Even after below mail, i am yet to receive gift..order was placed on 14-July-2010.
Can you please advice how to take this issue to consumer court

I applied for PF withdrawal and the amount got credited to my a/c on time but the amount is not correct.
My PF no. is KN/BN/24620/897.The amount which am supposed to get is 100000+ but only 25935 got credited .Will the whole amount gets credited at once or part by part?

I purchased a Videocon Mobile model no VC 1605 on 26/6/2010. This is a dual SIM phone (CDMA + GSM). The IMEI number of the phone is : 910041360057890. The phone was working fine for about 20 days after which it started showing numerous problems.

I hold a postpaid Connection of Airtel and the number is 9845030324.I had registered to DNC on 12th of June 2010. But Still iam getting unsolicited sms from various ids. I have complained to airtel for more than 25 times, but no response. Kindly help me.
