I purchased a Zte mobile on 17th june 2014 from snapdeal.com. it stopped working on 10 july 2014 And i submitted handset to customer care on 11th july 2014. and now its 14th of august. 1 month 4 days passed now my phone is still lying at service center.and whenever i called them they used to say we are working on it. and today one big thing happen to me when i called there customer care they were shouting over me saying cant you understand at once. they talk to me in very rude and loud way. PLEASE HELP ME.

This is to inform you that I had purchase ZTE V793 handset on 10/10/23013 from private vendor.The handset is still in warranty period. The phone got dead and I gave mobile to your service center on 30/05/2014. S.G Infotech at Borivali Mumbai (INDIA). There is no proper response from your service center, I got the answer that mother board is having problem and later .I was told that display screen is damaged.Its being almost 2 1/2 month getting over. When ever I called they say that u will get within few days but now limit is surpassed. Even company response we are looking in to matter.But nothing happens.       I brought a ZTE blade g2 v880h phone on 14/6/2014 from online but after 2 days (i.e., 16/6/2014) I faced some software issue so I call the customer support and he suggest me to take phone to the service centre and I did same. But now it has been more than 45 days and still they haven't returned my phone. Whenever I visit the service centre they blame the main service centre for delay and when I call the customer support they says my phone has been delivered to the local service centre. I feel like I have been cheated by this Chinese company so I request my indian government to look after the activity of this fraud company and save hard earns money of it's citizen. Thank You.

            Purchased this mobile one month back...it is horrible experience... Poor quality..speaker blue tooth headset battery everything is problem... Cant hear other person speaking. won't get charged even after 8hrs n gets discharged in few hrs...am cheated...no response from service centre or company inspite of repeated complaints...why RU cheating poor ppl with faulty product .I want my money back.

                Dear sir, I had purchased a ZTE MTS Striker C132 cdma handset online from shopclues on 29th Jan 14. After 2 and half months it's battery got dead. I went to the nearest authorized ZTE service center at SERVICE CITY, OFFICE NO 201, SECOND FLOOR, SAGAR PLAZA, DISTRICT CENTRE, LAXMI NAGAR, NEW DELHI 110092 on 19th April. They told me that they have made a request for new battery and told me to visit again after a week. Since then I have visited 5 times and even called them several times (they answer call very rarely, their no. is "[protected]"). Every time they say battery is still not arrived ant tell me to visit after 4-5 days. My mobile phone is dead since a month. It's very disappointing situation. Please resolve my issue.

                  Sir, I hade purchsed the reliance zte286 handset on dtd. 14.04.14 but due to speaker problem I have submitted the same to service center at Empress Moll, Nagpur (Mah.) on dtd. 18.04.14. But after 20 days has been complited.
                  not repleased my mobile handset or not given may mony back.

                  The service center said that they send handset to zte co. & co. said that they have not available the same handset.
                  they don't give me D.O. for replacement from shop.

                  Kindly inform me, What can I do.

                    Job no. 3754 Dear complaint dept., I have bought a ZTE Idea Blade (v880) . Initialy it worked, nearly 2 - 3 days it worked but after that it is not switching on...I gave it to the service centre on date 12/07/13 and till now it is not repaired...I have already visited the service centre for more than 10 times but not got my phone... you please help me to get repaired my phone or provide me with a new handset...

                        I have purchased ZTE V6700 from Reliance webworld - Annpurna Road, Indore. But after 15 days from the date of purchase I got many problem in my handset like ............phone hang, slow processing speed,battery heat up,external memory slot problem, when i went to Reliance Web World to check my handset problem then they said you have to go ZTE Service Center, On My own Expenses I went to service center, Here Amit assured that the problem would be shorted shortly but it is not happen till yet, I have submitted my Phone on 12/07/2013, after so many reminder and personal visit they are not giving my mobile phone. Now i have not any faith in that service center. Please help me in my phone problem regarding.

