This is prabhu kumar from andhra pradesh. My mobile nubia z9 mini has felt on the steps from my hand. Phone display is cracked. Touch is not working. There are no service centres near me. So pls provide me the touch screen and the cost it takes. Also, give me the information where the service centres are located near me.
Pls reply me as soon as possible.

    Dear sir,

    I would like to inform you that from 1 month ago i submitted my mobile zte blade a2 plus in borivali service center because i faced many problem against touch pad and mobile mic.

    In a month 3 times call come from the service center that your mobile as repaired but when i go to service center to take my mobile.
    The mobile as not repair then i will asked to service center guy that my mobile not repair against my touch problem. Then he telling us that you have to resubmit your mobile for service.

    Than second time zte service center member call me that your mobile has repaired after than i will go to service center to take mobile, again my mobile has not repaired than i shout to service center guy that my again not repaired against complain, zte service center guy again telling us that you to re submit you mobile. Than i will call to zte customer care against this complain but no solution has given to me and telling that sir please re submit the mobile.

    I really get angry against zte service center. My 2 job sheet no -
    (Kan[protected] first job sheet no.
    (Kan[protected] second job sheet no.

    So please sir take action against zte service center (Borivali west mumbai)

          Walking the above phone fallen on the floor and the touch screen damaged. But the phone is working. I went to replace the touch to all repairing shops at chennai. But they all told this specific touch is not available. Kindly send me the touch to my address. Or please provide the address of the dealer in chennai where i can get the replacement.             I have purchased zte blade buzz mobile model number is v815w last year.
            Last month broken its touchpad by mistaken, so i came to authorised service centre by zte mobiles at lucknow za mobiles. They said touchpad will be repaired within 15 days. I said ok and submitted.
            But today is 29th july still they said next week will be repaired.
            How much time i am waiting for this?

              मेैने 15-2-16 को amazon से zte blade qlux 4g mobile (invoice no.[protected] से ₹ 3999/_ मे क्रय किया था|
              क्रय करने के कुछ समय बाद उसमे ‍परेशानी अाने लगी जैसे over-heating, bad connecting charger, battery not charge 100% etc.
              तो मैने zte custmer care no. [protected] पर call किया तो उन्होने zte service center (nakoda mobile, ajmer) पर जाने को कहा|
              मैने 16-5-16 zte ajmer पर जाकर अपना मोबाइल व usb cable check कराया तो उन्होने कहा की अापका मोबाइल व usb cable head office भेजना पडेगा जिसके लिये एक job sheet (job sheet no. viascj008j1855) बनाई और मोबाइल व usb cable रख ली तथा एक सप्ताह बाद आने को कहा|
              एक सप्ताह बाद zte care ajmer से बात करने पर बताया गया कि अभी मोबाइल व usb cable ठीक होकर आने पर आपको बता दिया जायेगा|
              इस तरह उन्होने लगभग डेढ माह तक मोबाइल व usb cable को अपने पास रखा| इस दौरान मैने कई बार zte custmer care no. [protected] व zte care ajmer कई call व e-mail किये|
              27-06-16 की शाम को मेरे पास zte care ajmer से मोबाइल के लिये call आया| जब मैने zte care ajmer से मोबाइल लेकर चलाया, तो मेैने पाया कि मोबाइल का rear/back camera नही चल रहा है| इसके लिये जब मैने zte care ajmer से कहा तो उन्होने 27-06-16 को ही नयी job-sheet (viascrj008j1879) बनाई और मोबाइल वापस head office भेज दिया| इस समय तक भी मुझे usb cable नही दी गई थी और कहा गया कि usb cable अभी नही आयी है तथा मुझे एक सप्ताह का समय दिया गया|
              अब तक मे लगातार इनसे contact मे था|
              15-07-16 को मुझे zte care ajmer बुलाकर केवल मोबाइल दिया गया usb cable नही दी गयी, usb cable के बारे मे पुछने पर कहा गया कि usb cable अभी नही आयी है|
              और इस दौरान जब मैने मोबाइल check किया तो पाया कि rear/back camera (8mp) की फोटो (रिजोलेशन) साफ नही आ रही है (image quality was dull).
              अत: आप से निवेदन है कि हमारा खराब मोबाइल बदलाकर नया मोबाइल दिलाया जाये या क्रय मूल्य ₹3999/_ ka 2% ब्याज के साथ भुगतान कराया जाये तथा
              हमारी usb cable भी दिलाई जाये जो अभी तक प्राप्त नही हुई|

