Query is that till now i did`nt received my NOC Certificate after subbmiting all the entire amount which
which was due on my side & the main problem is that i had to sold out my Bajaj Bike for some personal
reasons.As you know that every one needs NOC for confirmation, same problem with me also,
after several visit to our local BAJAJ ALLIANZ Office they are only provided me the Customer care No
which is not so much helpful for me,

Supreme Bajaj Finance Tumkur — telephonic call of return of cheque

I had purchased bike ( XCD-125) from Suprem Motores Tumkur on 14/08/2008
by availing loan from your Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. I had given 24 cheques
for Rs .1329/-

20 cheques were paid correctly. In Apr'10, I received a telephone call regarding return of cheque for the month of Jan;10. I verified my account and noticed that all the cheques were paid and no cheque is returned. Agian I received a telephone call for the same matter. I told them that no cheque is returned, if any such return, please give me a cheque number. They have no particulars about that. Again I received a telephone call from Tumkur and he told the same. I called him and given my statement of account.

I surprised to note that, your peoples contacting the customers without any information in addition to that work, alloted to them. They didn;t know the cheque number while informing the return of cheque.

While purchasing the bike, I paid around Rs. 20,000/-(approx) for that I received receipt from Suprem Motores. Remaining amount was paid by availing loan from you. But I didn;t received any receipt for that amount from the Suprem Motors, Tumkur.

Please issue statement of account of my loan account. I wants to make full payment. Please return my cheques(4) Please advise me, contact address and amount payable in full settlement.

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that earlier i have taken samsung refrigerator on finance scheme from Panavision in Vijayawada.The instalments was cleared with out any cheque bounce.After that they offered me personal loan of Rs.52, 000/- at 1.75% interest.I agreed with the said interest and amount.
With out my concern they approved the loan for 35, 000/- at 2.5%.One day i gone to buy Onida LED which costs 41, 000/- on bajaj finance scheme.They told me about the loan they approved.i ask them to cancel the loan which they given.Due to not accepting the loan offer they rejected my application form for Purchasing Onida LED.
The concern Executives are from Vijayawada Office who was called Ramesh, Omkar.We requested them to accept the Application for LED.
But they didn't listen.
IS THE WAY YOUR EXECUTIVES SHOULD BEHAVE?
IF WE DIDN'T TAKE PERSONAL WILL THEY STOP GIVING PRODUCT?
I hope you take action on them and permit me to buy the product.

Discover — Not Satisfied with the service

We are not satisfied with the service given by the TCS salija & sons. They are not providing the service which the customer need. In December we have taken the Discover bike three times but the problem occur same. First problem is from Engine oil is coming out they have done repair engine problem arise again.Secondly the sound in gear box problem does not gone. We have given bike for service on 26/12/2010 and bike was given on 29/12/2010 but they have not done service correctly spark plug is coming out after every kick when bike is started. pls tell what shall i do?
