In our area a mobile tower is installed on rooftop of the 2 story building beside our society which is 7 story. We have discussed with the land owner, also complained to municipal corporation regarding the same. But no action was taken.
We have raised several complaints against it without any proper justification the complaints were closed complaint no. W27159, w26898, w26410

I had recharged of ₹299 unlimited pack through the idea app two days ago.Today by mistake I recharged again of ₹199 unlimited pack on the app itself.I would like to keep the ₹299 recharge as i want the 3gb per day benefit and i would like to know if its possible for a refund of ₹199 to my bank of India account which is linked in the app....

In our area we are not having enough range especially to the portion where our house is located. No calls can be made or received. We are in a pathetic situation. Many important calls were also missed. At first we used to charge it with the top offers but now we have not recharged it for a very long time as we won't be able to use it properly even if it is recharged. I hope you would take sufficient actions....

Hi, I tried to recharge phone no. [protected] with a 199 pack, and though the money was deducted from my account, there is no sign of the recharge in the phone. The balance on the phone remains the way it was.
The reference ID at your end for the transaction is NCMP[protected].
Attached please also find a screenshot of the message from my bank regarding the deduction....

I recharged my idea no for balance top up from paytm but but instead of giving balance you have credited me 1 gb data which i was not required. For this problem i called your customer care but no one there is ready to help in this matter.

Customer care executives give different views one said you can delete other said you cant delete your account..

Request for deactivation of data service using 1925 stop was sent on 11 may 2018 for which acknowledgement message was also received. (Refer attachment).
But idea did not process the deactivation request as committed in 1925 message and is now charging 100 rs in the bill generated on 9th june.
This is fraud. Why should customer pay for the process lapse at idea?...

My complain is about idea cellular company's recharge offer was displayed in his official website. Claims that in 75 rs recharge you will get
300 local / national / romancing minutes
100 sms local + national
1gb internet data fo 28 days

After recharge on 31st may. I see that cellular company didn't give me 100 sms service. As he claimed in his offer....

Today, i've recharged a 75₹ pack with 300 minutes for 28 days on [protected]. I got 300 minutes as expected.

Later i did a 10 seconds call just check seconds or minutes would be deducted, and guess what 1 minute have deducted just for 10 seconds.

Question is company like idea if offers something then why just can't they fulfill in real?

In the month of jan i requested for port option and my bill was 550 rs and i have made bill payment of 600 rs, to be specfic my plan was 499 plan with no roming charges,
