The below mention Invoice VITPL/[protected]/ZTE/007 (Civil & Electrical Job At Sctor 12 Bokaro & Balu Sites In Jharkhand Circle) was rejected as it falls under Open PO category and hence can`t entertain.

The subject Invoice VITPL/[protected]/ZTE/007 was accepted by ZTE (Mr. Amit) on 12th May 2011and the invoice rejected by mail on 4th August 2011 stating the reason as above mention. As per Frame agreement, after 45 days we are in hope of payment for the invoice but after Two and Half Month we got to know that the invoice is rejected.This is an extent of dread situation fetched by ZTE.


The same Invoice (VITPL/[protected]/ZTE/068) was firstly received by ZTE on 23 Aug.2010 and in the same fashion the invoice was rejected and returned manually on 20th October 2010.The reason was to provide WCC and Directors approval. The span of Invoice acceptance and rejection is too large ????????.


Then again with WCC and Director Approval, the same Invoice (VITPL/[protected]/ZTE/114) was submitted and accepted on 6th Dec. 2010 by ZTE (Mr. Vikram Singh Juneja).When we have not get payment and also not found in ZTE Account Book during March closing, we have done tremendous query through mail, but no certain reply was given by your personnel and theinvoice was assume to be trace less. But while querying face to face in April 2011 with Mr. Juneja we found the same Invoice VITPL/[protected]/ZTE/114 in drawer of Vikram Singh Juneja and the same Invoice was again processed through Ms. Anju & Mr. Charul.

In May 2011, again we queried face to face with Ms. Anju & Mr. Charul, then again the Invoice was found missing. With this hue and cry situation we were requested by your personnel to raise fresh Invoice and we again raise the Invoice bearing No. VITPL/[protected]/ZTE/007 merely in hope of getting payment as we have invested our hard earned money and this invoice finally falls under Open PO category as mention.





When we reach the final situation of the Invoice we were burst into laugh.

ZTE India is great like East India Company of Grrreatttt Britain.

      i buy zte 2746 data card but after 15 days is stop working and when i went to service center they told me its take 07 days to replace this after that i called zte call center for same they are saying this is a company policy we are not be able to faster than this u can do what ever u want ,


      i m very disappointed with service they have only five service center in delhi this five center are also not providing a good service , this company need some tonic to charge up

        IN ZTE kolkatta there is a biggest ADMIN PIMP Name as koushik ghosh who have done so fraud in name of zte telecom india pvt ltd .

        All the chinese people working are dogs and he is biscuit of dog if any complain you can lodge complaint to HQ IN CHina but they are also useless i would request that in kolkatta there should be protest and office should be closed.
        I passed Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication engg.

          in just two months after the purchase it went out of order,

          when i had submit it to reliance customer care solutions for replacement they did not replace it and that it was ok,

          so after their assurance i recharged it with Rs 200,that recharge had validity of seven days
          after few hrs it again stopped working but
          this time they took it for replacement and took atleast 8 days to replace that data card

          in this process my 200 Rs went in vein.i need compensation for that reliance is not taking the responsibility for that

          My phone's loud speakers and Google play services were not working and I submit my phone in erode service centre but they cannot repair my phone because the parts are not there. They return my phone without repairing it after 5 months. Service centres sucks

            Dear Sir, I have Bought a new mobile on 31/01/2010 from my local shop I have Bill also. with the mim-nimum 6 month warranty.after4 and 5 days My display was damaged itself. now I have tried to get it repaired at their service Centre which I have found in the list which I got in the box. but when I went at their service centre. I found that almost service centre was closed. Now I am very tired to run away for this display. even I tried in market but in market display is not avaailabl for thisphone.
            Now problem is that I have taken so many leave from company to gat it repair from their service station. But I can not take more leave . Infact I tried all the service centre of delhi.

            Plz suggest me What should I do Now.

