This is bhanu chander s/o J. Raju, i have took the simwith one year incomming payable amount is 398 Ruppes.

my out going calls was barred since from 9 days, i consult the person who has given me the sim, but their is no response & correct answer with him.

Because of my brother suggestion i selected the airtel sim but at the initial period only i am facing problem, i hope my problem will be rectified

I am rajesh saini (project manager, Domino's Pizza). From last few week ur executive send me the telephone no's series to us at our indore outlet, that is not in sequence as per our requirement. I already deposited the telephone forms on last saturday at your office. but till you are not capable to issue the proper sequence numbers to us, like first three nos and seventh are not in proper sequence. I am daily in follow-up by doing 20-25 calls with your executive for the last 4 days about itwith Balram. We prefered your comapny instead of B.S.N.L or other co.due to its name and fame and for hope of good service. We also trying to take toll free no from your company, But perhaps u are not able to provide us these services. So if you haven't keen interest to provide us these services than tell me.

I wish to make the following complaint and request you for an immediate restoration/activation of my old sim card.

I am working in VSGH as Senior Specialist. Some body by name Mr Murali came to me, one month back and offered me CUG connection with the same number. He said initially, that it can be done within a day. But he could not do it even after 10 days. Hence I have withdrawn myself from this offer and told him that I am not anymore interested in CUG.

Surprisingly on the 17th December my cell phone indicated “Inactive Sim” message, and my original sim card stopped working. This caused lot of inconvenience for my official and personal work. When I have contacted the agent who initially offered the CUG to me, he expressed his ignorance about this and said that he will rectify the problem immediately. So far nothing is done. Kindly take this issue seriously and activate my original sim card, if it is not immediately done, I can’t refrain myself from taking legal action.
I took airtel broadband connection in chennai. i have canceled the connection by giving letter on 20th Dec again gave 1 more letter then by mail and also called customer care also, till now they have not canceled my broad band connection and sending bill for 2 months. Suggest me what to do with airtel.

I have been following my case with Airtel for 1.5 years for just " Address Change Request" but Airtel Has not reponded, we approached all the offices of Airtel but in vain, now as per thier record, the addresss has been changed but to our suprise, we are still getting the bills in old address.

Airtel customer care depatment speak sweetely ONLY, but in ground level they do not have the right and practical approach to resolve the customer grivences, it's so pathetic at the Airtel part, since every three user of Airtel services is no doubtely taken for a ride.

Airtel- prepaid mobile connection — UNDUE HARASSMENT TO CUSTOMER BY AIRTEL MOBILE SERVICE

Dear SIR,
I am using AIRTEL prepaid connection having no.- [protected] since last 15 months with lots of inconvenience and agony.
I am an EXTREMELY Dis-satisfied customer of AIRTEL. I have no words to express my anger & frustration.The service provided by AIRTEL is matching no where what Airtel on worldwide.

The COMPLAIN- Yesterday evening till 8.47 p.m I had Balance of Rs.323.57 in my mobile.Then the drama unfolded at 8.48 P.M. I got an FORCED & UNWANTED SMS from No.[protected] stating "thanks for using(Sub horoscope, test based services)subscription service on Airtel SMS.You have been charged Rs.7/-". I got 34 similar FORCED & UNWANTED SMSES from the Nos. as under by 11.38 p.m.

After getting all FORCED & UNWANTED stupid smses from AIRTEL my balance is NOW at 9.30 A.M of 13TH Feb 2009 is only Rs.1.36 only. IN BETWEEN I HAVE NOT CALLED ANYONE NOR SENT ANY SMS TO ANYBODY.The fact is that I have never subscribed for all these faltu & nonsense things which AIRTEL PROMOTES. These type of cheap, greedy, non sense, undesired & unethical activities are not expected from an self claimed esteemed & ethical organisation like AIRTEL.
AIRTEL IS simply harassing & exploiting the customers BY SENDING UNWANTED SMSes & FORCIBLY DEDUCTING MONEY FROM THE BALANCE AVAILABLE.
After getting the FALTU FORCED & UNWANTED subscription SMSes from AIRTEL I have spoken thrice to your customer care executives @ 121 who again misguided me- One said sorry for the inconvenience you will get refund within 3 hours, another said you will get refund on 13th february 2009 by 9 A.M.& finally another said you will get refund on 16th Feb 2009. Really I am perplexed to believe whose version is correct.

