and i had recived a messas (Dated :- 2/2/2012 time 2:48) a MTS-JUkebox serviceis in process kindaly await a confirmation sms from us. after reading this SMS i call @ 198 and cooplain about it. complain number febury885. the told us wail 24 hours. after six days say to me. this service activated bye us.... but i says i'm not actived this servicesss....
plzzz sugest to me what will i do.......

Talking about the service of MTS Data card which is provided by Redington India Limited on behalf of MTS in Goa is the worst service I’ve ever come across. I can’t understand in spite of filing so many complaints by so many customers against Redington India Ltd & its services, why MTS is not taking any action against it. Unless MTS is not bothered about its services to customers BUT SALE.

Connection disconnected

I made a big mistake by taking the MTS connection. I took a MTS connection MDN Number [protected] around 20th Aug 2012. I took a plan where the cost of the data card was waived off on payment of 3 months advance rental 799 X 3. Under that plan I was to get upto 6GB unlimited download per month at 3.1 MBPS. Very low Speed

Got my MTS data card activated on 27 Jan 2012 from pune my data card number is[protected]. I stated to use in bangalore and the speed was very bad i was just getting around 60-70 KBPS speed and was not able to use even for normal mail checking. The speed promised was 3 MBS but never got that speed i tried to call the customer care but it was of no use. I just spent money on making a call and finally been told to call back again nothing...
