[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

Tata DoCoMo — Balance deduction without usage of anything..

i am Sajid Bhat (having tatadocomo no. [protected]), unfortunately opted for your mobile service a year back. i am utterly fed up with your services, innovative & F##king tricks to grab money from customers- which the customers loose without any utility for same. Deduction of balances without any reason is one of your best ways to do business with 0% expenditure. More than 10 times same happened with me & upon that you are immediately barring the customer care service for the number so that i will not contact you to compensate for the lost balance, & about your network- that i think is operating 100 kms below the sea level or in ionosphere itself - not for the people living on earth. now it is for the last time i would use your mobile services, i would definitely turn to better & authentic service providers. You need to grow up in this competitive telecommunication world & learn something from better service providers, you cheap & Poor business associates.

Tata DoCoMo — mobile connections not cancelled and billing is still on

We have taken 4 connection in the name of JAYEM INLAND TRANSPORT PVT LTD. AND WE ARE RECEIVING ABNORMAL BILLS AND POOR CONNECTIVITY FOR THAT WE WANT TO CANCEL OUR CONNECTIONS PERMANETLY. WE APPROACHED SEVERAL TATA DOCOMO EXECUTIVES BUT STILL THEY TOLD THEY WILL CANCEL AND ADJUST THE DEPOSIT AND CLEAR BUT TILL DATE EVEN AFTER ONE MONTH THEY HAVE FAILED AND STILL THEY ARE BILLING SO REQUESTED TO CANCEL IMMEDIATLY.

i have applied for mnp since last 12 days but i m not getting port in in reliance.jamnagar officer of reliance says that its not in our hand to port in customer.

Tata DoCoMo — MNP has been cancelled wrongly

My number is [protected]. I have decided to shift from Docomo to Airtel. I applied for that. The unique porting number is TX372546. I am with docmo from november 2009. My request has been cancelled by Docomo stating that "The number or range has been connected for less than 90 days". Could you please help me on this issue?
Docomo is trying to hold onto customers using misinformation and has gone to the extent of lying, i think mnp should be having stringent provision to check these practices.

i have purchased tata poton data card last month , the downloading speed what im getting is 0.2kb/s to 3kb/s and what the company claim is 3.1mb/s. when i call there call center im not getting any proper response from there executive . i feel like i have just wasted my 2500 rupees.
Since i have been using TATA Docomo mobile service provider, i didn't get network in most of the areas, even in my home as well. really its a very bad network i have been seen in Mumbai. They have invest lots of money for their advertisement. If they invest little money to improve their network then it will be good to us. I would not recommend TATA docomo to any my friend.

Tata DoCoMo — Cell No 9038779443 not recharge

Dear Sir / Mam

I have recharged cell no [protected] through my debit card of ICICI Bank (Rs. 200.0), still my cell is not yet credited with the given amount. On telecall with customer care executive, they have told that due to network issue the number is not yet recharged and they would take time till February 17, 2011 for resolving the issue.

Please note my transaction id was [protected] and transaction date was February 11, 2011 for Rs. 200 recharge.

The concerned complaint no lodge in customer service is PRRG09398220 on 12.02.2011 in the morning 10:35 am ( as confirmed by your customer care executive over telecall).

Request you to please look into matter as even after paying the recharge balance cell is not reflecting the credit amount of Rs 200.

Mera mbl cnctn tata docomo ka hai jan 20 2011 ko hamare mbl pe unlogo ne khud ba khud news pack activate kar diya aur paise kaat liye fir unlogo ne cmpln karne par bal lauta diya 12 fab 2011 ko fir usi news pack ke naam par paise kaat liye cstmr care me baat karne par suparvisor Purnima se baat kar ne par unhone kaha ki aap ka bal wapas nahi kar sakte. aur na unhone complain ragistr kiya aur kaha ki 21 fab K baad hi kuch ho payega. mera mbl no [protected] hai Nirmal kumar dixit ke naam se.
I agree with all of you in this forum. Even I am filing a legal case against photon. Also writing a complaint to TRAI. Their service sucks and they never call you no matter how many complaints you file. Lets get the help from media and expose them in the public so that new customers can be saved from becoming the victims of tata.

i am 2nd time give complaint to you when i complaint to you its before tata docomo person call me
and give me reason you are used 3G network therefore you had charged 52.17rupees
there after i call docomo call center and they had tell me 3G service is not launch in your city
you are used mutiple website therefore you had charged.currently also i am using docomo internet and i am using
5 to 8 website at a time but i have charged normal internet plan no any other extra chargess aplay. so i want refund my balance.
and 12/02/2011 i am online rechared 89 rupees rate cutter plan but i get normal talktime i want this plan

i am using tata docomo mobile service.he had 2 times my balance deducted .
1)1st time 30 rupees deduct on my number [protected] and he was give me reason unlimited game pack activated in your number .

2) i am using internet through mobile in last 6 month and i am using 1GB gprs pack every month and i am opened 5 to 6 multiple website at a time but my balance was not deduct but when 7 january 2011 i am using internet my balance 52 Rupees deduct when i am compaint its nodal officer he had tell me you are opened multiple website and thier fore you had charge 52.17
so i want refund my balance.
