i have booked gas on 15.11.2014, and yet i have not received the refill. I have booked my refill after 45 days and yet they are saying that they have shortage and also they are not giving me DBC. Every time i go to them they say they could not provide DBC, even i had acquired this connection for more than one year....

My gas never comes on time from "seetharama agency". The actual date of booking, the automated phone, and the agency always differs in the date of booking. This is extremely frustrating for a vital service like gas. To top it all last time the agency did not even give the gas receipt during delivery.
