still no resolution provided even after promising a callback as commited .

                                Satish Mani :To suffice i will strongly take this up with every bit possible to let every one know the exact mirror of Zovi .WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND AND SHARE POSITIVE WORD OF MOUTH FOR ZOVI .

                                    i had ordered 3 items from the online shopping store. and one of the bags sent was not what i had ordered.
                                    so, i call them up and after some days their guy comes and takes the wrong bag. i call them up again asking when the bag i had paid for would be delivered, they make me wait for a quite a long time although i called them twice and inform me that the bag is not available anymore.

                                    Need Refunding for the Low quality product i received

                                        I had ordered a Regular Fit Double Pocket Washed Denim Shirt Order no. # 6PDR9 on November 8, 2012. It has not been delivered to me till date i.e. November 25.
                                        Surprisingly when I checked my order status in My orders, they claim it to be delivered.
                                        I am constantly sending them emails, but they have nothing to say except apologizing.
                                        People should think again before they start buying thing from Zovi.com.
