    I have ordered a Shirt on 20th Aug 2014, Order no.(ZVWGNS) its been 6 days and still no contacts from the delivery boy or their side. Above that they have sent me a number of delivery boy which is saying invalid. They are saying I am not available but my Phone is on all others call are coming. And the order is on my Company address where 24x7 a watchman is present they are saying there is nobody came from zovi. Now I want to cancel my order because its already tested my patience. I am a regular customer of Zovi and they are doing this.

      The website showing the product is delivered. But till now i donot receive the
      Product.

      But the website showing that the product is delived on

      Chatterjee. Then why the product is delivered to wrong person and wrong name.

        I want to return back my product 2 polo t-shirts and one sandal. I have receive my product on 12 august but the size of my sandal is not my size. Polo t-shirt quality and colour is not like that which is shown on website. I want to return back my money. I am not happy with the products. Please give me my money back.

          Dear Zovi I have ordered for 40 size casual shirt Z6U7M8 last week, today morning i received the shirt its excellent in quality, the shirt is labelled as 40, but its not at all 40, its little bit small, i have clear idea about my size, last month i have ordered ZNNW4V shirt with same size 40, it is very comfortable to me, but this shirt is very small, so dear zovi please let me know the procedure of exchange.                   I have ordered(order id: Z9YHZ7, Rs 494) a shirt and I received it on 6th Aug, 2014. The delivery person did not call me in prior and later he gave a call and asked me to come immediately but I was in a meeting and told him to wait for few minutes but that guy left from that place by leaving a message to me by the time I reached the mentioned location. After that I gave a call and asked him to come back then he responded very arrogantly and shouted like hell.This is not the way of providing proper customer service. There should be prior intimation and people will not wait sitting idle all the time for your courier.

After 30 minute a person was called me & said i am from Zovi company, to deposit your balance in your account please give the A/c number & ATM card number. After that he purchase Rs-15000 from my debit card. i was already compained this site but there is no action.So kindly take the right action to the zovi.

                                I bought three kurtis from online shopping website zovi.com and my order was delivered on 17 july 2014. One out of the three kurtis was not the one which I ordered. The customer care people responded quite late and I am very disappointed. I have reported this issue to customer care but they have not yet informed me about the exchange or cash back.

                                    According to my order ( z3vwxt ) the t-shirts were of xl size. So i had requested for a return and exchange of the t-shirts with size l about a week ago.The courier guy or any of your executives, came on the 5th of july but he refused to take it as the parcel was packed in a wrong package. He asked me to pack the parcel in the original zovi package and he would return the next day to pick it up but even after so many days no one has come to take the return package.Most importantly the package sent to me was packed in a shabby cardboard box with ni zovi labels except for the shipment details.So please look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.Thank you.

                                      I ordered a pair of shoe from zovi.com on 11 June 2014 with order number Z8M2RR. I did neither receive delivery nor notification regarding my order till June 19, 2014. Hence, I mailed to customer services to check the status. They confirmed that my request will be taken care on priority and will get my order with in 1-2 working days. After 2 working days, I again did neither get my shoe nor any notification from Zovi. I again mailed him to check the status. A person called me then to inform that my order was misplaced and I will have to order again. However, I refused to order again as I never cancelled my order and It should be company responsibility to deliver my product at any cost unless I cancel it. Finally, I got a call from courier person on June 27, 2014 to receive my order. Since, I was in office (not at my resident) I asked him to deliver on next day (which was Saturday). However, he did not turn up and my staus shows that my order is cancelled. This is the height of irresponsibility. 1. You don't inform the consumer about the status if you are late in delivery. 2. You never intimate to consumer on anything. 3. Your courier person already assumes that consumers are job less and will always be at his /her room to get the delivery. 4.                                         the actual price of the shirt was 699/- and i applied a discount coupon of 150/- CLD07DB713 and i had to pay 549/- which it clearly showed in your checkout page,
                                        now in my e mail id it shows that i have to pay 699/- which i dont have to pay.
