refund of installation amount

BP[protected] RF [protected] I have Submitted 6000 on 20th Jan 2014. But there is Some problem in installation. So I have requested for cancellation of connection and refund of the amount. I have went to RK Puram office many times for the same. But till date I.e. 19nov 2014 I have not got any response. Its been 10 months now. Pls do something. Call Center people are completely useless. They Dont tell anything....
