Hi I am an ICICI account holder, there are several transactions in my statement for the past one month titled ECSRTNCHGS harging 590 Rs. there are several DCARD fee charges as well. These were deducted without any information. I got to know when my car installment showed low balance. Still scrutinizing my previous month statements. But would like to know if there are notransactions how can charge me under DCARDFEE again and again....

I have applied for Icici platinum credit card, and received message saying that card will be processed within 5 working days.I have not received any updates even after 10 days .

Yesterday, a transaction of Rs 1899 has been done from my ICICI Bank account by oneast without my confirmation. So, please resolve this issue and return me the amount as soon as possible....

Today I had deposited 5000/- in my ICICI Bank Saving account and suddenly 1500/- amount debited and in the statement its showing POSDEC even I didn't used my card since last 8 month in any POS machine.
Kindly check and wave off my charges....

There has been an VSI auto debit payment that has been debited from my account by Money control.

I haven't received a password, I haven't received prior intimation of the deduction. This is very scary because, the deduction happened at late night and it looks like they can deduct money without the knowledge of customers. How is this possible?

I request a refund and also how do I stop such transactions in future....

I was told that there is no monthly and yearly charges for my demat account but I could see that RS 415 has been deducted on DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL S
EP-20 transaction, could you please explain why you have deducted money for the free service you have promised while account opening ?

I do not hold any demat account or have transacted any through ICICI. I could see that there is deduction of Rs. 826 DP CHGS till sep 20.. I've been using ICICI from last 5 years and i did not face this issue till now..no such notification and message given to me prior deduction and after that too...I want my money to be refunded as this is something really unexpected from ICICI....

My self vinay Kumar, today I got one massage from ICICI bank on my registered mobile no.Rs.1899 /- deducted in my saving account without any OTP and any authentication from my side.
Please find the enclosed screen shot of Massage.
Please look into matter and reimburse the debit amount in my account.
Please also share the root cause analysis, how can amount deducted from my account without my permission.

My amount has been deducted without my permission. Its a very arrogant and unhealthy behavior....

Rupees 1399 got deducted from my account today (2/11/2020) from my account without my permission..
I need my money back..
provide me the details when and how will I get my money back..
There are many more similar complaints in the complaint box- so I see this unauthorised transaction by ICICI bank is quite common.....

From my account 1899/- were deducted showing refrences SI ONE EAST, about which i have got no idea. I need my money back asap or else i'll file a complaint against icici bank for fraud and illegal transaction through my account....

Fee towards Expressions Debit Card will be debited from Account XX428 within 12 hrs. Please keep sufficient balance in your account.

I request to cancel the expression services as i wish to avail the existing basic debit card services only which i am having currently.
I opened a salary account with ICIC one month ago.and i personally didn't raise any request for the expression...

A fraudulent transaction has been done from my account for amount of Rs. 1699/- The transaction remark starts with "IIN/I-Debit/SI CPPAST".

If multiple such transaction complaints have already been issued, why can't the back solve such problems and instead risk people's money....

While opening account I was been forcefully given Demat account free of cost with annually free maintenance which I had not used for a single time also ..After not using long time also still they are continuously deducting my Money saying maintenance DMC Dp charges Rs826 ..till sep 2020 ....