Already i registered a complaint regarding my problem last night that i did not get signal in all the 3 modes of connection and no proper response from your dealer. They pretend like taking the complaint seriously but they are really making response to us!
                          What did you react for my complaint last night?? For being unreacted why the hell do you have customer care and this sort of complaint registering websites?? I never expect such stinky customer care reflection for their complaints from Reliance! This is totally on buying such devices in Reliance & this reduces the reliability on your company. Very worst customer care!!! Atleast now ask your dealer not to repair the device, but to get back the device and refund my money! Hereafter i don't want to have any sort of affair with Reliance. Kindly solve my issue!!! I want my money back and please get back your device.

                            I have purchased a are make model S 160 from a reliance outlet on 13 September 2012. After 3 days o[censored]sage the handset got dead.due to my hectic schedule I was not able to submit it to " the mobile care" (official zte mobile repair store) immediately. On January 10, 2013 I submit it to the mobile care Ahmedabad office. The job number provided to me was[protected]. Also my charger along with phone and battery was deposited by mobile care lady stating that the mobile is dead & would be repaired after availability of spare parts. Even after continous follow up I still get the same rely "Non availability of spares".

                              actually i had purchased a battery of exide with my bike on 16 apr 2012 and suddenly it got damaged it was not charging so i had given that for replacement on 05 jan 2013 battery no is-7C5171213 and till now i did'nt got my battery back and due to this i'm facing lots of problems.horn and light is not working properly in my bike and always i have to travell in night due to my work and i think due to this some time it will create big problem for me in night like accident or anything else...so do the needfull urgently

                                I have a Reliance 3g tab and i had bought it on 18/09/2011 it was a poor quality product, before completing one year it had gone to service center 3 times
                                First it was sent for wifi problem and its mother board had changed after few days
                                then second time just 2 months later the first complaint it had gone for haeating problem means its display got heated up that it seems like something is burning inside it then took many days to repair it they said me that display is impaired and it took some time then i leave my tab there for some days after that
                                The third time i have to take my tab to the service center for the same probolem that it starts heating up much higher than earlier than they again said me that the display is impaired and told me to come after one week the give me the recieving on17/08/2012 and told me to come after a week then i reached to the service center after a week they told me to come after three days, and after the three days they said me to come again after days and Till now (05/09/2012) i can't receive my tab When i contact with them they give wrong delivery date commimtent.and said that your tab is not repaired
                                Please help me out from this i am a student and facing lot of difficulties withou my tab and they are twisting me again and again.

                                    sir i purchased mobile idea blade v800 on 23/feb/2012 i face many problems with this mobile first the receiver problem, after that network problem comes when i near at tower the network comes fully but when i cover some distance no network, receiver problem solve by changing by new but network problem remain same mr. yusuf in mkt no 5 in faridabad service center adonis electronics says that its sim tray will be change for network problem i wait for 10 days sim tray replaces but problem remain same after that he says for motherboard i wait for 7days but problem remain same what type of service is this so i want my money back or a new phone otherwise i go to consumer court and i want result in three days because i dont tolerated any more

                                      I am using Reliance Tab Made by ZTE since last year, there was a minor charging problem in my tab On 28/03/14 I went to The NET Surfer authorized service centre for ZTE in srinagar loction and the take my Tab and committed that device will be ready on 31-03-14, on that day I went there they have repaired the charging jack but they have damaged the display on my Tab, they promised me that they will replace the display with in few days but till date they are not picking the phone nor they are giveing me any update regarding my phone, I called them regularly on there phone no,[protected], and other cell no., I got somehow [protected] the person who give me receipt for the Tab when I submitted my Tab there but the person is saying me that He left the job from there, and I got the no. of there boss Namely Mr. Wasim [protected] but He too is so irresponsible the He never bother to receive the phone, I am very much fed up with the service provider, I request the ZTE personals to kindly intervene and provide me the timeline for giving back my Tab.

                                        worst company and worst services i ever had....literally feeling cheated after i buyed zte produt..surely gonna register a complain against company....

                                        my new relaince tab is a faulty device which getting turn on and off automatically in every 2 mins .....no one is helping me reliance world from where i purchsed and eithe zte manufactues.my tab is just 10 days old ..
