मैं बलवंत कुमार सिंह वाराणसी में जुआरी का शोरूम सुंदरपुर में हैं सिंह एंटरप्राइज के नाम से वहा से मैंने 05/12/2020 को 34000 रुपये में मैंने फाइनेंस करवाया जिसमे की मैंने डाउन पेमेंट 15000 समथिंग दिया और बाकि का E.M.I बनवा दिया और सोफे बिलकुल सील पैक था सोफा वही एजेंसी के एक लोग थे जिन्होंने मेरे घर पे सोफा इनस्टॉल किया जिसमे की थ्री सीटर वाला सोफा डैमेज था उन्होंने कहा की इसको रखिये मैं चेंज करा दूंगा और दूसरी बात किसी भी सोफे पे जुआरी का कही भी स्टीकर नहीं हैं इसका कंप्लेंट मैंने एरिया मैनेजर को भी बताया तो उन्होंने बोलै की मैं दो चार दिन में आपका प्रॉब्लम शार्ट आउट करा दूंगा, तो मैंने शोरूम वाले से बात किया तो वो बोला की नया आइटम चेन्नई से आ रहा हैं वो वाला सोफा आपको दे दिया जायेगा दो चार दिन पहले वो माल यहाँ शोरूम में आ गया हैं तो मैंने फ़ोन किया तो वो बोले की मैं सोफा चेक करके आपके यहाँ भेज देता हूँ लेकिन आज बात हुई तो वो बोले की जो सोफा आया हैं उसमे भी कही जुआरी का स्टीकर नहीं तो आप एक महीने वेट कर लीजिये अब आप लोग ही बताइये की मैं पैसा लगा के तो बेवकूफ बन गया और आप लोगो के पीछे पीछे घूमता रहूँ लगभग एक महीने हो गए लेकिन आप लोगो की तरफ से कोई पॉजिटिव रिस्पांस नहीं मिला आप लोगो से मेरा निवेदन हैं की जल्दी से जल्दी मेरा सोफा चेंज करे और उसपर जुआरी का स्टीकर होना चाहिए और थ्री सीटर का सोफा चेंज करने की कृपा करे, डिटेल्स मैंने अटैचमेन्ट कर दिया हैं और मुझे अपडेट करने की कृपा करें -[protected]

        Hi,

        I received the product purchase through zauri website, shipment was done pathetically all items where dropped from box many panels where broken, even after 10 days of delivery assembly not yet done, i approached customer care they are giving lame excuses.

        Please resolve this issue or refund payment

          I bought it 2 years ago with a 5 year warranty
          The structure of my sofa broke, and one of the seats has a nail exposed out.
          I complained to the outlet (Furniture mall kankarbagh patna), but they never visited to see the condition of the product
          I went there for 5-6 times
          And i didn’t expected this service for a 70k priced product.
          Kindly take actions against the outlet

            swann hd bed, 132 centre table

            I have purchased swan full hd beds and 132 centre table. I am not satisfied with ther said products due to poor products quality.
            I have log a complain on 5th october 2018 against the product in ideal furniture muzaffarpur (Bihar). But issue is not resoloved yet.

            Had purchased a zuari vogue cot king size bed from ernakulam. During the purchase was informed it has a warranty for 10yrs. Now after 5yrs there is a crack on the side railing. Trying to contact the company and the place from where it was purchased but no help. Gave relevant pictures and showed the bill but yet no response on the matter. Instead the concerned people are saying to get it fixed by myself. Then why go for such a brand... Moreover it's a furniture that i had purchased not a showpiece. A crack like this is so not acceptable.

            We had purchased a wardrobe in the month of April 2019. Within four months it is infested with fungus and small white lice like insects. So kindly guide us as to work on this issue. We are very disappointed with these kind of products from the company

              I purchased the above cot vide bill no. Gst 412 dated 13th june 2018 from s k jain enterprises mysore.
              I have been facing creaking sound when i use the bed from day one.
              I have complained many times on phone and also directly but they have not responded till date. Please help me by correcting the problem at the earliest.

                I have purchased a bedroom set of zuari two years ago. But the wardrobe found got fungus and i complaint to the dealer. They neglected the complaint and advised me to apply plastic paint. I think that was not a good way. Any how i can not use the same for the last two years. The cloths get foul smell. I am very sorry for buying your furniture. My lot of money lost in the purchase. I am mahesh my contact number is [protected]_ any one can visit me to find the bad quality zuari furniture.

                I bought a dining table with 4 chairs a few years back and now I see one of the legs of the table is fully gone. I am asking them to replace the leg by contacting customer care since last 3 months but I have so far not got the issue resolved.

I asked zuari service staff for repairing but he told me that there is no such repairing system in our company. He fixed bed n wardrobe and told me to keep it at same place.                     I bought a dinning table from one of Zuari distributor "Asia Steel" and since I did not wanted a light shade for the chairs cushion I request for a leather base. They told me I can get it only If I pay more...which I payed..on 1/04/18 at Trade Centre exhibition--Receipt number 3189..but they now refusing to get it changed ..The distributor charged the extra amount but did not keep up his promise..I bought this item thinking of the brand value Zuari has..Very disappointed with the way I was treated .

