I have taken MTS Mblaze Internet Service from ConnectIndia (www.connectindia.in) Channel partner of MTS I have bought the Data Card for Rs. 1,050 and choose the corporate offer of 6GB Unlimited Plan for Rs. 650 + taxes p/m. The connection got activated on 14th Aug 2012 while taking the connection they have assured me minimum speed of 1.5 Mbps but I have not got even 150 kbps Constantly it took 7 mins to download 1MB...

senseless service

I asked for installation on linux after calling their customer care centre. After getting message , it is getting cut. Twice the service person took the call and they kept the call as it is and nobody to receive it. We have to cut the call

Speed is very low less than 1mbps.

My MTS Datacard No:[protected] is going with speed less than 1kbps. They say that it will be 3.1Mbps. But they are cheating us. When contacted the customer care they say they vl resolve it in 20 hrs but that does not happen. I have rechraged on 24th september with Rs.999 unlimited pack. And i guess i have not at all used 10GB till now. As the speed lessens sfter 10 GB.

Please help resolve the issue since am not able to work...
