I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

I had purchased a sony ericssion W380i mobile phone from CROMA. The phone has a network & display problem from day one.
The Sony helpline could not help much, and I took the phone to sony service centre. There they told me that the phone needs software upgrade & it will take 3 days. They fooled me, becuase software upgrade is done over the counter. Even after one week they could not repair my phone and hence I took it back and contacted CROMA. They assured me that they will speak to Sony and get the phone repaired / replaced at the earliest. After 3 days they called me and told to take the phone to another service centre. I gave the phone there & they changed the mother board & returned me the phone after one week.
During my visit to the second service centre I came accross 7/8 other customers who were facing the same problem with the same W380i phone. It clearly means that the entire lot of Sony W380i phones available in the market are defective and the company is well aware of the fact.
If the same would have happened in Japan or USA the company would have done voulantary callback of the defective product, but in India, they take customers for granted. After paying 8000 for a new phone and a premium brand like SONY, we expect to get a quality product and professional after sales service... but my experiance has been most bitter.
I have a problem with my W580.Its not turning on simply its coming red light.When i gave the piece in Sonyericson shop which is in banjarahills, they asked me to call up in the next day they said it was a mother board problem and it costs 3500 i am ready to pay the amount.after 15 days around i got a message to my mobile that your mobile repair has been done done ask me take the mobile.when i went to the shop they said still not completed after 3 to 4 visits they said that we cant replace the motherboard and ask me to take the phone back. Even if you people dont have the spare parts whom we have to ask.we are buying the mobiles for 13000 because of ur quality and lack of spares we are loosing our total money.Who will bear the money can u take the phone back.

it has service with the same problem three times,
as the warranty is going to be over after one and half month, what happen after that if hve same problem with the camera, service center says the problem is removed after each service, but it exist today itself.

Recevied the camera well in time. But it was defective Falsh was not working .The product was Collected by the rediff through the courier agent in Defective condition.The same was acknolwdeged by rediff. Since then I am in constant tuch with supplier vender Mr Devang Shah. After repeted replies he came out to say that the product was defective and he is going to co ordinate with rediff and make arrangement for reversing the amount collected through my credit card. Till that time rediff was responding to my mails. Since 22nd August 2008 Rediff fail to respond to my many mails. I have made many purchases in rediff and not faced any problem. This is my worst experince and now feeling afarid to make any purchase. If you get a any defective product it is realy tough to get back the money Please give suitable direction in this regard
I've given my Sony Ericsson mobile K810i for repair at Venus Telelinks Marathalli, Bangalore, INDIA for joy stick and key pad problem. It was on warranty and the customer care executive has promised me that the problem will be rectified with in 2 to 3 days and now it has been 15 days but still pending, no proper service is provided by the service center and this is second time with in warranty that I've approached service center. one or the other problem with the mobile. I request Sony Ericsson to take proper action and address customer issues on time, a proper SLA should be set up to meet customer problems.

I have purchased Mobile 850i on 1'st August 20o8. After two days my down arrow key is not working properly. I had invsested 14, 500Rs to Purchase this mobile. I went to the Dealer called WAVETEL they are not responding me properly and they ask me to go Service centre.
I went to the Service centre in Chennai Nugambakkam they said the mobile model is like that and it is not good. I dont know what to do. Actulally how people are beliving Sony Erricson, Now i personally feeling that i losed my money by bought this sony errison product.

I haved purchased sony ericsson mobile in June -08 from mobile shop at virar(W).After 1 month used it’s not ringing so I went to your customer service center at vasai(W ).They told me that circuit gets damaged so we are sending this mobile to head office. Since last month my mobile is in your service center & they are just telling me aaj nahi do din ke bad.
I fed up from your service .I am not at all enjoying mobile & it get’s damaged.
I agree its electronic device it can get damaged but your service is not good at all. Give me my mobile or money back as early as possible or replace my mobile with new one.

I had purchaed my sony ericsson k810i on 6-08-2008 then on 10-08-2008. It had a battery problem then i sent it to service centre through punjab mobile hut, mandi gobindgarh. till now i doesn't get my mobile back. They said that the mobile is gone for deo or for exchange.
I will not buy another Sony ericsson phone again.

service centre of sony ericsson which is located at mi road jaipur has taken a charge frm me to sorted out the problem during the warrnty period, and even i paid the money to them, but after paid that amt, my phone has been detected by the same problem for which i have paid the money to them...and as i took my cell to service centre with this same problem they said sorry that this problem will not be sorted out... and still my phone is lying in service centre..

I am using sony erricson W810i... somedays before it some problem(Blank Display) it was under warranty.. I gave my mobile to Authorized service center in T-Nagar, Chennai. They told me it got display problem we have to replace the display it will take maximum 10 days to return after service. After that there is no response from them. I use to call everyday after 10 days. They use to say spare not available, its under testing like that. After 3 weeks i got my mobile back, i asked them what u replace but the are saying casually there is no any replacement, its just a software problem. I feel shame on them. Very very very poor service...
