Dear sir,
I made a ticket on ircts.co.in, on last 22 jul.2010. now i want to cancel a ticket, but my Id was locked. The PNR No is [protected] and transaction Id is [protected], train No 8477/UTKAL EXPRESS date of journey09 oct 2010.
Please cancel the ticket of S RAYSINGH Female 23, confirm /B259/UB.

we ware make the e-ticket from IRCTC booking dated on 29/04/2011. Station from New Delhi to jammu tawi jaurny date 30/05/2011Train No.12445 and PNR NO.[protected], transation ID-[protected] which's we can't cancle becouse our Passward has faild.
So Please cancel this ticket and refund in account, Inform me on the my e-mail. My e-mail is-vikram_chhn @rediffmail com.My mobile No.[protected].

Dear Concern,

I have booked two tickets of 3AC from Anand Vihar to Bareilly to Train No: 12552, PNR NO. is [protected]. Ticket was confirmed in Coach G7 Passenger Name Anurag Saran Seat No. 0077/ SM & Passenger Name Swati Saran Seat No. 0078/ SU. But train route was changed due to some Andolan. We didn't journey on that day in this train because train was not going to Bareilly It was going through Kanpur and Lucknow. Total Amount I have paid 552 for two tickets. I file the TDS for those tickets on 17th March 2011, but till date no refund I got in TDS status it is showing Refund Status: Refund under Process. the Reference No: ekt[protected]. Kindly try to refund my money ASAP. still 3 months already complete for this issue. Waiting for your responce.

My Login ID has been blocked by IRCTC citing false TDR claim. I want to cancel three tickets which i booked using that id.

Today (10/05/2011) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on jammu mail from delhi to samba boarding on 12/05/2011 for s n sambyal. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

IRCTC — regarding booking of e-ticket

again i booked my e-ticket and again happened the same problem as before. IRCTC — Refund of TDR-PNR No.2636317272-Re-representation

I had booked 2 tickets for travel on 04.07.2010 from Chandigarh to Kanpur by Kalka-Howrah Mail for my family comprising of 4 members.1 ticket vide PNR No. [protected] by AC-3 Tier which was waitlisted and another ticket vide PNR No. [protected] by Sleeper II class which was confirmed.AC ticket was confirmed just at the time of preparation of chart and accordingly we travelled by AC 3 Tier.I had informed the TTEs of both coaches about this.I had filed TDR for refund of PNR No. [protected] with IRCTC but the refund was rejected stating that passenger travelled.Subsequently,I represented again stating that how same set of passengers can travel in the same train and same date simultaneously.It seems the TTE of sleeper class has given false certificate regarding travel or the Railways have not verified or read my mail properly.To add insult to injury,they have disabled my user ID stating that the claim is false.Please re-examine immediately, verify both PNRs and settle the matter instantly.User ID should also be enabled immediately.Action against the erring official should follow later.

Refund with interest should be given.Pl. Let me know the procedure and address of taking the matter at higher level.

IRCTC — WRONG PNR INFORMATION

I had booked tatkal Ticket with PNR No.[protected] for journey from
DBRT to NDLS on DBRT Rajdhani DOJ 06.05.11. On 139 Enquiry Fifteen minutes before the Scheduled Departure of Train i was informed/rcvd SMS that chart has been prepared and my tkt was not confirmed so i did not board the train. Next day on checking IRCTC Site i found that i have been alloted a seat and my tkt was confirmed. In Spite of my several mail for refund of Tkt amount has led to no results. I missed the Train because I was given wrong Information by PNR Enquiry. So why should i bear the Loss

But now, when i was tried to open my account with my known usernae and pass waord, it shows that invalid password and username. so, please any alternatives to open my account. it was created long back so i forgotted hint question also. Pl cancell the total tickets.

IRCTC — payment deduction

Amount deducted but ticket not booked
I tried four time but I am unable to generate from jaipur to kota the Ticket via IRCTC hence I am requesting you to please refund the amount.

Total Amount := 1460 (365 each time)

I had server error each time