                I have purchase one zte nubia z9 mini on10/31/2015. Now its vibrator is not working. I have given it at service centre on 6/24/16. Its under warranty. Today its 30 th day after given it to autherised service centre.. Still it has not got problem solved.. Every time service centre person is telling as soon as they get the spare they will solve it. But its really disappointing reply. Kindly look up into the issue very seriously and do the needful. And expecting your reply.

                    On march 16th 2016, i gave my mobile zte qlux 4g for service it had an touch problem, still now handset is not ready, already 3 months 10 days have passed away, still how many months should i wait sir...!! Service center guys tell me that past 6 months they dint receive any spare parts for zte mobiles...! If zte is not in a position to provide spare parts why do zte sell the handsets in india with 12 months warranty, i had complained multiple times no one gives a appropriate answer... Still how many years should i wait to get my mobile from service center... Sir..!!

                    From last two year, me using ZTE EVO for internet but from last two weak its opening speed of websites or down loading speed beome very low. I have visit to ISLAMAABAD office (I-9/3 house 960 street 5) but they have simply told me to purchase a new EVO from market.
                    The charging port seems broken. It wont charge my phone.

                        I am very disappointed with purchase of second phone with same mode. Zte grand s 2, as i am using cdma services, i bought the handset and it's a manufacturer fault in software.. Biggest problem is consecutively with second handset is messaging software, i am not able to receive or read messages. Message shows as in unread status but actually it not lands in inbox. Main problem getting when you made any transaction on banking site and i need to wait for otp thru message, sometime otp receive after 3 minutes it resulted to time over and not able to do any bank transaction. Secondly screen got blacked while using,,,, please help if you can @ [protected]... I have both the handsets with me and i am not able to use it... I spend around 28000 on both the handsets and not able to use it more than 3 months.

                                    ZTE Cell Purchase in Reliance Digital shop at viviana mall Thane. Cell was malfunctioning, Reliance directed to ZTE service center. Service center was not reachable. after six months found service center. Mobile was with service center for 5 months . Returned faulty . Submitted in warranty period but ZTE is not responding.

I complained several times to our Shana Enterprise about defectiveness of Handset since November to till now. But the Sana Enterprise did not rectify my Handset problem.

                                        With reference to mobile touch panel damaged for mobile handset Nubia Z9mini( Model no. NX511J). Gorilla glass is claimed by company in it's specifications while selling, it is damaged by minor touch also. Mobile device is in warranty period. It is purchased from amazon India website with invoice dated 4th June 2015. No any services available after sales.Customer care toll free number [protected] is not responding properly. The peoples in customer care are just taking my e-mail id and forwarding it to concern department. They had suggested to e-mail me on company id:-- [protected]@zte.com.cn. with describing problem. I had started communication since 20th January 2016 vie e-mail with read receipt on given e-mail id. Return e-mail receipt is receive via e-mail id of Mr. Vinay Jadhavrao. But no solution or response is received till date 08Feb2016. At present condition customer care executives available on toll free numbers are providing contact numbers and address of different persons and customer care centers surrounding to my location Baroda. Out of the same no positive response and all are giving different cost of repair under warranty period. I had attended to Service center at Vadodara/Baroda (Aayran technology in windsor plaza, Alakapuri) and they had written e-mail to Chennai but no reply from Chennai also. Mr.Hardikbhai and Mr. Kaderbhai at baroda service center could not solve the issue. One of the service center at Ahmedabad had refuse to repair out of warranty. No any reply of my communications. And company is selling with wrong specification related to touch/display panel is gorilla glass. I want to replace or repair the product under warranty period. This is for strict action against the company and resolve the matter at earliest.
                                        ZTE Corporation customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Mobile not repaired after more than 20 days

                                        Dear Sir, I purchased a mobile from ZTE, Mobile was not working properly hence given for repair. it is more than 20 days, I have not received any proper response from company, company service is very bad
