With great dissatisfaction I am lodging this complaint aganist BSNL broadband services Jaipur, Bani Park area. A complaint has been lodged on Jul 6th, 2012 (Complain No. [protected]), since then 20 days have passed and no action has been taken and still I wonder that at the end of the month "great BSNL" will send the Bill demanding full amount of the services. What a Cheat our country services have become....

unnecessary deduction of balance

[protected] rs 5 is deducted on 26 July 2012 at 12:40 pm from my balance. when i called the customer care there representative told me that service was activated on my mobile, my point is that without any information, intimation and my permission why any service is activated on my no. and balance is deducted from my account.....

bsnl mobile network problem in the area of nai basti jammu

sir its been after 3 years of long waiting that i am writing this complaint finally.the bsnl mobile network in our area of nai basti has been very poor all this time its very hard even to get signal inside our homes but outside they work fine which means that there is some problem in the signal strength that they are providing ..i waited initially because i thougth there might be some initial work being carried out to improve the strenth...

I have tried contacting their Manager Mr Mukesh on several occasions complaining about poor service, however they have never been of any help and nowadays he doesn't even pick up my calls. INTERNATIONAL ROAMING CHARGES PAID BUT THE SERVICE PROVIDER DID NOT ACTIVATE ROAMING SERVICE

I have paid Rs.15000/- + Rs.5000/-. I would like to get back the amount of advance paid to them as the services were not activated when it is required.

not getting 3g internet speed on 3g data plans

respected sir/madam, i purchased a bsnl 3g 128kb sim about 8 months back and got 1GB free 3g data, but from then to now i m getting very low internet speed or just 2g speed and have been recharged with 3g data plans many time till now and found my money to be wasted, i also called bsnl call center many time but they never taken my problem seriously.
please help.

bad working of modem

sir i m a user of bsnl broad band. i have taken modem on rent from bsnl..we have 2 pay rent monthly for modem.......and it has been said by bsnl that any problem related to modem will solve by bsnl............
but my modem is out of service from approx 2 month and i have called in bsnl exchange..many times but not get solution yet..................
sir i want to return my money back of previous two month...and new modem...

this time when i am out of state in rajasthan i am not able to send messages as well i had made a recharge of 150 but the service related to mentioned recharge has not been activated

Poor service -- Internet Broadband

Although I made a regular complain thru international call regarding Net problem on[protected], no one is bother about customer's problem. Is there any sincerely accountable GM/DGM/SDO/Engineer/JTO/Supervior in Allahabad Kydeganj exchange can listen the problem & sort-out effectively???
More than 4 months my family in India is facing the problem and difficult to contact the telephone deptt.
