Dispute with MTS for payment made of Rs. 999/-

Dear Sir

I made a payment of Rs. 999/- to MTS to recharge my internet connection through transaction id: 12469070 on 3rd October by my SBI Credit Card.

After making the payment I realized that by mistake instead of making the payment on my MTS phone number ([protected]) I did it on MTS Customer care number ([protected]) since they are both quite similar.

I have bought MTS USB modem MBLAZE. I have submitted all my formalities but it is still not working. Whenever I call they gave some new number and to talk with and not responding me well. Broadband Service not activated

I bought a MTS Broadband Modem from a LEGAL MTS Store. The product was not activated for 2 months. They have been asking me to submit the photo id and other documents which I have provided more than 5 times. These documents includes :
a) Driving License (No. BR[protected]
b) College Photo ID as residential proof (USN No. 1PI09EC027)
c) Colour Photo with signature

I have called him several times but...

high speed data card extremely slow

I purchased MTS Mblaze high speed data card ( 3.1 Mbps) last month and opted for unlimited data transfer package.

80% of times the speed on the card is 0 Kbps. Even a simple web page wont open up on the first 2-3 attempts. I have to refresh the page several times before it displays.
Online video streaming like youtube is extremely unusable due to the low speed of the card.
I cant even download small files.br...
