The below mention Invoice VITPL/[protected]/ZTE/007 (Civil & Electrical Job At Sctor 12 Bokaro & Balu Sites In Jharkhand Circle) was rejected as it falls under Open PO category and hence can`t entertain.

delay in service

i buy zte 2746 data card but after 15 days is stop working and when i went to service center they told me its take 07 days to replace this after that i called zte call center for same they are saying this is a company policy we are not be able to faster than this u can do what ever u want ,


i m very disappointed with service they have only five service center in delhi this five center are also not providing a good service...

compensation for recharge

in just two months after the purchase it went out of order,

when i had submit it to reliance customer care solutions for replacement they did not replace it and that it was ok,

so after their assurance i recharged it with Rs 200,that recharge had validity of seven days
after few hrs it again stopped working but
this time they took it for replacement and took atleast 8 days to replace that data...

poor speed

Dear Sir
I am using my data card no.[protected] since last one year and the speed of datacard is worst, i think the company is cheating with us, and i have made many complaint at customer care but the result is zero, i have not got the speed more then 2 kbps at any time, but the company promises always the speed should be 20-40 kpbs the maximum speed is announced 144 kpbs but i never got the speed more then 2 kbps....

I am shekhar jasiwal res.in parbhani , last 6 day my usb net is not given sufficient speed ( 0-5 kbps) so i am complain to customer care I am not satisfied and sall my problem .thats have i am go to retailer and wan counseled my connection and return my money .but he cant return my money and never give any service . castmer care says take that usb modem and give to care center . but in this city never any service station...

non performing handset

A much hyped company, is a channel partner of TATA INDICOM. The product ZTE CDMA handsets get extremely heated up, The service centres are located in far away distances. On purchase the customer is entangled in the process of complaints, visits, and unresolved issues whether because of company/dealer-Harjase Mobiles Mall PVT LTD East Patel nagar or because of Airtime providers.
