I am a user of reliance sim [protected]. And i have been facing the balance deduction problem regularly. My balance of rs 15 was deducted some minutes ago on the name of the service called intelgamesub21 for 5 days. I don't even know how this service got activated as i didn't requested for it. This really is a headache now. They cut my balance almost every 2nd time i recharge as if i am not paying them enough. I need this balance thats why...

My balance got deducted rs 42 first and rs 10 later on 11:45 pm for vas services. Even i had not messaged or called for this vas activation.

So lodge my complaint and refund my balance 58 rs asap and take serious action against your persons...

I have a complaint of deducting my balance again and again whenever i recharge my no.. i am getting irritated from your service. and on your customer care no. 198 and *333 there is no any option provided to complain our problems. this time again there is a deduction of rs 5 from my mobile no. [protected] on 10 november 2016 and also rs 10 from mobile no. [protected] on the same day even i have not activated any vas or anything...

I humble to requset to u 2 days ago i'd recharged rupees 151 & i get none of balance but i hope balance is not importent eaither calling system also stop so you must solve my problem i'd rang also customer but they told me it's not our hand and then i spoke my money is lost. It's not importnt to 151 ruppes but i hope you can give my ans & also that solutions....

Reliance has not solved my problem and has over charged me for their oversight on my account. I have asked them to pay me Rs.4000 for hte losses i have incurred and they keep sending me "legal notices". I want them to solve my query and pay me for hte distress and damage they have caused me.

Their customer service has not bothered to call back and solve my query, but keep sending me an overcharge amount, and now send me legal...

I have recharged rs61 on 31-10-16 but it is not working. For this I complained 2 times but no resolution. So plz refund my money.

And when I m dialing 198 the stupid executive always speaking in Kannada though my preferred language is English. They are simply diverting but which is not connecting to any executive.

Some months ago, reliance suddenly stopped its 3g connection. because of which my newly purchased 3g dongle became dead. it was of no use. i tried to request for discontinuation of service and ask for replacement of the dongle. but neither of the two could be done. instead they kept the dongle alive for 2 months and started harassing me for 1300rs bill. even they tried to call me in disguise as lawyers from Bangalore. they are not ready to...

We have purchased Reliance Connection 2 weeks before. We gave 1500 rupees to Reliance boy(Rupesh[protected]. I have also attached receipt of 1500 rupees. Rupesh told us 1000 Rs for advance rent and 500 for new Installation.

I have terminated the connection in 24-Sep-16 and after the termination I am billed with rs 636. Also while termination I had to pay Rs837. Actually my plan was Rs 250 and they have changed to some other plan without my confirmation. When I checked with Reliance outlet, I got the info that the connection is not terminated yet.

Online people have given 24 hours of time but till the date Internet( Broadband ) is not working. Not a single person came to check the problems....

Someone from reliance support reply to my email, i don't want the legal team to call me 100 times to make payment, first check the usage when you send me email for increased price and when bill is generated and then after 3gb o[censored]sage you disconnected the connection and i never used it. Make some sense and support the customer else in a few years you will not be in business. Mark the word.

My customer ID of Reliance my Gold Plan-160115. My Subscription Registration Details:- First Subscription Date 26/07/2013, Last Subscription Date 10/07/2018. The subscription amount 12000/= paid by ICICI Bank check and amount debited from my account on date 27/07/2013. I have already put a compliant regarding mails / sms that i am getting for some outstanding bill. On my previous complaints, i received a call from your office on Monday who told me actual outstanding is 465 instead of 1178. I asked that person to drop me a mail on the same which he hasn't.

To my surprise i recevied another mail today. PFB the same.
