Hi, my bill has overusage charges of Rs.500 on top of the extra data usage thats already charged. There was no such mention on such overusage charge in the plan (attached). Despite several calls to customer care no one was able to explain why such charges are applied. Instead idea keep calling for bill payment without explanation....

I moved from idea to jio a year ago due to their exorbitant pricing. Multiple requests for the security deposit refund have led to nothing but frustration. Every trailing mail comes a month later and asks me for details such as my address and bank account details with false promises of the cheque being issued and what not. I am tired of this and need this resolved asap...

In order to earn some money i applied for idea hindi call centre job. I was asked to pay fee of rs. 800 by sending a paytm qr code (Head office) in order to continue. After paying it, they called me for an interview, it was in hindi and very fast, i couldn't understand all. So, i told the consultant to cut my job application and refund my money back. The consultant told me that my money will be refunded after three days but it was not refunded....

Hello sir. On june 20 i have requested for 4g sim upgrade. My request id was[protected]. I got a message that said i'll get my sim within 22 hours... But it's days.. I haven't got any. Tell me what to do and whom to contact or where...

I called idea customer care (198) for making a clarification on my bill, which shows a rectification amount which is paid by cheque and cleared from my bank three months back. They are dealing like some beggar asking for money. They says we cannot give more information, it may be cheque bouncing, you have to go to the idea centre where you given the cheque and collect the information. What we can say we said now you do anything if you want...

I contacted [protected] by my no. [protected] at 21:23 on 20/06/2018 & the call was disconnected by saying do whatever you want to do I WONT HELP YOU with abuses hurled by MR RIBIK SAPKAL in languages I cannot write here and was told my call won’t be recorded for proof of abuse and I was threatened . Please let me know if I get justice by Idea or the law ?...

I made a recharge of ₹1000 from my paytm account to a number but due to a difference in 1 digit of the number, the transaction took place to a wrong number. I searched in quora and the answer showed it is possible to get the money back. But when i contacted the the idea company customer care immediately refused to do anything. How can i get my money back?...

I'm manpreet singh from ambala and today (22june 2018) at around 1:40pm, by using idea app recharged rs.499 through paytm and money deducted from paytm and didn't received any confirmation.. I requested to idea cellular to port my mobile number to vodafone. They ported me with vodafone on dt. 10.05.2018 on 11:59. My connection with idea cellular got disconnected and my bill generated on 23.05.2018 and the bill is showing prorated overage charges of rupees 402. That was activated on 11.05.2018 on 12.06 am i am saying that when i was disconnected with idea cellular on 10.05.2018 at 11:59pm then how they activate prorated overage...

Hello, i m your one of valuable costumer of your idea company since last 12 years, i havent changed my number even jio came in to existence, i m sorry to say but today internet speed have became pathetic, i dont know what u r selling in the name of 3g,. I m afraid now forcefully i will be changing the company, as airtel wale bolete hai "pehle sab try karo phir choose karo"......

I just recharged for a wrong no. Thru my paytm paytm show a msg to complain and get the recharge reversed.

My idea prepaid sim card is not working properly.so i have gone to replace sim card at rewa (m.p).idea service center have told me charges of RS 170/- for replacing a sim card.its a huge amount than other company like airtel takes 20-3 rs for the same cause.idea must reduce charges for sim card replacement....

I was using idea prepaid my mobile number was [protected]. I went to pune and didn't use this number for a month and number churned out.
And when i went to idea showroom they i will get my sim in postpaid and after 6 months usage can go to prepaid.

What kind of service is this without noticing me how can you churn out my number

My idea cellular sim card isn't working and not showing any network for last 3 days.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone.I couldn't contact with customer care from this number.
