On 11/08/2011 i tried to book ticket through e-ticketing from Hyderabad to Ongole, class-SL, ticket not booked but an amount of Rs 697/- is dieducted from my ICICI account. What information i have received from ICICI bank that information is given below.

Pls refund the amount of Rs.697/- to my ICICI Bank Account.

Hi,

I tried booking tickets from Bangalore (SBC) to Hospet (HPT) for 26th Dec’2011 Train No . 16592 HAMPI EXP (FIRST CLASS 1AC) and little I realize later that IRCTC charged my account with INR 2340 without booking been confirmed.

Below is the message i got from SBI:

I have filed a TDR on 5th July 2011 as I was not able to travel on that day. It is been 6 months but the TD is not refunded. each time I mail or call, it is replied that we have asked the concerned department to refund it.

The maximum time for refund is 3 months and the time has now doubled still nothing happened. Please let me know, if there are any escalation contact for this.
