For the month of Jul, I raised 4 Complaints to rectify signal issues. Out of 4 complaints 3 complaints were closed without my confirmation on closure. I have purchased the MTS card from the MTS official dealer 1 week back. They have told me that the speed will be near about 3 mbps. But at my location the speed is coming as 0.23 mbps.

I made a bad choice of availing services from MTS India. Internet services provided by MTS India are pathetic & dishonest in terms of Internet speed. Also, they are very poor & unprofessional in handling customer issues and concerns. Promise of speed in mbps is fake and cheating strategy other than marketing strategy.
