my watch again stopped working few days ago. Now tell me what to do. This watch has stopped approximately more than 5 times in the warranty period, the service center people has told the last time they have changed the whole machine inside the watch, then how could it stop now also. this is a defected product by titan which is sold by the showroom. On dt-2/5/18 i bought a fastrack wristwatch model no. NG38003PP05C from a local store. I wore it and walk in the rain just about 5 mins and the next day i saw some kind of a water droplets inside the face of it. I booked a cab (Chevrolet tavera ac, registration number: tn 31 ab 9669) via fasttrack villupuram area, while trip cab got the breakdown for 4 hours. After completing the trip total 40 hours and 506 kilometers usage for the cab.

I have been suggested always to change battery from authorized service centres and becuse of that i went to store to replace battery of my chronograph watch but i was told it would cost me near 400rs i thought battery itself costs that much but to my surprise when i got bill battery cost 60 rs and labour cost 250rs that too for a 2 min work... Dear Sir,
I have purcahsed on Fastrack Sunglass and with in a month its frame got cracked. I always used to take full precaution i.e. keep the sunglass in its case only. Put Off with all care and precaution but one morning I found its frame was cracked.
Once again keeping in my mind the brandname I again purchased one more but this time I was surprised to see that the frame again got cracked from the same location.

I have purchased a watch on march 9, 2018 and now it stopped working.
When i went to fastrack showroom in my hometown (Madhubani, bihar-847211) they were charging rs150.
It is under warranty then why should i pay that amount.

This is my second complaint now. This time atleast I want a good service. Within a span of 6 months, two of my watches are not working properly. How should I believe in Fastrack now? The second watch was a gift to a special one, it was so embarrassing that i had to face such a situation, where the watch itself broke near the belt and fell on the road. It was fixed till date with fevicol. How sad is this....

The fasttrack sunglass i bought on jan 27th, 2018 which i use only while i drive car, safely handled and used in its string case. Today morning when i took it from case, noticed that its frame is broken. I am attaching the photo of my glass, its cover where i safely place when not in use and the warranty card.

Very recently i purchased a watch variant: nk3117sm02. And just by using 1 and 1/2 months the mission was stopped every 5 to 6 days. I'm very much dissatisfied, i purchased the product only looking at brand and if this is your quality in your products, i'm totally dissatisfied and never i'll opt fastrack in my consideration for future purchases. I did purchase a Fastrack Reflex watch which does not capture my sleep data.
I have the auto-sleep capture setting enable after i did sync the device with my iPhone yet it does not reflect any sleep data.
Also it does not show call notifications even after being paired.
It shows call notifications only when when i am a hand distance away from my phone.
No such notifications is displayed when I am in the next room...
