I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

I had purchaed my sony ericsson k810i on 6-08-2008 then on 10-08-2008. It had a battery problem then i sent it to service centre through punjab mobile hut, mandi gobindgarh. till now i doesn't get my mobile back. They said that the mobile is gone for deo or for exchange.
I will not buy another Sony ericsson phone again.
I am thinking of hiring a lawyer. What do you think? If there's anyone who could help please contact me.

I Strongly believe that Sony Ericsson Service center is not providing solutions to any one.
I know Japanese Language, what i can do is write a complaint letter to Sony Global Head Quarters.
I want to gift Sony Ericsson Group, the defective Handset.
Or there Hand sets should be burnt in front of their service centers in India. This will give a strong message to the poor service and after sales of Sony Ericsson.

I am totally fed up with the support of SONY Services center providing to us.I feel that I did a mistake by choosing Sony Ericsson Phone ( Z550i ). As Since 23 July 08, Its in Service center [ Sonic Infotech 1st floor, faridi Building, Maqbara Raod, Hazrat ganj, Lucknow- tel 9839226600. email Id is sonic.lko@gmail.com, ] support people are saying that they are waiting for the part.My Case ID is 270808-03, Complain No SE61112897 (provided by your Customer care executive), Every time when call at the service center they do not have any satisfactory answer for me.Please tell me, Are you people able to repair it..?? If yes please do it with in 10 days (as its more than 60 days has been passes )or I am ready to keep you that phone with you i do not require such type of rubbish. The support Sony Ericsson is providing to me is really pathetic and pain full.

Still waiting for my phone. after this episode I would request you all not to purchase any Sony Ericsson's phone as they are not having a proper engineer or part to repair it.

i had submitted my phone w700i in the service centre in allahabad due to some software problem.the service executive told me to come after three days but at the date of delivery he refused to do so and asked me to come after some days, after some days he again did the same thingh.but at last he refused to repair my phone saying that he cannot do so.now what should i do of my phone if the service centre is refusing to repair my phone.please provide the needful help.

I have purchased Sony Ericssion k810i in july Month, hardly 7days i have used the mobile properly, after july 22nd till today (29th Aug) its still in sony ericssion authorised service station itself there are not telling me the exact problem just they are replacing the Mother Boards till now they have replaced 4mother boards, after that they finally confirmed ME they cant repair they will replace it with NEW HAND SET but from past 15days its under the process only till now they have not given me any progress report saying whether i will get the new hand set (or) not (or) when i will be getting it. To change the mother boards i used to give in SERVICE POINT which is located in 4th block Jayanagar the Head person of this branch is MAHAVEER. He has Harassed me like any thing by making me round to his shop several times. Now the mobile is in main branch service station ACCEL FRONTLINE, which is located in Cunningham Road, Bangalore here i Requested Manjunath who knows the complete history of my mobile but he is also not helping me out in anyways, now to be frank i have lost hopes that at least i will get a Repaired mobile at least to me. From 2months I am without mobile I am facing lot of problem without mobile Because I am a sales representative .Pls Pls treat it has a high priority Request from a genuine sony customer keep your brand loyalty. once again My humble request to the team pls take some Action and help me out as soon as possible.pls understand my problem and take a serious action on this complaint.

hi,
i have got Sony Ericsson T610 mobile set. After three months of buying its camera got malfuntioned. i asked the vendor for its repair but even after sending it for repairing the problem is not been solved. i don't know wether he actually send it to service center or not. now it's bit difficult to work with it.

if there is any plan to replace this model with any other (even in exchange) then please do inform me. or if there is any possibility for its repair then do provide me its service centre in delhi

Sirs,

This is for your kind information that I had purchased my Sony ericsson mobile (Bearing model no: K810i & Sl.No:35945019496555) on dated 23.06.2008 at Subiksha mobile outlet, Bangalore. I found the problem of network and signal not catching after two months. This may be while during the purchase time itself but it was not identified at the time because I was in the city area were we get full network signal. After 50 days I was get transferred near Mangalore. At this time only I came to know the network problem of my handset. Then I approached to the nearby Sony ericsson service center at Mangalore (Integrated Telecom Services). First they made some software upgradation and told that problem was rectified.
The next day itself the same problem again came, and then I approached the same service center at the Mangalore. They told that they will rectify within 15 days of time and they gave their contact numbers. After 15 days I called to their numbers but they are not giving any response to me and some times they are not answering to my call also. Then I contact one Mr. Vijay (mob no: +91984579819), he also not at all responding properly and also giving wrong messages every time. I am working as a of Generator service engineer cum sales in Mangalore region, due to my non availability of communication I had lost upto Rs.1 lakh for this one month. And then I purchased one new mobile handset for my temporary communication.
This is to be informing that I want compensation for the business loss and also I want my faulty handset to be replaced by new one. Otherwise I will file my case in the consumer court. This is for your information and necessary action.

