I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

am joney arora writing this mail from ludhiana. am your old customer using your cell phones from last 7 years.
few days back i purchase a new set that is S302 from ludhiana. but by some tecnical reason this handset had dead on 20th of feb then i submit this set on local service centre on 22nd of feb under the complaint id SES09BMS10652. and they committed me to retrun this set in a week, but today is 14th of march and i don't rece it as of now. and again and again when i visited the service centre they commit me that it will give you in next 2 days. and today they told me that the parts of this set is not available. and we will give you the same set in next 5 days.
So Dear Team tell me one thing if the parts of this set is not available then why ur Co. made these kind of sets, and right now am facing this problem with this modal what is the gurranty that in future this problem will not be happened with me.
Dear Team if the parts of these set is not available then i dont want to take this set. So i request you to kindly make my credit note against this set or make other note for me for the same amount so that i can purchase another set of sony ericssion. reply me ASAP becasue am already harrashed by your service Centre.

Dear Ms.Shalini Sharma,
I purchased a SE Phone Model W380i bearing IMEI No.354526021001884 for my daughter on 20.01.2009 from SUBHAM vide bill No.9310, dt.20.01.2009 and was facing network problem with it continuously. When I made a complaint with SUBHAM, I got the phone replaced with the same model bearing different IMEI No.354526021012964. Even though the same problem continues which is intolerable.
So, I request you to either change the model and replace or return the cash paid by us. I have tried to hand over the phone but they did not accept.

Me bought my sony ericsson k550i at abt 5 moths later .After at about 2 months my earphone had got
damaged. i went to the sony ericsson nearest service senter on the date of 22.11.2008 and they assured
me that it will take at about 1 weak for repair but i can't get my earphone till now and its already 95 days
period has been covered.And every time they are saying that there is no stock of mobile accessories and i

I bought SE k750i in november 2007 and after 6 months the camera shutter problem started, I paid 450rs and repaired it in august 2008 for the first time and the problem has occured again, when i tried to contact one of the worst service center in mysore so called "ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED * 515/A, 1st Floor, P&T Block, Anikethana Main Road, Kuvempu Nagar

Phone: 4281953, 2340880, 9986389972" he demand for another 450rs, and he clearly told that if you need bill for the service done. it will be more costlier.
I am happy with the SE brand but these worse service centers are forcing me not to go for the SE brand next time.
So whomesover it may concern I wish to tell that these service centers and unsatisfied customers are enough harmfull to SE

Mobile Defective and Bad Service from the sony erricson service centre
I would like to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the Sony Ericssion P1i mobile phone and the service provided.Since I have bought this phone, it has been working well, until recently it stopped functioning normally. I returned the phone to your customer service(Trident United Products Private Limited Bangalore, Koramangala) on 20th January. The customer service representative informed me that the phone mother-board has to be replaced and they would make the phone ready in 10 days.
1 Month later, the phone is still not working.I received my phone with the motherboard replaced on Feb 18, Within 2days i had to revisit the service center as the phone started hanging frequently.
The manager promised me that he will replace it. But now they tell they haven't committed any thing like that
On each occasion they have kept the phone and apparently worked on it with no luck. Their attempts to resolve the problem have not been satisfactory and they finally claim that there is nothing more they can do to help me.Even the customer care department(39011111) wasn't able help me and solve the problem.
And now they claim that they need 4 more working days to give back my cell. They need 2 months to solve a simple problem.And trust me guys they are meant to make false promises please don't trust them.

I have a complaint against a Sony ericsson authorized mobile repairing store namely 'AAdil electronics" in srinagar j&k. I have a sony ericsson w200i phone. it had a problem that the memory card didnot perfectly fit into the memory card slot. I went to the above mentioned shop. There they told me that it is a minor problem and it will be corrected within a few hours. I went to the shop on the other day. They gave me the set but when checked the handset the memory card SLOT was removed. I request the SE company to kindly look into the matter.

I purchased a W350i on 2nd Oct 2008.On 13th feb. i gave my phone to SE care as it has synchronisation problem with pc. they gave me after 1 month i.e on16th march & on 18th march it becam dead. I ave given my ph. again to SE care & its not came back till date.

I had purchased a W220i walkman phone in the middle of Feb 2009 . The set working fine since then but on 28/03/09 suddenly the set took a shut down and is not woking at all.How can a reputed company like sony ericson manufacture such low quality products that even fail to serve even one year.
I have been using Nokia & Samsung mobiles for last six years and changed a number of sets and all worked fine. This is the first time I purchased a Sony ericson set a now in trouble.

I had purchased a sony erricson K750i mobile on december 2008, it was working properly till two days ago, suddenly the display of the mobile had gone. when i reached the service centre i was schoked fron their response. They were not ready to accept my mobile stating that it is not under warranty since the shop person had sold it vey lately. Till today i know that the waranty starts from the day of our purchase but these sony erricson service centre people had changed their definition for warranty period. And the people were so reckless in answering any further questions and i had to submit it under nonwarranty to check the amount of damage...now i'm planning to file a complaint at consumer court regarding the issue... This was the worst reason i ever heared from any service centre...

This is to inform you all that Sony Ericsson has closed down all its REPAIR SERVICE CENTERS with immediate effect.
It had opened just collection centers in the country which will not provide any service to the customer.
It had been done just to please few companies just for personal benefits of few.
The families of over 1000 members have been effected by this move and also the future of the customers of Sony Ericsson remains questionable.

hi i had bought sony ericsson k850 then 6 months later i had faced display problem & contacted sony ericsson service center they reply to wait for 3weeks as they wont have stock and took warranty of My phone but as on today almost 3 months completed still they are saying to wait as they don't know when the stock comes "ITS AN POOR SERVICE FROM SOMY ERICSSON"

i went 2 sony ericsson customer care, the executive did nt know how to deal wth customers, there behaviour is not eco-friendly, they misbehaving me, n when argue with them about my problem, finally they refuse to take the handsets, and says this outlet is closed, then could not sort ur handset problem, do whatever want 2 do.
i hope the concerned authority will give due attentiuon towards this, n take action these kind of customer services immediatley.

I have given my K530i cell to change the charger pin in sony erricson service center. It has been 10 days but, I didn't get my cell back. I have logged complain to support center (SE1491-2092) and i got reply from them that, its in progress, I have asked them for tentative date but, they said they will update me once problem will be fixed in cell. I don't know their SLA but i m waiting since 10 days just to change normal pin. It's very bed experience with sony erricsson service center and I hope some will look into the complains and take necessary action in this regards.