              Dear Sir
              I am using my data card no.[protected] since last one year and the speed of datacard is worst, i think the company is cheating with us, and i have made many complaint at customer care but the result is zero, i have not got the speed more then 2 kbps at any time, but the company promises always the speed should be 20-40 kpbs the maximum speed is announced 144 kpbs but i never got the speed more then 2 kbps.

              I need sermouse.sys file for ZTE PCMCIA CDMA data card
              Hi, I think you need to check your reliance network bar. If it is showing full network no problem, but if it is showing no or less network(like 1-3 bars) then there is a network problem. Search for a location where you'll get the full network. Now, go to the reliancenetconnect.co.in website and then go to downloads section. See the Netbooster final version there. Download it and install it. It will update the older version of netbooster to the latest and final version. When you connect your netbooster with the reliance data card, then initially your speed will burp to 144kbps, then 90 kbps, then 72 kbps and then would remain constant in the range of 20 -40 kbps. Chao!!!
              i am not getting the proper speed as promised by the company as there is full network also...?
              so then what to do?

              I agree fully. When reliance people called me up & told about their datacard, the person was talking as if their speed is very very high compared to others. Now after paying all the money, I am not at all getting speed for internet. Now I don't know what I should do for this? I am feeling cheated by reliance. My no. is

                Dear Sir /Madem
                As this is inform you that i have parched a data card(Data cards number [protected]) from my Friend Mr. Sanjay Agrawal 02-aug-09, And on 18-aug-09 i went to your WEBWORLD (Preet vihar New delhi-92) to Activate the Data cards, The Person told me that your Data Card is in “Already working” you have to Recharge only, then in the same time I get the recharge of Rs 99. But it is not correct, Second time when I move to the Web world he told me to parched the new number and he given 2 new number i.e. [protected] and [protected], then also it is not working.
                This is happening from last 2 month with me, my 1st interaction is with Mr. Rahul and Mr. Lalit , again yesterday I went to the webworld and meet Mr. Vashi regarding the Issue which I have faced from last 2 month. He being a Sr. person he also not respond me as a Sr. Employee of Realiance. It is totally a bad think for me that being a good company the customer not accept this type of behavior from the Employee.
                So, sir/ Madem it is humble request to you all please take action on the same for Mr. Rahul , Mr. Vashi and Mr. Lalit. Hoping for the positiveness from your side, and activate my Data Card ASAP otherwise I will go to Consumer Court. The Detail is as below

                  I had reliance postpaid connection with USB Modem zet mg880+ (speed). From the date of purchase i am facing the problem with speed (0.01 kbps - 20 kbps) most of the time and frequent disconnection. I complaint the same to customer care & retailer . he cant give me result or service last two day i register my complain but u cant reply me so i go to consumer court ...

                  Hello I purchased ZTE D826 YESTERDAY i.e. on 13.3.2015. I m getting a problem while charging this phone.. The phone is switching off automatically during 5 min of charging.. Plz help.. Rahul Gupta [protected] [protected]

                  Mobile phone circuit and keypad problem within 1 month of purchase. Service centre not returning the phone even after 3 months

                  ZTE reliance CDMA (D286) was purchased on 25th May 2014. Circuit and keypad got damaged within 1 month. Submitted to service centre but they are not returning the mobile even after 3 months.

                    hallo sir,
                    I am shekhar jasiwal res.in parbhani , last 6 day my usb net is not given sufficient speed ( 0-5 kbps) so i am complain to customer care I am not satisfied and sall my problem .thats have i am go to retailer and wan counseled my connection and return my money .but he cant return my money and never give any service . castmer care says take that usb modem and give to care center . but in this city never any service station and this is nor my job because last 4-5 day i given the cannection . usb speed is time to time dominate pls reply what we do ? what is my mistake? mistake is i am given your cannection ?
                    last 6 day i am loss my money because of net problum .

