The policy details are not shown in the portal, though I can generate my IT certificate from the login screen (https://bajajallianzlifeonline.co.in/CustomerPortal/logon/index.jsp#!/login). The issue has been present from past 4 to 6 months. And the chatbot always messes up with policy status saying provided wrong details, though I have always provided valid policy details...

In may, I got a call from Bajaj alliance and they suggested me to add a new fund into my portfolio. As per their suggestion, I filled new form and submitted it online and paid 30, 000 premium but the premium is still not showing up in the portal under my page. I have sent more than 10 emails to customer care and they are simply creating SRN numbers but not answering my questions. There is no way I can contact from United States except emails....

I have since been trying to get a confirmation from bajaj allianz regarding the transaction and i am afraid the experience has been totally unacceptable and borderline harassment.

getting wrong idv value of purchase policy
