            I ordered for a set of 3 Tees from zovi.com.The delivered product had one damaged item and so I raised the exchange request.It took them 20 days to get that item exchanged but the second item was also the damaged one and I had to raise the exchange request again.This time they did it on time but again they have delivered me the damaged item.They are not taking my request seriously and not providing good service after repetitive complains.Please take action.

                i order a shirt from zovi.com with size number 46 and mustard colour they send wrong size 39 and cocoa colour. now they told me that i should go on to their site and cancel the order after cancelation they pick their shirt from my house and after 4 to 5 days thy refund me only 399 rs. i want my full 500 rs back.

                  I purchased 3 tees from zovi and ordered on 16 May 2014, I received the order on 20 May 2014. The order No. was Z25Y2R the Tees were bit bigger for me i.e. XXL size, and I immidiately call the customer support for the replacement and give me XL size, the person atended me very well and said that we will send you the XL size within 4-5 days and took the XXL size back at the same time . Now I called again on 5th day to enquiry about the status the person attanded the call said that first we will pickup the order within 4-5 days then it will go to ware house for replacement that will also took 4-5 days then if e found the product in good condition then only we will send you the XL size, again it will took 4-5 days. I have been contacting customer care from Saturday and there have been making false promises saying it will be delivered. The customer care and ur courier partners are pathetic.I will never buy any product from Zovi and will suggest all my friends not to buy any products from zovi ever again.. Pathetic services..

                        DearSir/Ma'am, I am a Research Scholar in IIT Kanpur, India. I placed an order 4 pairs of shoes and 1 shirt at Zovi.com. After getting the shoes, I returned 3 pairs of shoes and the shirt. (I kept with myself only 1 pair of shoe). I have all the receipts for returning the items to Zovi.com. According to Zovi.com’s return policy, I should get the refund for returnd items in about 1 week. But now, this has been more than 3 weeks, still my order status at Zovi.com shows that the returned items have not reached their warehouse. I complained a lot of times to Zovi.com customer services. But they always say to wait for more times. I also tried to find the email id of some higher level authorities at Zovi.com sothat I may complained them about the issue. But anyhow, I am not able to find the email id of any higher level authority at Zovi.com. In this way, I am feeling that I have been cheated by Zovi. com. I am a very busy man working as a research scholar at one of the best research institution of world i.e. IIT Kanpur. Zovi.com’s this kind of response has really frustrated me. Sir, here in IIT Kanpur, I have a lot of friends who purchase various things from Zovi.com. When I informed them about this issue to them, they are saying that they will never purchase any item in their life from Zovi.com. I am thinking of taking this complaint to consumer court in spite of my busy schedule. But, I once again want to request Zovi.com to please look into this matter and refund me the amount to my bank account for the returned item.                             ont have any issues with any of the zovi products although the range is
                            very poor. However my latest experience with Zovi was horrible as the
                            delivery guy was not at all cordial in his manners. First of all he
                            wasted my time in asking directions to my address many times and on top
                            of it, he was rude, arrogant and sarcastic in the way he was talking
                            when he could not locate the simple address.

                            I request you to atleast train your delivery staff in how to communicate
                            to customers and then to make them aware of how to reach the delivery
                            area before they come to deliver itself. Because of this bitter
                            experience, i will never return to Zovi again. Good bye Zovi!!

                                price of 797 Rs.The size which was delivered was very large than usual medium(m) size of t-shirts and so I should want replace it to usual small size t-shirts.so plz you should recieve these product and replace back to me.

I purchased a shoe through online on march 2nd 2014. i received a wrong shoe on march 8 2014 i raised a complaint to pick up the wrong shoe and asked them to refund back my money but the response from zovi is really too late and even i cant able to connect to customer care numbers whenever i call. And on march 15 2014 they picked up the shoe but still today(march24 2014) i didnt received my money. This is really a bad service from zovi. I hope zovi should respond immediately. pick up -no.                                       I had ordered a Pair of Shoes, Flip-Flops and a wallet on 26th Feb, 2014.Few days later I received the wallet.Few Days later I got a Call from them saying that Flip-Flops are out of order. So I angrily Cancelled the Pending order. I got the confirmation Mail on cancelling of orders. Then few days later the Shoes and the Flip-Flops arrived on 10 th March, 2014, Since my Family didn't knew about the cancellation of order they collected the Package. And Paid for it since it was on COD. But when I opened the Package the Flip-Flops are different in size(ordered 10 received 7) as well in design. The Day it has arrived I'm Calling on their Customer Care number but they don't answer any of it. I had even Complain through E-Mail, got the Complain registration mail and it said "We will contact you in 2 day" Its been 5 days since Complain but no response and not even by call.
                                      Zovi customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi, I ordered for Mens Blue and White Matrix sport shoes in zovi.com with order number :ZCCWGX . But the shoe i received on 8th March 2014 is Women shoe with size 6. I am totally disappointed with the delivery. And as it is a cash on Delivery i paid the amount. I called zovi customer service and raised a complaint to [protected]@zovi.com, to pick up the shoe i received, and refund my money back, but still now they didn't responded.
