Today I am travelling with my 5 family members by vetri travels booked through red bus.
While travelling from chennai to sivakasi we are hearing huge noise inside the bus which I made complaint to your staff.
I took video with sound generating by bus while moving. Thinking that Redbus will provide good service, we believed vetri travels and booked 6 tickets with premium rates more than Rs.12000.00 but we got very worst experience...

Refund related for redbus ticket

Hi,

I am archana and i had booked a ticket from Goa to Hyderabad for 28th Dec. As my plan got changed i cancelled the ticket by calling bus operator. now both bus operator or red bus has not done the refund. i keep calling red bus customer care and they are not resolving the issue....

Refund Related

I have raised an issue and issue no. is 20738098 red bus. My booking was for 28th Dec and till now i haven't received my refund.

Customer care response is standard that issue will be resolved in next 24 hrs but no update. this is keep on going till now....

Please refund deducted amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am puranam Ramesh and i have booked 2 tickets from vijayangaram to hyderabad on 13 feb 2023 on red bus by sri krishna travels while payment i got error displayed.

after some time i have booked in orange travels after some time i got 2 success full sms and booked in two buses with amount of appx 3900 rs

and amount deducted 3900+3900 aprox. and i informed to redbus, orang travels...

Money taken for online payment but no tickets provided

Bus booked didn't even showed up

Hi,
I had booked a bus by name BMCC pvt ltd from hyderabad to Bangalore 0n 5th Feb 2023 from paradise firestation stopat 7.30PM pickup. The pickup van that was supposed to pick me up didn't come at all and at 8.30 PM they called and said I need to come to lakhadikapul stop otherwise they will leave. Even though I tried explaining them that my booking in redbus is from Paradise firestation, they simply said speak with redbus at disconnected....

Required GST Invoice for tickets

I am not able to generate the tax invoices for the booking i did from red bus.
Trip ID: TRBT[protected]travel Date : 31-OCT-2022) & Trip ID: TRBP84649979

(travel Date : 28-OCT-2022)

Issue : Redbus does not provide Tax Invoices . Which is a Imp feature for travel apps....

Kindly do your service vendor to attend passenger request at least they don't even answers

We booked tickets traveling through red bus but they are provided very third class service don't answering anything, according to them they reach by 9.30 it's around hrs delayed they don't bother to contact even one year child baby with us facing trouble by this time for service...

Complaint for no refunding

I had booked 2 tickets from the redbus but due to unfortunate circumstances i had to cancel the tickets redbus haven't transfered the refund amount of ₹1732.5, 1591.50 according to refund status the refund must reach my account before 1/02/2023...

Refund not received

I had accidentally booked a ticket on a wrong date and called the customer care within 5 mins. They asked me to book another ticket with the same operator on the correct date, after the journey i will get the refund for the first booking . I did so and the new ticket was much higher in charge.
I completed the journey on 11th January, today it is feb 3rd and i still have not got my refund.

Poor bus and delayed travel

I booked ticket from hyderabad to thanjavur through redbus on 12th january 2023.I was waiting for the bus they sent van pickup to board bus but the bus was having rto issue we traveled more than 250 km by van to board the bus later at hosur the passenger complaint to police station regarding refund the inspector asked us to get the refund through redbus for traveled by van for 250 km then we boardee another bus and reached thanjavur around...

Mental harassment

I had completed a journey from Guwahati to Digboi on 29th January 2022 on Standard Chartered bus. My seat number was 14A. The bus operators made a male passenger seat next to me whereas I requested them to not make a male passenger seat next to me instead make a female passenger seat next to me. Insurance

I had booked a ticket for my daughter from Hyderabad to Bengaluru on 28 Jan 23, tkt no TS2R26107200. Had also added the Redbus assurance for Rs 19. The operator cancelled the bus and I was not provided an alternative. The money is refunded even though I wanted a ticket for the next day instead of a refund.
