I had place the order ( Order no. 3QZEZ ) on 22 May at 10:57 Am on Zovi.com before i placed the order i confirmed the product availability and delivery time with Zovi customer care . and i got the call at 2:45 PM from Zovi.com that they are not able to send the product to me because they are not having the stock !!! Like what the is this then why you guys are showing the product on the website when you don't have the stock and after all this i asked them to my refund they said it will take 7 to 10 days .... What the hell i made the payment and this is all about my money and they said it will take 7 to 10 days ...Really pathetic service and poor website .. they are cheating with people i request to all please do not purchase any thing from zovi.com because they cheater and please never try for this . Really Zovi.com don't have any class and reputation also please don't expect any customer service from them .

This is my first purchase on Zovi.com and i am so shocked that how they people can do this this is really unacceptable ... Please be care full and do not try this ever ....

I will post this complaint on Facebook and twitter etc..

I would not recommend this site to anyone. Its better to shop in ebay or any well known site that has got a good reputation .

    I bought some items from the website, enticed by the women’s day discount. A bracelet,a Tshirt and a chain. While the chain was good the bracelet looked like it was picked up from the roadside, with rust marks on the rings etc and the Tshirt was also not symmetric. So I sent a couple of mails and snapshots and asked for an exchange (They claim to give an exchangereturn readily without asking any questions). This does not happen. They just say that matter is being escalated and no response. And then after a couple of calls the items were picked up by their reverse courier.

    After that, their new response is that the items have not been received at their warehouse, even though it was by their own pickup guy and I have provided all details. These websites just open up to fleece customers. Any number of calls and mails do not work. Why do they claim to do something that they cannot. India should bring in a legislation to stop these kind of e-commerce from springing up. I have interacted and bought things from a number of reputed sites like flipkart etc, but the service is entirely delightful.

      I recently placed an order for thermals and leather products online @ Zovi.com. Theri customer service is hopeless. Please be warned of the most rude customer service you may come across. I guess this site is run by first rate thugs.You try calling them and they are so rude on the phone, including the supervisors. They talk as though they are doing a favour for us. Arrogant to the core. I would never ever buy a product on their site.If you ask for an invoice copy they refuse to even provide that. I believe this is a fradulant company.

        Hi,

        I had ordered for a 100% Cotton shirt and the shirt that got delivered was not 100% cotton. When contacted ZOVI team maintains the shirt was 100% cotton, thinking the customer does not have a textile background. Before sending notice to them, thought of getting it resolved though this forum.

        Zovi — QUALITY

        I bought 2 shirts from ZOVI.COM online store. I saw the 2 shirts in their website which I bought which seems very dark and contrast. But they delivered lite colored faded shirts. I did not like that. I spoke to the customer care number. But they did not response properly and also I returned they did not accept.

          I ordered a shirt through Zovi (order no:QEFJ4) on 17th oct and I got it delivered on 25th.But I’ve made an order for "Smart Grey Front Pocket Regular Fit Shirt" and you have delivered me a Ash colored shirt, quite different from what I’ve ordered. And for last 2hrs I’m trying to call your customer care but that number is getting diverted/no response/busy/not reachable, what I’m supposed to do now? How can take order for one thing and deliver another thing? Don’t you ever want this company for a long run? Those who running this site, Are they nuts? Do you think ZOVI is the only online shop out there?

          I’ve ordered one shirt through zovi on 17th oct(order no QEFJ4).the delivery boy called me on 20th (Thursday).since I was busy with my office work I asked him to return me a call on Saturday and deliver it on sameday,but so far the item has not been delivered and got no calls from delivery boy. what I’m supposed to do.Will I be getting my shirt delivered ?

            Dear sir,

            3 weeks ago, I bought a wallet from ZOVI, while buying it they promised that they will send the wallet at the earliest, and even if i don't like it I can exchange it some other wallet, but when the wallet arrived, It was not so as shown on the image, I am not satisfied and given a call to the customer care and asked for a different one, they said yes they will make arrange ment for it, but nothing happened since the day, i m breaking my head with the executives over there, they were telling me that 'we shifted out ware house' so our people are busy with the arranging works, etc.,

            to test their honesty again i ordered a flipflop from there, that reached me immediately, how come they have time now?" I wondered, They are simply not keeping up the words, to tell the truth.

              I ordered a shirt from zovi.com (order No 6GAMD) hoping that i will get the shirt in two days (they claim 48hr).
              They called me after i order to confirm the order that i did.
              When i called customer serv to enquire about the order they informed me that order was cancelled.
              I asked them who and how the order was cancelled? They said "we dont know" and hanged the ph on me.
              Disclosure: i was not polite, of course I am not going to be very happy after not getting the short that i planned to use for an important meting.
              I called again and guy told me "sorry sir, we are startup so we have some difficulty and we will cal you back"

              I was shocked that a company who is wasting money on online ad has not prepared themselves to handle a order that is coming from Metro!
              Shame on Zovi and shame on the management who is running it...

              I will report back if I get cal from them or if the matter is solved.

              First i was informed that my order is cancelled
              Of course, management running like a headless chicken, after seeing this complain here, rushed and created another order "25QJ9" and now claiming to deliver by one-day-express service. Do they still think I trust Zovi?
              Thank god I didnt pay by credit card or you lose your money and you get nothing... god... beware of these bunch of so called "smart" cheaters.

              Zovi.com: you are loser, plz dont bother to send anything, i bought a nice "giza cotton" from Zodiac... enjoy the day. You get what you pay for!

              This is not good . Well It looks like one sided comments . Zovi did deliver my products on time and when I wanted to return the product they refunded my money and arranged for return pick up. I am happy to buy good quality product price's not bad . the only thing they need to have is have more products.

              I have track the order, my order has been reached to nashik on 12-07-12.
              Every day your courier person calls me and ask that is your cash ready for the payment i will come tomorrow,
              every day the same story.

              I ordered (TBTEC) a sweatshirt for size "S". But i think i got size "XL"... When i contacted them to return the order, they said that since it was under "Thanksgiving offer", it cannot be returned. So I asked for a smallest size & they said they don't have that either...Now I am stuck with that order...totally worthless for me...
              All the response I am getting is sorry for the inconvenience...

              Whats funny is that with this sweatshirt, I ordered another top for same size "S" which is absolutely fine with me... I think that these guys must have been out of that order & wrongfully gave me "XL" size...

              All I want is to exchange that product & if they don't have it...then I want my money back...

              But these guys are refusing on both...This is just unacceptable...I am never going to shop from ZOVI again & will refrain my friends to do the same...This has happened with me...could happen with them as well...

              U guys are good for nothing & I am not going to leave this matter here...

              4. Room of the ground floor is like slum. In your site that rooms are not visible.

              They are really cheaters in the world of Online Marketing.. I have given an order for 3 graphical T-Shirts where i had selected XL size and i have paid through my net banking also as they said in my place cash on delivery is not possible. But these stupid peoples made me fool and has delivered me 1 XL and 2 XXL tshirts. Even same thing has happened with 1of my frnd also and the issue is size. My question is if you cant deliver the right thing in a right way then why unnecessarily showing off in social media sites.

              So easily i got the delivery of 3 t shirts where all the size tag was of XL but in real 1 T shirt was XL and remaining 2 Tshirts were of XXL... Such a cheater...

              Please dont blv them and do remember for future reference as it will work for us online shoppers.
