Indian railway catering & tourism corporation [irctc] — payment refund not received

Dear sir,
I have booked a 2 tickets on different dates but cancelled on same date i. E 3 july 2017 and paid using my friend debit card (Sbi debit card),. Today date is 12 july 17 but my money is not credited.in irctc site refund status is showing money is sent to bank from last 3 days. Nobody is picking the phone....

I am booking a ticket from newdelhi to haridwar junction after making the payment by the visa debit card the balance is deducted from my a/c.
But ticket has not generated yet. The bank sent message of deduction of my money.
I have checked several times on irctc for the booked ticket option but it does not seems anything there.
I need help badly.
Hope my problem will resolved soon....

I have booked online train ticket on[protected] under tr. Id:[protected] money debited from my account ticket not booked. On 3rd irctc sight i have seen amount refunded but till date the same has been not credited to my bank account. Inspite of my complaint on mail there is no response from irctc. It has already 12 days till date the problem has not solved and amount not credited to my bank account. Transaction failed money debited but...

2 nos 2nd a/c tickets were booked for journey on 7th july 2017 transaction id
[protected] and pnr[protected] by irctc on line. The ticketswere wait listed and cancelled on 4th july. The ticket charges were rs 8306.5 and return amount was rs 7740.0 thus deduction rs 567/- for two wait listed tickets cancelled 3 days before scheduled journey. This much deduction i. E. Rs 283/- per ticket is not understandable....

I tried booking tickets on tatkal from pune to chandigarh on 4 july, amount was deducted from the account but i didn't even get the pnr number or any confirmation from the railways against the amount of 1868/-, my transaction id is iin/irctc etic tic/[protected]. When contacted to the reservation office i was said it will automatically be refunded to the account in 3 working days but i havent received any response or refund yet...

I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card (Yes Bank), the payment gateway was paytm. Then It was cancelled because some technical problem and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

Dear team,

I am disappointed with catering service which is providing in shatabdi. They are providing dirty glass for tea and providing open tea bags instead of tea kit. Tharmas are not clean too. Catering staff are also not wearing the gloves an d when i ask for complaint book they replied that they have no complaint book.

I had booked tickets online from bellary to hubli, schedule date of journey 10/07/2017, with confirmed berths sv1 25, sv1 26in sleeper class in train no :17603, schedule time of depature 6.55am
But when we reached the station we were surprised to know no information was there regarding the said train as per schedule and when asked the station master he was surprised to see confirmed ticket for no train with such number exits but some...

Kindly refund my amount against my pnr number of which the ticket is being cancelled on 1st july 2017.

Please se the atatched receipts which i have received from the counter after i surrendered my tickets.

I booked two tatkal tickets more than over a month ago of which the trains got delayed more than 3 hours and hence we could not travel. The tdr as per irctc rules was entered by me before the departure of train and the status turned 'cr registered' a few days later. Since then i have been waiting for the refund against the pnr [protected] and [protected] respectively. The irctc customer care responded that it is now a matter of zonal railways...

It too much horrible i have paid the maoney showing the refund status to paytm still iam waiting for the money

I have booked 2 tatkal tickets on 20th june 2017 on my ip address, after a week i tried to book 2 more tatkal tickets from the same ip adress but it's showing you are allowed only 2 tatkal tickets from 10am to 12pm per ip address their for i am not able to use my ip address once more to book tickets.
The data provider provides only one ip address per each registration,
But...

On 8th july 2017 i have booked 3 tickets from bikaner to howrah for 5th october 2017 in the irctc connect app from my mobile. I have done the transaction from my debit card but the result is that i have not get booked my tickets. So i want my money back or i want the reason for this and also my ticket should be booked. I am satyajit ghosh. I tried to book tickets from irctc app on 30.06.2017/ i tried to book tickets of duranta dealdah puri express formy family. (4tickets). While in doing payment transaction got dropped. I didnt get any tickets and my account was debited bu the amount rs. 2306.78. Kindly refund my money as early as possible. Your kind concern in these matter is of immense importance...

My pnr no.[protected] & [protected] was cancelled on dt 5.6 17 & 8.7.17 respectively but till now i couldn't recive my refund amount. The refund customer care no.[protected] &[protected] don't recive call, many times i have tried. How much time it will take by irctc please let me know.

I am k simhachalam working as secondary grade teacher in hiramandalam mandal. I have a bank account at hiramandalam sbi branch while iam booking a ticket in irctc website, amount debited from my ac [protected] on 10 th july rs 837.42 pos[protected] txn no[protected] but ticket not delivered from irctc ticket generating system
Please verify and credit my amount in my account as early as possible...
