I want to activate international roaming service to my idea postpaid number.

I have lost network due to international travelling, so which approach to activate roaming service pack will save time and patience, i am not able to pay my bill to idea and will not really pay extra fine due to delay.

First of all i would like to the know the level to which idea people cheat, fraud and cause inconvenience to your customer, for his/her mistake o[censored]sing idea cellular services. I know now how big a mistake from my side it was that i decided to port my number to idea.

Yesterday I received an email that " your request for Promo Offer Activation on Mob.No. [protected] has been processed successfully through Communication Id C[protected]".However, I did not had any communication with any one regarding this offer activation.
I request you to kindly take some action against this practice as they are doing the same with many users....

Myself n d sata, mobile no. [protected] i have already activated dnd service on my number but still every day i am getting messages from iz-idea, iz-ideacare, ia-idea and ia-verify.

I have called customer care number & complain 198 several times regarding this and also raised complaints with them but they are saying they can’t stop this messages,.

I port my network docomo to idea after the change of network i not getting any otp like tez, near by app, bank and so on plz kindly resolved the issue at earliest. It makes a morality with u r network it's makes us very difficult to make a bank transaction plz look at the matter earliest waiting for replay customer care people not able to resolve the issue they always saying wait for 2days it not resolved ill register complain to troy....

3 month ago i have port my sim from airtek to idea. But after 2 month use sim deactivated and mentioned your airtek bill pending. If airtel bill was pending the why airtel provider permit to me to port sim in idea.

I ported my jio phone number to idea recently. Yesterday my jio network got disconnected and i inserted my idea sim. I was advised by idea agent to call 59059 after inserting idea sim. When i tried calling the above mentioned number, it does not connect. Kindly resolve this issue as this is my primary contact number. My phone number is [protected].

Sir, my number gets disconnected on 30.05.2018. Iam using that number since 2009 and recently changed to idea4g. Without specifying the reason the number gets disconnected. As i consulted the idea care and customer care they are saying that "you dont submit aadhar" so without having my details how they activated my new sim4g. I have taken post paid connection on 9th may after that idea has activated my no for 1 day only and there after they disconnected due to address wrong. I have given aadharcard and executive has filled wrong flat no this is not my fault. After that i visited so many times to idea outlet and also send so many mails to customer care regarding this but till date my connection is not activated. Hi idea,
I have ported my airtel number to idea sim on[protected] and on[protected] i got sms that idea sim got activated and to activate sim by calling 59059. From that time till date i am trying 59059 but it is not connecting.

When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying pls try calling 59059.

I think buying idea was worst decision.

I made a recharge for rs.392 which showed validity of 84 days with unlimited calls and internet...

Recently i am trying to migrate my idea from postpaid to prepaid and started the process on 27th of the month and i received the first call regarding the same on the very next day. I clearly stated that i am not having good experience with postpaid and also i m not convenient with the rates of postpaid but still the executive was brainwashing me with doscounts and ither offer which i dont want to prefer i just simply need to migrate my plans...

I would like to draw your kind notice towards my post paid connection no. [protected] and the service provider is idea cellular limited. On 01.05.2018 unlimited pack of rs. 509.00 has been purchased online., in which unlimited all calls, 1gb data daily with 100 sms per day for 84 days. The said service is activated after the above purchase. However rs. 153.00 was the main balance has deducted by the services provider with any information....
