[Resolved] Tata Photon Whiz — Poor tata photon whiz speed

Hi, I am ashish gupta, i am using tata photon whiz since last 20 days in ramapuram chennai area. My photon whiz no is — [protected]. When i taken that conncetion, tata indicom executive was saying that Max. Speed of tata photon whiz is 153.6kbps. But i am getting only max. Speed 3 to 4 kbps. Regarding it i registered three complaints[protected],[protected],[protected] But issue not yet resolved. When i registered first complaint[protected], next day one technician mr. Kiran visit my home. But kiran was saying that 3 kbps is max. Speed of tata photon whiz in all over chennai. So kiran was not able to resolve that issue and without resolving that issue he left from my home. Again i registered two more complaints[protected],[protected] regarding same issue. Once again mr. Kiran visit my home but he was saying same wording that 3 kbps is max. Speed of Tata photon whiz in all over chennai and within 1 min without saying anything he left. I am calling daily customer care 2-3 times regarding same issue. But issue not yet resolved. On 12-sep-2009 i talked to customer care head mr. Nitin, he was saying that another technician Will visit on 14-sep-2009 till 9:00 pm and issue will resolved 100%. But nobody visit. I am totally fedup with tata photon whiz. i have purchased tata photan from tata true value shoppe,malhar complex,anand bazar,indore.exe mr.deepak say's your photon will activeted but after two day's i am on tour my photon was not workig,true value shoppe exe was say's first time...signature,,2nd time...you are defaulter...third time ....your area is negetive...still he coudnt proove all things and customer care also not solve my problem...they are not calling me ...i am asking the problem...the height of my passion..detail as follows....photon no.[protected],my contact no.[protected]....see

i m shailesh goyal from korba (chhattisgarh ) i am using tata photon whiz before 7 month but speed is very slow speed show 153kbps but when i have to downlode any item then show 8or9kbps speed so i request for u sir how to increase in tata photon whiz speed im not suffesent in speed so do u solve my problem...

I Am 14 now i am all on my own i usually sell things Online n play online games i bought a tata photon whiz its executive said its speed is like light he showed me a demo in his laptop with the same device
it was running very fast but after i used it abiut 3months my speed was so low that i lost my patience i took up with my friends and at night about 11 when shop where closed we broke the shutter wuth cutter, chainsaw
next morning wow there was a raid near that area n the shop was closed(sealed) i was so happy i am not using it now i use a BSNL Broadband connection it gives me a speed of 2.8Mpbs iam so happy my ping is as low as 56 pls reply me at

Tata Photon Whiz — Surplus charge for unlimited connection

I took Tata photon Whiz with the no :[protected].I had paid Rs 1900 for the device and i was told that i will get free Unlimited usage for the first month.After the completion of the first month when i went to recharge in the Audigudi Service centre(bangalore)
i was told to pay an extra amount of Rs 150 for additional usage. I am not able to understand why am i supposed to pay extra money for an Unlimited plan.
Beside this the speed of this device is terrible.Even the mobile internet is much faster than this.The speed which i get is 2-5 kbps.

i should have seen the review before committing the same mistake of buying the tata photon whiz...it really sucks in downloading...i get this downloading speed using the mobile internet...a tragic comedy...

That is outrages Tata seem to want to charge for service which they cant supply their reseller asked me to give 2000rs for startup as i dont have pancard as i am nri this was supposed to be refunded when i leave the service. also he send someone to collect a further 800rs to sort out now tata says there is no record of this so unless i give them a receipt they wont be responsible. SHAME on TATA !!!

I had taken a Tata Photon Whiz connection 4 Months Back through Balaji store En Tat. store Guy was promised And approached me with this offer stating that would Not activated on the same day. Since I did not get any welcome calls I called the call center the next day and requested for details of mycomplan. Tat Day still

I was disappointed .Every Month I Use To Recharge 333 its Unlimited Plan With Tat They Are Chargeing Exter 300 Rs....

I raised a complaint with the call center agent If They Lisen This Kind Qurey They Wil Cut The Cal,En Wen Ever Month Am Faceing Same Problem promised that I would get

them had called me back. Now when I call the call center for updates on my complaint they inform me that it has been closed and they are not ready to give proper

explanation. What type of customer service is this.?
