i bought a moblie ZTE Reliance D286(Black) X000AHFYHP from amazon, the invoice no. RJ-SJAA[protected] and date is apr 17, 2015. for few days there is no signal to the CDMA sim, if i swithed off and on it just it shows the signal for only 2 seconds then it losts signal. up side button it is some times not working and some times very hard

    Dear Sir/Madam 1) I hv purchased a ZTE handset of CDMA online from Flipkart during the month of Feb 15, However, the same has got defective yesterday with in 4 months. While talking on phone suddenly mobile gone switched off and after that it was not getting switched On. Suspected Power IC went off. 2) It is therefore requested to kindly do the need full step or kindly guide me accordingly for rectification/replacement of the handset view the handset is under warranty. 3) My name and mobile number is appended below.       I purchased a ZTE BLADE G2 V880H on 5 July'2014. But now it gives a lot of problem regarding software. So i approach my nearest service centre 3 times (REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED, MITRA BUILDING, ASHRAM ROAD, ULUBARI CHARIALI, ULUBARI, ASSAM, GUWAHATI-GWI - 781007, [protected] /[protected]/ 2450612), but they refuse to give me the service. I am facing a lot of problem as I have only 1 month of service as per company norms. Also I call at the ZTE service hotline no.           With the reference to the above subject, I would like to inform you that I was purchased ZTE Mobile Phone (Model No. ZTES188) CDMA Handset (by Rahul Communication, Rajouri Garden vide Bill No. 238 Dtd: 08/04/2015 in Audio Speaker Problem. Its 3rd time problem in Audio Speaker (Any body calling to me no hearing to voice in my phone). The Mobile Phone did not work properly & camera quality is bad, hanging problem, network problem. I was submitted my ZTES188 in Service Center for reparing on 10.06.15 & Its work order enclosed. So Please return this product and refund my money as soon as possible.               the performance of the zte wireless internet broadband service provided by the BSNL, Agartala is very low & poor.The speed is not satisfactory as per declared by the company.In this regard, several times the concern/regional office was made telephonic request to improve the speed of the internet service but there is no sign of any improvement in the speed of internet service so far as declared.Whereas, the monthly charges is around rupees eight hundred sixty and the connection is disconnected even one day lapse of payment of bill.Therefore, this of action is fooling the customer in need and the performance is not up to the mark for the monthly charges/pay etc. zte.                 I am using MTS postpaid connection for last few months. I have a rental of Rs. 999/- + vat & service tax. Few weeks ago my wifi internet dongle started giving me trouble so i talked to a representative of MTS. He told me i had to take it to ZTE service center to replace, MTS cant help me with this. I took it to the ZTE service center on 12th May 2015 and since then they are telling me they'll replace my next week but no real help is actually happening. I am very fed up with their service. I use this data card all the time for my work and this is really hampering my business. I am tired listening to their lame excuses that they dont have a wifi data dongle in their stock to replace mine. More than 2 weeks already passed and I have no idea when i'll get back my device

                  Dear Sir / Madam, Purchased this mobile ZTE Blade G2 ( bill attached ) within 10 days had to go to service center ( invoice attached ) as display was not working... and now again I have given my phone for repair on 1st April ( invoice attached ) & after 1.5 month - No News of my phone ... till date. Please keep this mobile with you and refund my money. These are Professional cheaters ... Thanks

                      Hi, I had bought ZTE Blade G2 V880H from Snapdeal on 24th Jun 2014. The product was working fine till this Jan 2015 when the display stopped working. Since then, i am been trying to contact your following customer care but never get through. I was lucky to get a reply once when i was asked to visit someone in Goregaon, Mumbai however that person too has stopped responding. Request to please help. Today 18-April-15, I have problem with this mobile, but authorized service center- (Omkar solutions, Rohini, New Delhi.) *Person told me- your zte mobile not in warranty period because mobile manufacturing date is June-2013.* I try somany time to owner that my bill date r 14-july-2014 & his not complete one year, but service center own not agree with me, & his again n again say that service depending on manufacturing date. So I complaint for this mobile manufacturing Company ZTE because his mansion in warranty card this product is warranted for12 months from date of purchase & my mobile under warranty period as company T C policy.                             sir, my name is harkirat singh i am from shimla (hp) . i buy a zte mobile g2 from snapdeal after 3 months it give me problem .i went to service station they told its motherboard problem. they change it in 1 month after it i see when i receive any call or make call its display not visible . i again going to service station they told we send your mobile to company factory that's in gurgau after 1 months they give my mobile but still as problem is there and 1 more problem is comes that mobile is not changing . they told me we again send it t factory after 1 months my phone comes but all is there and my mobile is physical damage and service provider told me now we have not service station of zte. i am very tired next service station is in Chandigarh it hear 100 +km .please help me my last work order no isshi/zm/14/00135. zte custome harkirat singh

                                  i given my phone 2 zte service centre 17.02.15 ..that job no VIASCRJ032J236 OF name jain fashion jewellery (arvind parekh)...but still they didnt give my phone they said that its not repair yet ...i replied if company send me part then we will give other wise we didnt give ...n their responce with custmor is too bad or abusing ...

                                  its such a damn ...i m in trouble ...


                                  i didnt have any phone ... thats company ..i shame on it...

                                      Around six months back I purchased Airtel 3G Dongle Model no MF667 (Data Sim No [protected]) through corporate plan of my company ONGC. The dongle provided to me was of ZTE Corporation. I am not able to use the dongle with Apple Laptop as i understand the Airtel Dongle of ZTE Corporation does not support MAC OS 10.10 i.e Yosemite. I went to nearest airtel service center and they also agreed that the said dongle does not support MAC OS 10.10 i.e Yosemite. At the time of purchase the new OS was already launched so I donot understand why older product was being sold. It took me six months to find out root cause of problem and for these months my company has already been making payments. I have tried all methods mentioned in the net but am not able to use the doggle. find solution for the problem.

                                        Sir i have purchased a zte N799d from rcom.shop.after i got the mobile i found that the specisication of the mobile is wrong.i kept my mobile in service center for 3 months.the mother board was replaced 4 times.then finally service center authority tells me that the specified mibile has only that specification.due to which my mobile gets continously hanged.the ram is only 385mb.and i cant even browse a movie on wifi .if the mobile is at factory reset.