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME HAPPENING TO ME. THIS HAS HAPPENED FOURTH TIME TO ME.

I am really frustrated by the hopeless service on part of AIRTEL & LEFT WITH NO OTHER OPTION OTHER THAN APPROACHING CONSUMER COURT AS WELL AS MEDIA FOR WIDE PUBLICITY AGAINST THE IMPOSED AND UNETHICAL SERVICE OF AIRTEL.

I AM WRITING THIS MAIL NOT FOR SIMPLY RS.300/- BUT FOR THE MENTAL AGONY AND STRAIN I HAVE UNDERGONE DURING THE LAST 15 HRS. WHICH IS NOT MEASUREABLE IN TERMS OF MONEY.

KINDLY INTERVENE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

I have a postpaid airtel no [protected] I have given request so many times to activate my confrence call services. after thet I got a sms from airtel that thay started my cofrence call servicee and company has started to charg me every month subescription charges for that but I am not able to do coference call becaue services is not till activated. I tried minimum 10 times customer services 121 no. sience yesterday but nobody Entertain me phone is automatically disconcted all the time. I am totaly fad up with this type of airtel service.

Airtel services is bad than worst.

My name is t.navamanikandan my mobile no is [protected], past 5 yrs am using airtel but now a day's i have found so many network problem, my office is located 14/1 k.v.r layout karavampalayam ( children's school 1 street ) tirupur 641604, even my staffs are also using airtel service too, i hve called up the customer care and compliend so many time's but i hvn't get any response from them so far, if it has been continue the same problem we will disconnect the line soon, please note if we not suppose to pay the bill amount i hve received the call from your customer care regarding the pending payment then why your customer care is not taking any action so far . we are paying your service so that your service should be stastified your customer, please check and clear this problem soon

I am very sorry to say that on 4th of Febuary 2009 between 06.00 or 07 P.M.
hrs Ihave ioose my balance Rs.150.00 but without dialing anywhere from my no. [protected]
I contact many time to custoear care but no response. I have another no. [protected]. Feb.2009 I send a request for activate mobile office for one day. Next day I send request to de activate mobile office. After this request mobile office is running on my no. and 30.00 another rupees deducted without any additional service

It is my personal request to look into the matter and reply through mail or on my mobile :[protected]. If you do not solve my problem; i will go to customer court.

As i am customer for airtel connection [protected] & [protected], using from month of August 2008 & paid bill upto Dec 08 & also given Cheque of Amount 599/-*2 At the time of connection.

But in the month of Jan 09 I have some Financial Problem, Hence i given Post Dated Cheque i.e 31/01/09 Of Rs 500/-& 400/- to the agent & told him to deposit both cheques on 6/02/09 . But after given instruction cheques are deposited & Bouncing Charges are cut i.e Rs 450/-

After that your agents given not any proper answer & also come at home & gives warning to my wife with rude attitude.

Yes, airtel ur service is . No customer Care.My Sim got Damaged and i went to nearest airtel while i'm in roaming. When i visited aitel showroom, they say Sim of one state cannot be given in another state. and when i tried to call AP Airtel Customer Care, No responds for which i came back to AP to get the same cancelling my vacation.

Bymistake i have submit the 2 time payment Rs. 1175/- of my mobile bill of Feb payment.
And i want back my payment of Rs. 1175/-, which is credit in my account.
B'cos after one week i m going abroad for office work and back after 4 or 5 month. In these beetween
no transaction will be haapen. So that i would keep good relation with u regularise.

My Mobile No is [protected]. I received a message from this number[protected], somebody has subscribed to subscription textbased services and debited Rs.20/- for my account. Iam not at all subscribed to the above mentioned services. So kindly go through the issue and the same to be reversed to my account.

Without my permission, my account has debited for the above subscription. If you allow like this i have so many numbers of airtel, i can also use for the above mentioned service without their knowledge. You have to adopt some controls like PIN numbers by way of SMS. If you knows the airtel number anybody can subscribe for the above mentioned services, there is no control/ internal check.

So, kindly go through the issue and rectify the mistake immediately.