                        sir,
                        my net connect device was terminated a year and a half ago.i wanted to activate the device on a new connection.i paid my due bill of rs. 189 only ten days ago.The authorities( mr. Abhishek,mr. Umesh including the branch manager) at "reliance webworld,gomtinagar,lucknow" asked me to submit rs. 335 only for the new connection and provided me a new number assuring me that the RSM number will be released within TWO DAYS.
                        After 12 days they said there is another connection bill due on this RSM after the termination of my number, of RS.800.
                        How culd it be possible if my due was cleared only 12 days before on the name of MANISH DIWAKAR.
                        1. How can they charge me for the new number if release of RSM was unsure.
                        2.How is it possible that some other person can use my rsm number without my permission,also when my bill of rs.189 was pending.
                        3.The foremost thing is that"i suffered from intense mental harassment from 15 days" which forces me to go to CONSUMER FORUM if nothing is done within 48 hours.

                            Sir,
                            I resigned from the duties on 21st July 2007 with the due notice served to the company and 20th August 2007 was my last working day. I received the salary and other allowances due upto July 2007.I submitted the exit interview to then HR executive Ms.Lakshimi first and then forwarded the same to Mr.Sandeep along with all relevant details/formalities completed for releasing of my relieving, experience certificate, PF withdrawal form, leave encashment etc.I also contacted Mr.Sandeep a number of times regarding the same for processing of my resignation case but every time he assured me that the case is being processed but finally nothing happened. I also contacted then regional manager Mr.Sahashank Verma then a number of times in this regard who also forwarded the mail in this regard and advised me to be in touch with Mr.Sachin Yadav the HR executive at Chandigarh.I was in touch with Mr.Sachin for almost two months but nothing happened in the end.I worked with zeal and zest in the best interests of ZTE, inspite of this the HR department has not shown any conceretd effort for the settlement of my resignation case. Therefore it is my humble submission to look into the matter for settlement of my resignation case.

                            First get the PF code of your company. Eg:AP/HY/12345 means Andhra Pradesh, PF Code 12345.

                            Net check whether your PF withdrawal form has been forwarded to the PF commissioner's office.

                            If not forwarded, follow up with the company.

                              I have purchased a SLIDER virgin mobile for 2, 000 Rs made my ZTC company replacing the basic Haier phone 3 months back, I wish to state it very poor in catching the signal in comparing with Haier phone I wish the CDMA mobile operators should take into consideration the quality of the phones they are linked, otherwise people walk away to GSM connections The place I am living in Kolar there is neither service nor any one to help.                                     A much hyped company, is a channel partner of TATA INDICOM. The product ZTE CDMA handsets get extremely heated up, The service centres are located in far away distances. On purchase the customer is entangled in the process of complaints, visits, and unresolved issues whether because of company/dealer-Harjase Mobiles Mall PVT LTD East Patel nagar or because of Airtime providers.
                                    Ultimately the customer is harassed who would just throw these handsets adding to the E waste.
                                    It does not make any difference to our service providers because we all have chalta hai attitude as well as the issue dies its timely death because o[censored]ltimate tiredness of the customer, Most customers are working so visiting faraway located service centre or complaint to companies entails wastage of time and money, effort versus the cost of product. So the end result is let go which is quite convenient for companies.
                                    These companies make their shops in our company, dump their product, we as well as reputed companies like TATA get duped and end user the customer suffers. WOW !! great.. this is the consumer awareness.
                                    These companies know the consumer complaint departments also have delaying approach and so get away with it

                                      CD PROVIDED INITIALLY MISPLACED AND USAGE STOPPED SINCE LAST WEEK.
                                      LOCAL RELIANCE SERVICE PROVIDER NOT CO-OPERATING AND
                                      DOWNLOADED DRIVER COULD NOT BE INSTALLED IN VISTA.

                                      ZTE CDMA1X DATA CARD — Regarding net access

                                      I am using Reliance netconnect ZTECDMA1X from last 3 months.Earlier the surfing was hectic due to slow speed but from last one month i am having a worst experience as there is no data sent or recieved.
                                      Many times even i am not able to connect as i get the message "modem is being used, connection is busy".I am really fed-up o[censored]sing this type inconsistent service.please take action as early as possible.
