IRCTC — TDR : Money Not Refunded

I had filled TDR for e ticket before departure of train having PNR No. [protected] on 21/02/11, but I do not get money back even after 5 months.

In the status following TDR details display:

TDR Status: CCM Registered

Reference No. ekt[protected]

TDR Filling Date: 21 Feb-11

Refund Status: Refund Under Process

Refund Date: Not Available

DEAR SIR, my login id for irctc is locked. please send the e mail verification code and mobile verification code to regisrer the new password to open the account.

IRCTC — credited amount Rs.184/- twice but no e-ticket booked

Dear Sir,
On dated 15.07.2011 i was booked E-railway ticket from IRCTC from Cuttack to Jharsuguda, but unfortunately at the time of making payment the systems occurs problem and the Rs. 184/- deducted two times from my SBI A/C-[protected].

so therefore i request you to do the needful action for credite the amount as soon as possible.

I tried to book ticket for 21st Oct 2011, but it shows that ticket date given was out side ARP and its exactly 3months before opening...

On 26 July While booking 4 tickets from Hyderabad to Agra Cant through IRCTC,I have made the payments of RS 1806 through HDFC and the payment deducted successfully from my HDFC account but I didnot get the Ticket under My booked History nor while redirecting back to IRCTC.

Kindly Issue the tickets as I have been transacted otherwise please return back my amount.

I have been trying to call on the Helpline number but all of them are showing busy

sir, on 27/07/2011 while booking the ticket from Hyderabad to Tuni for train no 17016 for 29/07/201. I was tried to book the tickets first 2 transcations failed and the ticket could not booked, however an amount 1836+1836=3672 deducted from My ICICI Account. the 3rd time ticket has booked. so i request you to pay back.

Dear Sir,

i just book a ticket for ndls to pnbe at 0810hrs online. i pay to irctc trough idbi net banking.

my account also shown credited with 728rs. but the problem is that i hve not received my pnr number yet. and it not shown in the book history also.
please refund my amount to the same account which had been used for booking the ticket or give me my pnr no.

Sir, Yesterday evening while booking the Ticket from Chennai to Howrah, the transanction was failed due to Net failure. However I booked the Ticket in the same names (2 Persons)for Rs 942. But in my SBI a/c they deducted RS.942+10 X 2 Times. S0, please make arrangements to refund of Rs.942 +10. for 1 Ticket (for 2 persons (ie Rs 471x2 ) Please cancel one ticket and refund full amount. IRCTC — local agents are struck the web site in the area of dabagarden,railway station area,big bazar area,dwarakanagar area

i g.vasu deva rao from Hyderabad. i came to visakapatnam. i tried to reserve the ticket on line in irctc.co.. but unfortunately the irctc.co site is not oped. since three days. here i came to know that local agents are locked the web site and served is not working . agents system are opened other public. the agents are sale the ticked in block.so take the action on agents.

IRCTC — Not possible to Book the Ticke From 8:AmMto 11:AM

If we can not able to book the Ticket Online at 8:00 Am to 11:00 AM even speed is high up 3.1 mbs then what is the meening of this hell service. Dalal people who have relation to Booking Quotas they hold the server and others railways staff also hold the server and probel faced by the user who are trying to book the ticket online, not able to book.

SOME BLOODY RAILWAY OFFICIALS HAVE LINK TO THE AGENTS AND DALAL PEPLES, THE FIRST JOB IS CORRUPTION AT IRCTC ITSELF.
