Hi, i am using shine from aug 2016, in the morning when i am starting the bike i need to use choke.. Otherwise it switched off... Once i face this problem in the morning it keep continuing the whole day while i slow the bike it get switch off. When i informed while giving service, they said we will check thats it. They are unable to resolve my complain, even not a honda company person is knowing about this.

Since day of purchase till date we have complained for car staring issue (Battery issue) but the problem is not solved from root.
Case1:mar2015 car don't start at residence parking itself.
Case 2: nov2016 we had been to wedding locked car and after 1 hours wen returned it did not start.

I had done my servicing if vehicle 20 days back.in last two days car broke down twice as battery is down. When enquired with service center they supply asked to replace battery. Very worst customer service, initial they will estimate totally 6 parts after they will put bill 10 parts. Starting they will say labor charge is 350 rs like that starting itself i inform oil change and replace and headlight and etc.. Billing they not put oil then i asked oil not changed after i buy new oil and then i give but they billing two labor charge 350 rupees and service charge 63 total 413 and another labor bill charge oil change...

This is regarding our car honda amaze up16au7439 which was giving some problem about low engine oil indication, for quite some time. We have given the car to crown honda, noida, sector-63 for servicing and rectifying the issue for about 3-4 times during the last year. Each time they handed us a bill for about 4-5k saying that the issue got resolved but everytime within 1-2 weeks of servicing the problem reappeared....

I have taken honda city car in karur. There is no service center in karur, they have asked us to take service in erode service center. I didn't take first service, for second service they picked up my car from karur to erode and done a service n while dropping a car to karur, they make a accident and some parts were damaged but they didn't rectified that damages fully, for third service they again again...

My car MH43-BE-8786 met with an accident on 28th July 2017 and it was immediately taken to Hallmark Honda, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. They had promised to deliver the car by or before 12th August 2017.
