unable to make calls on std landlines.

I have complained thrice on customer care (198), whenever I make calls on bsnl landline numbers, the call is not initiated. I have complaint thrice but the customer care is so irresponsible they are very rude they say that fault is not from our side.
Its been 3 months my problem has not been resolved.

Mai jab bhi koi landline number pe call karta hu tab call lagta nahi hai.
Maine customer care par call kia toh...

refund for wrong number recharge

I recharge my number with 448 INR but while recharge I had done a typing error due to which recharge was done on a wrong number.
I called at customer care but they said that they are unable to do anything.
Since I have transaction id and payment proof thus I require either refund or transfer the recharge from wrong number to right number.

no service : after porting to airtel from vodafone

Hi,

Recently i ported my prepaid network from vodafone to airtel. I got message that number will be porting to airtel on 07/08/2018 (Dd/mm/yyyy) but till now i am facing issue to activate my number. Always it is showing as no service. I went to nearest airtel store to check with the status. They are responding like it will activate tomorrow and tomorrow. I went there thrice and i got the same reply from the executive....

airtel 4g sim not working suddenly

Suddenly on 7th aug, 2018, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

international roaming - for uk on my phone

I'm currently in uk. I arrived from india a few months back.. I've subscribed to airtel's 3999 ir roaming pack for uk and my phone has stopped working all of a sudden. I'm missing crucial business phone calls. My mails to airtel have gone unanswered. I'm sick and tired of this company. Please resolve asap. money deducted but recharge not done from my airtel app

recharge amount taken but recharge not done

I have recharged my airtel mobile number on 26th june 2018. The amount have been deducted from my account on behalf of airtelbharti but the recharge was not done. scam from airtel for handset protection plan

Hi,

I have taken handset accident protection claim service from airtel. I pay premium every month more than a year. And on 4th august my handset was in my upper pocket i bend down to pick up my remote and it slip from my pocket and got broken.

Now airtel guys are saying we cannot address your claim because your handset is broken because of not proper care. I am just wondring if these guys are not considering...

outgoing and incoming of sms service is not working

I recently got a 4g sim replacement for my mobile number [protected] and since then i am unable to send or receive sms. I tried calling their customer care however it seemed there is nobody to attend my call as i was made to listen to recorded advertisements for 5 minutes after which i hung up. Now that i can't receive any messages i am unable to complete any online transactions that require otp through sms as this is my primary number....

automatic money deduction for icon service.

Airtel is deducting rupees 35 whenever i recharge my prepaid. I have no idea what icon service is and they have been deducting my balance for it for last three months.

a$-tfarot money deduction from prepaid account.

Money is getting deducted from my airtel prepaid account at night time while i am sleeping due to the above stated spam messages. I want it to be stopped. This has been going on since last two nights. And i'm pretty sure i have not started any service or done anything else to get money from my mobile account to reduce. network and service related issue

unfair charges on my bill

I have recharged to rs.558/- pack for 82 days on 22 july and the credit of same should happen on 6th august 18, but it was not happened and i could not use the internet facility since the previous pack was expired on 5th august.
