Damaged product

send wrong parcel

i order a shirt from zovi.com with size number 46 and mustard colour they send wrong size 39 and cocoa colour. now they told me that i should go on to their site and cancel the order after cancelation they pick their shirt from my house and after 4 to 5 days thy refund me only 399 rs. i want my full 500 rs back....

NON REPLACING THE PRODUCT

Worst online services

I have ordered 4 shirts from zovi on 29th April til now i have not received the product. I have been contacting customer care from Saturday and there have been making false promises saying it will be delivered. The customer care and ur courier partners are pathetic.I will never buy any product from Zovi and will suggest all my friends not to buy any products from zovi ever again.. Pathetic services.....

Poor quality & rude staff behaviour

ont have any issues with any of the zovi products although the range is
very poor. However my latest experience with Zovi was horrible as the
delivery guy was not at all cordial in his manners. First of all he

Usual size of t-shirt not delivered

price of 797 Rs.The size which was delivered was very large than usual medium(m) size of t-shirts and so I should want replace it to usual small size t-shirts.so plz you should recieve these product and replace back to me.