If it will take 25 Days to replace a HandsFree then what time you people will take to replace a phone (One year !!! ) If someone has to replace.

what is the purpose of Customer care Centers, Are they going to manufacture the new one specially for me in 25 Days also there is no Delievery date On Job Sheet

I think i had a done big mistake by purchasing the Sony Mobile Phones. WHY SHOULD I SUFFER AT YOUR PART.
Now what do You think, I have no work to do except to get in touch with your service center here at Chandigarh.


I humble Request you to Direct your Service Centre Peoples to Replace it ASAP.

This is regarding the poor customer services at VIMAS INTEK, Anna nagar, Chennai 600040 The authorized Sony erricsion service centre.

i would wish to bring you notice that, i had handed over my mobile w830i, IEMI no:354579012213406 to this service centre on 7th August 2008 and till date no proper response from service centre.
The problem with handset is with Fm and is not working properly. As informed by the service incharge that the IC USB is faulty and he commited to make ready of that with in a week time.
After a week and repeated communication with him in tele as well as in presence.
I always used to receive the answer is your phone is under progress rectification work.
Again excuses. But this type of service no one in this world will accept.

Pls kindly look in to this and resolve at the most earliest.

Dear Sir,
I purchased a sony ericson mobile W580i In Oct2007 but after 2 months I had faced problem.It had a disturbence in talking person and due loosing battery it shows insert sim card.I visited the sony ericson service centre July2008.On aug2008 i went to receive the phone and found that the same problem persisted.and some other problem arised like the button is not perform properly .The service centre(Bhajanpura, Wazirabad road, Delhi) told me that it is due to my sim card.Then i asked them to prove it by insert a other sim card.They forced to give back the handset .but the other customer also supported me.after inserting a other sim card, it did not work properly and after some days I again visited Service station(Bhajanpura Wazirabad Road, Delhi.They Told me that your send the head office in Okhla And I Received my phone after two month but problem is already same and same problem my phone is not completely arranged and some button did not work properly and power and volume button is not in my phone .I request you to please take action quickly and solve my problem

Just before i purchased sony erission from a outlet at Malleswaram shop name is WHOLE CELL.That person is purely proffessionaly talking...I hoped that I got a good brand cell.But that shop owner play with me along with warreny card...it not only bad reputation of SONY but also lack of custmer satisfation.He told me u go to service station ...why i should go to service station ??He try to convinced me in different example.Any way if this kind of thing will be continue then SONY compny will be affect only.please it is my request you ...give 100% custmer satisfaction

R/ Sir,

I, the undersigned had purchased W580i mobile handset from Hanfi’s collection, Aurangabad on dtd 11.11.2007.The company on its website given that, this mobile will provide battery back up of 9 hrs talktime, but I was not getting that, hence I had given my mobile to company’s service centre M/s Debug multi services on 05.12.07.But the problem was not solved.I had contacted on mobile to Mr Subhin & Mr. Wilson, Managers of the company.As per their advise the Battery was replaced by Hanfi collection.But by using this new battery also I could not get the backup.Further during use I got the new Problem of Battery charger & Earspeaker sound of it become very low.This time I went to new service centre at Canught, CIDCO, Aurangabad.He had replaced these both items but I was not satisfied with the performance of earspeaker.Again I got new problem, the back up to memorystick was not done.So, I have deposited the mobile to company’s service centre on dtd 22.09.2008 with stating all the previous problems & also asked to repair it properly as I cannot spare my handset repeatedly for repairs.The service centre tech.had tried at his level best, but could not solve the problems so he has asked me to keep the mobile with him to send it to Chennai for level 3 repair and he has send the complaint to company for replacement of mother board on 03.10.2008.After 29 days i.e. on 20.10.08 service centre has called me that the mobile has repaired pl.collect it .Ihave collected it on same day &checked it but none of the problems solved.I have written on job sheets that I am not satisfied about repairs.
From last 2 days I am getting new problem i.e.The back key is not operating.
Presently, I am getting following problems
1 Battery backup is only 2-3 hrs talktime instead of 9 hrs.
2 Earspeaker sound is very low.
3 Keypad keys are defective (Broken) not replaced.
4 Backup to memory stick operation not working.
5 Back key is not operating due to which handset cannot be used. I am getting lot of problems due to non use of mobile .
So, I request you, kindly to give replacement of this handset immediately, otherwise I may go for further Legal actions against the company which you may not desire.

Hi,

Its really frustratting to see such cc service centers where they dont care for their customers service center people are very rude if the company doesnt look into such issues they will be losing valuable customers and their sales will be hit.
Who wud be interested to buy a product whose customer care and service center people are not efficient in resolving the issues.

Sony being such a big brand should also have efficient and capable people who wud look their customers or am sure that one day they wud repent...

I thnk Nokia service centers are better atleast they will give a listening ear to ur problems and try to resolve them. after ur first service there will be a warranty period for the service also and again if u have any issues they will repair free of cost due to the warramty which is customer frendly.
