This is a complain against BSNL, Calcutta Telephones for telephone number[protected].
I have paid a bill in October to November period, amount Rs. 588/- using ICICI credit card and BSNL also confirmed the payment in the next bill. Since this bill was paid using ICICI credit card, I have stopped a cheque from HSBC to pay this bill. This cheque was issued earlier.
the due date for submitting the bill for december'08 was 29/01/09. i paid the bill by cash on 02/02/09 at the Jadavpur branch of calcutta telephones. inspite of that they disconnected my landline on the 04/02/09. without an alternative this is a great inconvenience as my child is sick at the moment. please help,
