I have purchased the handset from Snapdeal last year. The set was working perfectly till last week with an Airtel connection. Last week suddenly, it was unable to detect the network, giving the error "Error while Searching for network" when forced to search for available networks or "Unable to register" with Automatic Network selection.
I changed the SIM to slot 2 and it worked fine for a couple of days after which the network is lost again.
Have tried restoring factory settings, with a different SIM. The same SIM works fine on other handsets.

I have bought zte reliance, wireless data modem hsd usb card in 2013 oct month.
but that didn't work, and when i went to customer care Chandigarh sec 22, they said it is defective piece andd we would replace it and after one week they replaced it but the replaced piece also showing problem of not ruuning in high speed signal and after 2 months of complaining reliance company send there network team to check they said that there is no reliance high speed signal problem, the problem is with device. after knowing i went to same customer care of zte in chandigarh but they replied that now they are not working for zte .when i call zte they said they are not having any customer care centre in chandigarh or near by place and gave me adress of customer care centres whichi are at a 250 to 300 km. i waited for some time and after some time i came to know (when i called zte customer care ) that they have opened a cstomer care centre in punchkula ditrict of haryana .then went there and gave my device to them for replacement on 11 january 2016 but till now i haven't recieved my device . model no AC2739

My zte mts rockstar cdma phone is not working there us some problem of failure in board and subjected to replace . the service center attendant refuse to accept my set as he told me to registered the mts connection no.(mobile no) to submit the same . but i m using tata sim in the said set which is purchased from online shopping snapdeal as shown compatible with tata cdma sim which is working properly in the mobile set ... But now service center attendent in uttam nagar new delhi named as om communication refused to accept my set to repair without the mts connection .. Nothing is mention while purchasing the set in the website or mobile packing that the mobile set is only meant for the mts sim only . my hand set us in warranty n i want my set replaced ir repaired ... Two times earlier the same set was repaired in janak puri service centre district center vishwdeep building they don't ask me mts number . then why uttam nagar dealer ask me for mts number kindly replace or repair my handset as janak puri center was closed and this is the only center i have in my location..

I call on the tool free number [protected] than i say to him that sir i purchase Wi Pod . then he says what i can do? (in very bad way) then he disconnect the call. I call them again and he abused me, and he again disconnect the call.

I have brought this on 5th Nov from Reliance Store, It has unstable signal problem since first day, I Have submitted it to your Service center- M/s MAXCOM -Thane West on 23rd November. Since then they have not been able to tell me by when it will be replaced, every time i visit them they say next week, no tracking no constructive answer, all your complain NOs are fake or not working, your service center have been saying they can not share any info. It looks you are cheating your customer please provide me updated soon as possible or else we need to go to consumer forum.,

My cellphone touch was not working so i submitted my cellphone to ZTE service center on 5th September. But till date i haven't received any response from them. Every time I visit to them, they just say me that it will take another week since we have not received part from the company. I also raised a complain by calling to ZTE customer care number. Complain number - [protected] Everyday i call to ZTE helpline and they also have only one answer that we have forwarded your concern to our concern department, and they will contact you in the evening. But till date i haven't received any response from them. I have raised a complain on 14th October and it has been more than a month they have not replied to me. Today it has been more than 2 months, i have not received my phone nor got any response from ZTE company. Purchased zte nubia z9 mini mobile on 13 oct 2015 via amazon .
my LCD got slight damage, i showed it to service center in lucknow, service center is asking for 9380 Rs for lcd panel,
its very very high price of LCD, almost unbelievable price.please sir inform whether the price is so high, if its so high i

would never buy nor recommend any one to buy zte Mobile.

I purchased ZTE N919D from e bay on 23-FEB- 2015. The cellphone is not working for last 3 months. When i start the cellphone it shows white screen and Zte . When contacted local service centre at Bokaro they said it's a software issue. They sent it to their Kolkata service centre after one month they are saying that problem could not be resolved.

I submitted my dongle ac2739 on 18th sept 2015 in lucknow authorized service center but till date I haven't got it back The customer care keeps on prolonging n give wrong information that my dongle has been dispatched but again they say it's still in the factory. Complete nuisance n manipulation ZTE INDIA should wind up as soon as possible. Moreover service center personnel has no manners n behaves rudely.

I, Farhan Millwala, bought a zte mobile, on 21-Jun-2015, but the moment I started using the phone it started giving me network problem. On 7-Aug-2015 i have given my phone to service centre "Crystal Computers" of ZTE mobile at Fort but till date every time i called them but they reply that they do not have parts for my phone .

I had purchased a Reliance Pro 3 dongle (Zte make, model no AC3633 and IMEI no A000004E2C5040) on 20 May 15 and got it activated on 25 May 15 with a validity of 01 month unlimited, the offer which attracted me to buy the aforesaid product. However the same stopped working suddenly on 14 Jun 15 and i took it to the customer care on 15 Jun 15 (Crystal Computers, 32, S.A. Brelvi Road, Elphinstone Bldg. opp Dena Bank, Horniman Circle, Fort Mumbai. Tel[protected] and i was told that the product will be repaired / replaced within 15 days. However till today (28 Jul 15) the same is not replaced. Everytime i approach these people they say come tommorrow. Last time i visited them on 27 Jul 15 and i was told that the actual service centre is at Goregaon(Address - IT Techies Services Pvt Ltd, 11/84, Motilal Nagar No.3, Shree Gajanan CHS Ltd, MG Road Goregaon (W), Mumbai 400014. This is just disgusting please do the needful to resolve and the Reliance Communications should be adivsed not to promote such useless products which do not have a good service.

I brought zte v5 in 10, 600 in jalndhar aman mobiles wid dna insurance in case my phon touch is break nobody give me insurane claim then i was goes service center there they said touch repairing cost is 5000 rs know you tell wht the benefit me to buy ur zte phon. . I am using ZTE mobile ZTE blade G2 V880H. Its touch is not worked and given to service centre in Visakhapatnam on 30/01/2015. After a month they replaced touch and gave to me. While using it i found that the screen is disappearing when calls are placed or received. I again hand over my mobile to service after 10 days. They given back after 2 weeks without doing anything. For the same problem I have given again on may 20/05/2015. They given back on 20/06/2015 without charging in mobile, when I checked at home its the same, they did nothing. Its now 6 months I didn't used the mobile. The work order no is VAG/ZM/15/00120 and dt: 21/05/2015.
