I have added Rs.5000 to my freecharge wallet to transfer it to my bank because of an emergency. Earlier i was told that the transfer can only be done after 48Hrs. But even after 72Hrs i was not able to transfer the money to bank acc. Post which i wrote a mail to the freecharge care, i got a reply back asking me to wait for 30days and asking me to recharge with that amount. Now i am like

I have placed online order through shoppersstop.com on 18th of Feb. One of my order was cancelled by them due it's unavailability on 25th.shoppersstop has initiated the refund to free charge.as my mode of payment was freecharge wallet. It's been more than 10 days I haven't received refund to my way. Neither they are responding to my emails or calls...

I tried withdrawing money from Freecharge to my Kotak Bank Account on 01.03.2017 and it was pending. I have written a lot of emails to customer care and they are giving me a canned response. According to bank norms, if a transfer of IMPS fails, it will refunded to account in the same working day, But these guys are playing around....

I did the recharge of videocon d2h, but transaction got declined due to some error and it's been 8-9 days i am not getting my money back.
I was trying to contacting the freecharge team but they are not providing me any solution.that's why I am writing this complaint....

I tried to recharge my Videocon d2h for 3 times on 19/02/2017 but every time it was failed though every time Rs.400 (Total 1600/-) was deducted from my Bank. After that I received a massage that money will refund to my Bank. But still it is not being reflected. So you are requested to do the needful at your earliest.

I have been taking follow-ups with freecharge from last one month but unfortunately not able to find any solution after contacting [protected]@freecharge.com for multiple times (Ticket # 1265239) hence endup making online complaint.

This complaint is regarding Refund issues. Even after waiting for 10 working days, I have not received any refund Rs 532.5 for order id 12914291. I also contacted Freecharge support, but have not received any refund yet. How many days should I wait for such a simple refund process which hardly takes more than 2 days. Can you please let me know what actions you have taken since the Refund initiated?...

I just now go to recharge in my tata docomo no. By free charge app, the amount deducted but not credited in my account balance in tata docomo. The recharge of rs.110 . Please assure it fastly....

I paid 3 bescom bills via free charge with order IDs as
FCEW[protected] for amount Rs. 1774.0 INR on[protected],
FCEI[protected] for amount Rs. 331.0 INR on[protected] &
FCEI[protected] for amount Rs.223.0 INR on[protected]
but none are reflecting at BESCOM, still they are showing it as due, on calling the customer support services +[protected], none of them are picking up the call .

Rs. 299 debited twice from my bank but not credited in freecharge app wallet
Freecharge debited my bank account twice but money is not added. No customer care response till now. Rs. 299 is a huge amt. So please solve this issue and revert to me. fins the Order Id : FCVW[protected].Find the deduction details.

I sarita Mudgal have made a payment of 6228 for Electricity bill through freecharge but somehow the transaction failed and I was told thathat money would be refunded within 5-7 days but it's been more than 10 days no refund was provided I even had the word with the banker but no refund provided yet

I had added money of Rs.400/- to my freecharge account from my bank on dated 1st. Feb. 2017. The amount of Rs.400/- has been debited from bank and freecharge company has not credit into my account after several kind reminders.

I had paid BESCOM Electricity bill payment on 14 FEB 2017 of Rs.: 982 on FreeCharge, the payment was failed but the amount was been deducted from my bank account. Hence I have sent number of mails regarding the same issue but there is no response for the freecharge customer care team.
