Dear sir /madam,

I have purchased basket sofa, central table and dinning table along with 4 chairs on 2012 from furniture house, garia, kolkata -84.
My basket sofa's cover has been torn. I request your shop many times and request from them so may months but there are not interested to doing the service of my basket sofa and tell me higher charges for repairing. Really very bad after sale service of zuari furniture.

I request you kindly look into this and sort out my issues.

I have bought a cot 2 years back and with in months the cot got bend in the centre since then i am trying all possible ways to get a service from you guys
Service is like a disaster

We have recently faced a problem with our wardrobe. We noticed extensive fungal growth inside and outside. We contacted the local dealer several times. But the local dealer is not responding to our complain. We were not in a position to use the wardrobe because of the fungal growth inside. Please send your expert to solve this problem.

I have a walnut colour four door almirah of zuari, due to some painting work at my home, the almirah was moved from its location, which resulted into cracking of the lower support board. Later i tried to contact delhi based customer care service :- +91 – [protected], they sent a person at my home to check, he checked and said the lower board needs to be changed and he will make an order in company and get the part and rectify the issue. This has happen 6 months back and till now there is no resolution, i am regularly sending mails to zuari but no one responds, there website has a page to contact us, but that doesnot work, there toll free number does not work.
I purchased the almirah of zuari, thinking they will have a better after sale service, but they are very bad, even a local furniture shop gives better sales service.

One of the legs of the table has got damaged and detached at the hinges. Called helpline. Got assurance but no action at your end. Still unattended. Don't know what to do. The furniture is 7 month old only. Initially company people asked for original bill. When i finally searched and found it they are just replying they will come in a day or two. It's now day 10 and i don't know what next.

Hi, I have purchased wardrobe from TOAL mall (now it is MORE MEGASTORE) from Bangalore. After few days got fungus formed in the wardrope doors. I informed total mall guy who sold it. He said he will check with Zuari company and get back. But i have waited for more than 5 months. Till now no response from him. I want this to be rectified or replaced. Please respond at the earliest before i go for legal action. Cant able to reach the number given for Karnataka, and cant able to raise complaint in their website.

I brought a zuari corner sofa in Expo on 22nd October and got delivered by 20th December. Order number 8055. Invoice number cz1511. I raised a complaint regarding 3 defects in hand rest, material and Bush unbalanced by calling Mr. Karthick ([protected]) after so many days he suggested to contact Mr Pandian ([protected]) and I did the same for many days. After so many attempts of calling one of your representative came to my home for inspection and viewed the defect and asked me to send the photos of the defect one to a person Mr. murugan in what's app number ([protected]). After that no reply. I called Mr. Karthick again but this time no response from him. Is this way zuari furniture response to its customers? Still my complaint is not resolved.

I purchased a king size bed from FURNITURE CENTRE, BAPUJI NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR bill no. 1847. Dated 1st nov. 2015. The sides of the bed has developed a gap of around 1 inch on both sides of the box on the upper and lower portion and has become a house of dust and spider webs. I submitted my complain to the furniture centre after 3 months from the purchase, nobody came to see the bed.Then again on 15th october, i requested them to see the condition of the bed. They send one guy and didnt do any thing and advised me to talk to Area MANAGER ( Mr. SATYAJEET CONTACT NO. [protected]). I contacted him and advised me to send the pics on his email id([protected]@stylespafurniture.com). i followed the advise and send him all the pics, after which he never replied back and never answered to my phone call.

So after that i contacted the ZUARI FURTINURE CUSTOMER CARE in Chennai. i was told to send the pictures of the bed. i send them the pics through email on 23rd oct. 2016., and daily i am calling them regarding the problem. And customer care is telling to contact area manager., he is not picking the call.

I am fed of the customer care of zuari furniture after spending 36000 INR for the defective peice and the poor services. At the time of selling, company people make big commitments. I request all the people to look and enquire before buying any zuari furniture products, because they dont have any customer service i[censored] have any problem at a later date.

I purchased 1Ash Sofa (3+1+1) seater on Chennai Zuari vide invoice no: CZ1071 dated 22.04.16 due to some fixing issues I called up your company service people so many times, till now no one responded to my call. As being an reputed company we purchased your products based on Quality and Service but as of now our problem is not ressolved its really painful to us, still we have good faith on your company. Request you to kindly attend this issue on priority basis & do the needful.

Tried contacting everyone including asm .I unfortunately purchased a bed 4 years ago. All its nails and screws are corroded and the head board came off due to corrosive nails. As a result the side panel broke off..no service personal send to attend the problem..
The shop from where it is purchased refers the problem to zuari .they are also not keen to resolve the problem..the technician initially send by the retailer ideal decor was not able to remove any of the corroded nails..nor replace the side panel send as replacement.