                      The cot was supplied and assembled on 9th by the dealer. I used it only for 2days and on11th morning it collapsed because of poor supporting boards fixed both on sides and middle. The dealer was informed on 12th with photos
                      And it was not recitified or replaced with vague excuses from the dealer.
                      I made a visit to your factory at kakkalur on 2nd apr '18 afternoon and detailed to the services dept with relevant photos and from there i was abe to talk to your salesmanager and apprised him about the complaint. Till now nothing has taken place and both the dealer and the company people are sitting quite over the problem. I am retired marketing/sales executive from american multinational of 1970/2000. Now with more products and stiff competition i am really surprised to see these kind of people for reputed brands. Hope to get my problem solved thro this mail-gr

                          I purchased zuari salvador bed from furniture mall showroom situated at yasodha tower, daud bigha, kankarbagh main road, patna-800020 on 28/10/2016. At the time of purchase they told us that zuari furniture are termite proof. But within 1 year of purchase one side of bed completely got damaged by termite. I logged complaint at shop showroom on 14/10/2017. But till now no action has been taken.

                            I purchased a seven seater sofa in Dec-2014 but in the mid of 2017 the sofa set started degenerating. First the armrest of one seater started showing cut marks and soon it spread to the whole arm rest and then same thing happened to other sweaters as well. I am enclosing the photographs and request to kindly look into the matter and come up with a solution.

                              Sir i bought a bolivia z|cot from thoppil furniture perumthuruthy thiruvalla on 15 th june 2015. On december 28 th 2017 i found a damage on it as cross bar come out and nut bolt on the head portion has detached and the ply wood bent occurred so i kindly request you to sent a mechanic to rectify the complaint at the earliest

                              Purchased wardrobe ozone 3 door wardrobe make Zuari from M/s. Great Wood/ Patna authorized dealer of Zuari. The wardrobe was not fitted properly due the hinge of middle door was disconnected. The same was complaint to Ms. Great Wood/Patna but they completely denied the service. Hence it is requested to resolve the problem early.

                                I bought a cupboard (Zuari furniture) in delhi. I am now shifting to mumbai. But i am not getting any help from customer service. Even customer service toll free no and other no are not working. Generally zuari furniture need to be reassembled by by zuari carpenter. But we don't have any option to communicate with them. It is a great loss for me to buy these type of product who dont provide service at all due to their sell the product and forget.
                                Please help me to reassemble the furniture.

                                  I had purchased a brand new sofa on 20/02/2016 from zuari furniture's velachery in a mega fair conducted in "chennai trade center".
                                  With in 8-9 months from the date of purchase, the sofa's cushion & springs were felt un-comfortable when we use it on a daily basis. I thought that it was normal and would be fine as it goes on, but unfortunately the current status of the sofa's has become horrible where the person sitting in the sofa would get a back-pain. I didn't expect this from a re-known'ed brand like zuari who doesn't compromise quality, as i am a re-occurring customer of zuari who had purchased many products & have referred many of my friends to zuari. Please help to fix this issue asap, by providing a service to my sofa. Appreciate your prompt response & waiting for your response. My contact number is [protected]. Looking forward.

                                    What happened to zuari furniture, the worst part is zuari furniture is not responding even to the issue and inconvinience caused to the customer. This is thethird time when i am complaining to the complaint box. I will be going to consuming court for the refund of my worst zuari sofa set of prem & polyplasts mango, jamshedpur ([protected]/[protected]). Infact she has not given any sofa set stand also in the down of sofa like in many of the table items they give like wheel or something to get the height of the table, but she didnt gave anything to us. Kindly zoom the pics u will get to know.. This is the final time complaint to zuari furniture if they dont help in getting the refund of my amount i will try my lebel best to exploit the name of zuari furniture.

                                      I purchased a sofa set from ZUARI FURNITURE FROM PREM & POLYPLASTS which is located at mango jamshedpur .She cheated us very badly costing RS 35000/-.at the time of delivery when it reached to my home she just sent that much big sofa set in just an auto with 10-15 yrs child as a staff for carrying it to my house . first of all i will be filing a case against that 10-15 yrs child fr child labour .The sofa set of the zuari furniture was defective i have attached the defective parts of that sofa set and when i am asking fr the refund she

                                      i am sending the whole waste sofa set pic and i didnt recieved any response about the refund of my money it was purchased on day of dhanteras one day before diwali i was continously trying with that owner of zuari furniture (PREM AND POLYPLAST FURNITURE, MANGO JAMSHEDPUR) BUT inplace of refunding the money or providing the solution she is talking to us very harshly and asking an amount of 10000/- as the damaged cost ..i will be waiting for the response from ZUARI FURNITURE FOR MY REFUND OF MONEY SOLUTION OTHERWISE I WILL BE POSTING SOME WHERE ELSE ALSO ABOUT ZUARI..
