[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i am using Tata Docomo mobile service and i m continuously facing irrelevant deduction of balance from my account,whenever i call up customer care executive's i don't get proper response.Several times i have cactivealled them asking their needful in deactivating all schemes from my mobile number-[protected],first,they say that all services are deactivated but when the same problem i.e.balance deduction occurs they turn up saying that some service are active on my number.
This problem i have faced eight times.In the month of january i have faced this problem thrice consicutively on 7th,9th&13th jan 2011.

main is no. ke liye customer care(121) par call karke complaint register karvayi thi ki mere no. par airtel ke kisi bhi no se incoming nahi aa pa rahi. yeh complaint meine[protected] ko register karva di thi jiska complaint no. hai NWK[protected]. Meri complaint ko close karne ki date thi 11-01-11. par abhi tak meri complaint par koi bhi step nahi liya gaya hai.11-01-11 to 16-01-11 tak har din meri docomo ke superviser se baat huyi hai har din mujhe kaha jata hai ki meri problem ko 24hrs mein solve kar diya jayega par koi feedback nahi milta plz do me a favour.

3. Extension port give by them is faulty and not working since beginning.

Tata DoCoMo — Massive Cheat

Respected Sir,
Recently I have taken Tata Docomo postpaid connection. Before taking the connection one of their exicutive called me and explained their offer as 1200 STD minutes free, 200 Local minutes free, 100 Local sms free and 100mb free for Rs.300 deposit. and also stated that first 3 months no need to pay bill amount, since there providing this affer.

As and when I got connection, I called to Docomo customer care and asked them what is my current plan. they said that only 300 STD minutes free and 400 Local minutes free . No other benefits out of my plan. And I explained them regarding my issue. they are telling simple sorry for their cheat.

After the discussion with customer care team, I am colling several time to their exicutive who has given me the connection, He is not receiving my call.

Also, i did not accept their offer. and requested them for refund my amount Rs.300 or make credit to my alternative number which is docomo prepaid connection. Still they did not do it.

Also, I did not accept their veryfication and complained about this issue with their verification person. Still no response on it.

Hoping you will take appropreate action on Tata Docomo.

Tata Photon + — Pathetic Speeds

Multiple complaints have been filed in the last 18 days of my purchasing the connection and device to tata customer service about the pathetic speed::

Today morning their outsourced engineer call me from [protected]
Called me and told me that whatever speed I am getting is the maximum I can get despite the fact that on your website it mentions 3.01 mbps download speed and I am not even getting 300 k bps which will only be 10 % even if achieved. At present my speed average lingers at 30 kbps.
So I am not able to accept this service level.

I tried reaching their nodal officer at:: [protected]
Called 11:30 am – 11:40 am

Gave him three calls none were answered despite the fact that ring was going.

Called Customer service

Asked them to let me know how to proceed. And they told me to contact the Appellate Authority.

Now i have written back to their nodal officer as mentioned on their website and it states that i would receive a call in four hours. no call till now.

50 rupee is bing cutted off from my sim card . no complaint is listen.and thy didn't return any money.

they told me to send data to 121 number but there is no responce from them .
they cut the money on the name of a java gam downloaded but i havee not downloaded any game from the net.

Myself Gurbakhshish Singh is using TATA DOCOMO Sim(N0-[protected]).but the main problem here is that they activated Packs(HTIP Pack) without prior to my knowledge and deducing my balance time to time.I Sent to mail tata docomocustomer care executive DATED 25/12/2010 and complaint no~~M3296152 on this they accpeted our falt than thay refund 30Rs in my accout But same matter on DATED21/01/2011(complaint no. is M3461210) then repit this same process.I just simply requested to do not deduce my hard earn money due to this kind of packs. they assured next time it will not happen.but every time the story is same.
Finally due to all these i have to make this decision to register a complain in consumer forum and expecting the guilt peoples learn a lesson from this not to harrash common peoples by this fake promises.

Please sir expecting a positive step from consumer forum in this regard.
