Requested sir/madam today I done the online recharge the sum of 342 but bymistake the mob number was miss mached the wrong mobile number is [protected] so i given a mail to Freecharge but they are telling that the wrong mobile persons have been used full amount but I can't believe because with in a hours no one can use the full amount of rupees 343 sooo I kindly help me to solve it plz plz this is ref number ...👉Recharge of Rs 342 successful...

Please look into my problem as a high priority i added 20000 to my wallet. But now i am not able to withdraw. Even i i had wait 45 days. But not withdraw amount. Please help me. My freecharge number [protected]. May i know the reason why it's happened. And please resolve my problem as soon possible. It's more than one and half month took.

Broadband payment

Sir I did my bsnl broadband[protected] payment of Rs.1326/- on 11 may through freecharge but the payment still not updated.
I contacted freecharge and bsnl so many times but in vain .
Representative from freecharge told that payment successfully done but representative from bsnl told payment not done.
They both are making me fool.
Sir please do something....

I paid bsnl landline bill of Rs 1774 on 12th may 2017, friday at 10:44am by transaction ID FCLA[protected] for account no [protected].
But till today 29th june 2017, my landline bill remains unpaid.

My credit card has been deducted for the payment but my landline bill shows still unpaid.

Refund money delayed

On 22 nd June I have accessed my account with Freecharge to recharge my Airtel Dongle and My mobile.
4 transaction took place of which 2 transaction failed and in net effect Rs.350
is due for refund since last one week.
My written mails citing all back up documents including my bank debits
has not brought the fair response from them....

Flawed system for transactions

I had selected vodafone and gujarat in freecharge app software to charge my mobile number with rs.1000 (One thousand rupees); however due to type error the number was typed wrongly but freecharge aap software did not show any reconfirmation option to rectify the number and recharged an airtel number in tamilnadu instead of vodafone number in gujarat. This was a serious flawed software design. First it did not give any confirmation like double...

Un known transaction and money deducted from customer account 28-apr-2017

Hi team,

Just now saw my credit card statement and i came to know that 1200 was deducted from my account on 28th apr 2017 with name of "accelyst solutions pvt lt" and i checked in my freecharge account and came to know that the last transaction is on 22nd march.

Please let me now why the amount is deducted?

I recharged Rs 149 on 31st March 2017 through Freecharge wallet to a reliance jio number with order ID FCVA[protected]. Freecharge is claiming that recharge done successfully but I confirmed with operator that they didn't receive the said amount.
I did not get the refund yet inspite of contacting Freecharge numbers of time.
Please do the needfull....

Recharge amount not received

message received from free charge and Bsnl process successful.But amount is not credited in my recharge balance.The balance shows zero.
I D no FCVM[protected].Though it is a small amount it is responsible both free charge organization and Bsnl authorities.I

Not refunding the amount to its source card

I added 17000rs from a customer without knowing the 45 days hold, hence I wasn't able to withdraw it to my bank.
I needed to return this amount to the customer's card so that he can pay me in cash.
Now FreeCharge customer service is disappointing me with the same reply to me to wait for 45 days.
In every email they are misguiding me.
Please help....

I made recharge of 79rs to my bsnl mobile number. Actually there is multiple plans available at freecharge. Though i selected 3g/4g category, roaming plan was added to my account. I have raised ticket to freecharge and taking followup since last week. They accepted their fault and ready to pay 79rs.

Mobile recharge is not done but payment debited from my a/c

I made online payment through freecharge.in for Aircel prepaid mobile recharge amounting to Rs.60/- and the amount has been debited immediately in my account by SBI vide transaction Ref No.IGABHTELH8. Got my money stuck
