My package supposed to delivered on 16.02.21. As per your yesterday evening tracking status. After 7pm showing your tracking status CUSTOMER OPTION TO DELIVER TOMORROW. Yesterday I spoke to customer care they told me that package delivered by today itself. They gave me the madavaram and PONNERI mobile number that numbers not working. Delivery person not called me but they mentioned CUSTOMER OPTION TO DELIVER TOMORROW. What is the reason?????...

Consignment no Z43771812 dtd 19.01.21, consignment was booked from New Delhi 48, the indure private limited to r k sharma, keshar parisar, siddhivinayak colony, raigarh, chattisgarh, and the consignment reached at raigarh on 07.02.21 as per dtdc track record, but even after several enquiry and personaly gone to dtdc office but the parcel not tress out by the dtdc to hand over to address.

After giving proper address to the delivery person, he has not deliver the material.

I sent a courier to GORAKHPUR through DTDC(Trackon Couriers)on 4th of feb from greater noida.
next day I got an AWB number through which I was tracking the product.everything was going fine till it reached Gorakhpur hub.after that I was updated that the receiver address does not exist in GKP, due to which my product is being returned at my place.

till date I haven't received my product and whenever I am trying to contact...

The DTDC frazer town branch in Bangalore got a delivery to be made on a certain PIN code. On Saturday Feb 5th, approx 7 PM a delivery attempt was made and it was noted that the delivery agent is unable to get any response from the consignee. On Monday Feb 7th, 7:11AM, the log shows that are in unserviceable and was marked for RTO (return to Origin) immediately. This looks bogus after having attempted a delivery on Saturday before.

I have checked my laptop's left side hinges were cracked. When I open the laptop, one side part will a band internally and the laptop body part also found the crack on a banded part....

DTDC — Irresponsible Courier services

This mail is a complaint mail against DTDC courier services at sanpada branch, Vashi.
i have no idea what kind of services are DTDC people providing
I have sent parsoul from sanpada DTDC to pune, Katraj DTDC.
My colleague received courier that time it will be damaged and broken.
Who is responsible for this.
Pls refund my money that I have paid for courier....
