I have purchased a ZTE GRAND X QUAD LITE sr no. 321A320106C1 white colour model V967S in July 2014. The same was not getting Initialized and so I have submitted the same to your Pune Service center : Newtech Networking 13/2 Karve Road Bhosale Bldg Near Kalyan jewelers Pune Tel No [protected] on 3-2-2015 as it is in warranty period. More than one month has already lapsed but still it was not repaired/returned till today. It is therefore requested to kindly intervene and the get the problem resolved.

I have the Phone of Zte in which the Screen of the Device is malfunctioning. The Device is in warrenty. The Companys customer Care has told me that your complain will resolve when the company sends them the required parts of the device. It has been almost month still the company has not done anything. As u know today phone is very necessary and i am business man and i already got the loss of approx. 50000 due to my mobile was off. So i urge you to take strong action against the company.

Sir, I went OMKAR Service SHOP NO.-4, C.S.C.-2, DDA MARKET, AVANTIKA CHOWK, ROHINI SECTOR-1, DELHI on 23/01/15 as my handset purchased in OCT.2014 was not working, so they said its touch is damaged, they taken my handset & did not return my Hand set Battery & Back cover of phone, they did not indicate that on Sheet, when I went to take back my phone they return it to me without Battery & back cover, they said they given it me at the time of submission of handset. Mr. Lakhan was there, I request you to please look into this matter & retun my handset accessoies as soon as earliest. Only 4 months old my handset look like 4 years old :(((. My ZTE Blade G2 handset given to Service Centre at Dadar in Mumbai on 8th November 2014 for repairing. But since 3 months pass, i still not have received my handset from service centre. Service Centre people told me to speak with Mr.Sudhir Shetty for the handset because he is authorised person. Even after speaking with Sudhir Shetty from last 20 days. He is also not cooperating properly and always gives excuses like delivery is delayed and some other foolish things. Needs to know when i will get my handset also my warranty period is getting over because of this unprofessional people.

Dear Team, This is to bring under information that on 24 Dec 14, purchased with an handset ZTE S183, but it was my very wrong to go with same brand name, as with short span of 1 month only, its ringer got fail twicetwice, and very poor and worst service at Muskan enterprises, they behave so rude and asked me why u have purchase such a rubbish brand, 4 times i have visited their place, didnt got any solution, also faced their rurude and unethical behaviour, my money is waste...what crime i have done by purchasing your prodproductproduct, i want immediate solutionsolution. Dear Sir/Madam, I am Harvinder Singh, I bought a new phone of zte s183 mobile from Reliance Dealer. After few days I am facing the problem in that mobile. The network was not coming, the keypad was not working, always showing invalid call during calling and then turn off. I gave it to the service center in Muskan Enterprises in Indore, Madhya pradesh, on 15/01/2015.but till now i don't get the proper response from them.i am waiting for repair of my phone but they are saying the parts are not being delivered by ZTE that is why we are not able to repair it. My case ID no. is IND[protected] for repair of my S183 ZTE/Reliance handset and the IMEI no. is a0000038be1466. bought zte blade 880 mobile may 2014. Unfortunatly touch screen was not working due to broken. i handover to the madurai zte authorized service center name of vinayaga communication. the service people says the cost of touch screen 4000Rs but the mobile price is 4500Rs. I hand over service centre before four months but not ready till now. My job sheet number 000525. My name uthayakumar.i Will go to consumer court for this price variations.

Dear Sir, I was purchase ZTE hand set from Reliance outlet in Raipur on 19/06/204 through invoice no [protected]. Now i am facing the problem in hand set, when some one calls me and i was picked the call, he call was automatically disconnect and called get a busy tone.

Dear sir, I have bought my mobile ZTE Blade G2 V880H by SNAPDEAL and after one month there is a problem when i on my mobile only ZTE is looking on screen so i went to service center and give my mobile to ZTE service center for repair and after one month i got my mobile from service center and i used my mobile for 2 month and i got same problem so again i give my mobile to service center before 25 days until i have not get my mobile from service center. Service center people says that it is the problem of mother board in your mobile. why this same problem is coming in my mobile i have paid lot of money for this so you take some action on this matter if possible please change my handset.

I purchased a ZTE Mobile on date 24th July 2014 along with warranty of 1 Year. On date 4th September i visited ZTE Jaipur service centre and make complaint for Charger and battery bot are not working.They told me to come next day for replacement. After two days when i visited service centre they told me that they don't have replacement. When i asked them to meet Service centre head they told me that he is in meeting and i don't have permission to meet him. While he was watching movies in his cabin. When i told him again to meet Branch Head to they pushed me out of Branch and still i not get any solution for my complain. They insulted me for which i can't imagine that like ZTE companies have these type of Staff. Indian government shold restrict to these companies to trade in India who misbehave with customers to replace with in warranty product. The Copy of request submitted at branch is attached here.

I am Amrita from Ranchi, Jharkhand. I have submitted my mobile phone to ZTE authorized service center at Ranchi named ENSURE SUPPORT SERVICE INDIA LTD, RANCHI on today on 11 September 14 to repair because of my set is suddenly going switched off & not restart again. Service center person received my phone with replying me that ZTE service is very poor, near about 2 months time will be taken by the company for repair my hand set. First of all I have purchased near about 1 month ago only & problem arises on the set, I want a new hand set against replacement because it is a manufacturing faulty as per the information given by the service person. Secondly If you provide me service under warranty then It should be maximum 3-4 days. You all know the importance of mobile in present time, why a person hamper his work & why he/she bear a cost of purchasing new mobile handset. My work order no. is RIT/ZM/14/00325.Can we expect your quick response. If any fault is liable in handset you should take back it from the market instead of cheating people.

Sir, I have purchased one ZTE D286 model from M/S SR AEON, Bhubaneswar on[protected]. But I faced a lot of problem in the set. Some time it get automatically switch off. Sometime the key were not functioning at all. Moreover most of the time the Network device of the set was not working properly and was giving a very poor signal. But in the same area when I was changing the SIM care to some other Set it worked fine. Disguised with the set I deposit the set to one of your service center M/S Smart Services, Bhubaneswar, Phone-[protected],[protected] on[protected] vide Job Sheet no.19, for required repairing or Changing the Set. But unfortunately every day, on my enquiry, they are telling the servicing has not yet started. I do not know when I shall get back my set. I am Abhijeet from nagpur i submitted my mobile phone to Zte service center at nagpur on 11th july 2014 to repair because of restart problem they took my phone said i will take 10 days to get repair. but now its near 40 days that did not repaired my phone and not given back to me and its 40 days since i submit my phone to service centre. and whenever i call zte customer care and service center they used to say me it will take more time. i can not understand what should i do now.