I have purchased a king size bed from the design cell, cuttack on 06th of aug but i found that was in damaged condition. Then i spoke to the shop about the issue and after that i got an assurance that the issue can be solved. But unfortunately they took a week time and still it is pending.

Look in to the issue get it resolve in a week.

Against bill no 381 & dated 08/05/2016 i have bought a zuari wardrobe paying rs 26000/- from furniture center, janpath, bhubaneswar.
Afetr one month i had complained about the fittings not being ok and the inner slef of not proper size due to which there is gap in between over phone and i was asked to go to shop and give the complaint at shop physically, which i did.
Still though more than one month passed no one has come to check the material.
Yesterday i found it is being affected d by fungus and termite. on checking i found there are plenty of gaps in the different fixings.
If the condition of the materials is so poor that in two months its getting affected with fungus and termites, what will happen after 1 years or so.
Today there person came opened the wardrobe and found each of the wooden pieces are affected with fungus and he simply cleaned saying that due to rainy climate it has happened and chanegd the place of the wardrobe.
The last bottom rack carrying sarees and three of the costly sarees are well affected and nto in a condition to use the same. earlier too i purchased the zuari products and using for years together in even worse rainy condition, still nothing has happened.
The materials supplied is of very poor quality.
I request your interference and replace my wardrobe, which is only a 2 and half month old.

We bought a queen size hydraulic cot for around 23, 000 rupees from saravana stores at gn chetty road, chennai on may 10th 2016. The item was delivered on 12-may-2016 but no fitter reported till date (31-may-2016).
We traced the saravana stores and got zuari guys contact number. We called them almost everyday, they gave lame answers like - fitter was sick for a week, fitter on the way, some blah blah.
It was a worst experience. We complained saravana stores and asked them to return back our money and take this product with them. Again they pacified us and informed they would send the fitters but there was no improvement or a call.
Very irresponsible in customer service. Nobody ever called us and checked for status, only we had been following up all along.

Just pathetic service. I bought sofa of cost rs 30000 in dec 2015, that was damaged in the base and sides. I asked them to replace that, for that they take 4 months and they took it for service in april 22 2016. They told that it will be replaced within 10 days.. last week they arguged with me that they will send sofa today... Today called them asked when it will come they just sayed that manager is not in office so i dont know call me after 2pm.i called him again he told the same manager not yet came... then i shouted at him and he never speak a word and cut my call.. and call him more than 10 times he never picked up my call...
His number [protected]... please take any action. .. is this a kind of response you gave to your customers. .. isn't against consumers protection...

Hello i m compliant abt d chair i have purchased from zuari and zuari furniture kahalgaon, bhagalpur. I purchased dis chair around hardly 1-1.5 yrs ago of rs 11, 500. Its base has been broken wen i try to contact the concerned person dey told me dat it l cost u around 3000 rs... Plus all the rexin have been damaged... I have a request to make to all o[censored]... Plz dont ever but zuari product... If dere representive are listenm to me plz help me to repair dis chair,,,, i m posting d pics chair

And half year before. While my son, daughter and wife were lying in bed and
Taking rest, the left side arm of the cot suddenly broke and all the
Three narrowly escaped. I was totally disturbed as one of the best
Furniture company product is designed in such a way. I request your
Service manager to send a service technician to come to my residence and
Repair the cot. Also i kindly request your r & d team to come and
Inspect the damage and any correction in design may please be corrected.

I bought a shoe rack from paytm which has been delivered however no one from the zuari came to fit the same.I tried to reach your customer care no in West Bengal but it's all in vein.It seems the very existence of zuari in Kolkata is a mystery. CAn I expect some one from your esteemed organisation to let me know what to do with the fitting of shoe rack now when it has been delivered.I am leaving my number for your perusal

When i purchased the bed after some time comes the breakage problem and many times to complaint to the shopkeeper but not get a good response .plz solve my problem immediately .

I ordered a TV stand in velachery outlet 18.2.16. I was told the colour we ordered is not available hence they will delivery the product on 23.02.16. But till now there have not delivered the product and also there is no proper response from the store people. We walked into the store on march 27.02.16 and the person in the store said they did receive the colour we ordered hence they will deliver the same on 01.03.2016. But after that they did not attend our calls neither delivered the product. Our order number is 2231. Everyone should be aware of such a company who gets money and doesnt deliver the products. Highly disappointed with the way they treat us.

I had bought a dinning table from the show room of Bihar Funiture at Marufganj Patana city Bihar pin800008. From one of your sub dealer approx 2 year back .One of the leg of the table came out 2 montjs ago .On complaining he send a man who fixed it now again it has come out and the dealer is just giving assurance..This is for your kind information that it will damage your reputation. Pl help me.
